His heart tensed at the thought of what he had to do. Surely the idea of rebellion had picked up speed, but never before had a rebellion truly taken form. There had been single hero's brought down by the mighty Saiyan Empire, but never before had their been one successful enough to spur change. Tido was yet the man set to task. The hermit had warned him that action now would be too soon, and that his own abilities were rather limited in capacity compared to the stronger Saiyan's in the soon to be war zone.
But he had to stand and fight, even if he did so alone. The human's had gathered around the spire, many of them holding their children for dear life. It was a painful sight to behold, many of them unable to remember a day when fear did not grip their hearts. Tido shuddered to think of the consequences of his actions, if he failed more children would see themselves abducted, and of course there was one who he desperately wanted to see returned. His chest burned at the thought, and as he looked around at his fellow man, mother's absorbed in fear and distress, father's left unable to provide any comfort, and children oblivious to what was going on, he knew that his mission was the right one, and that he would be victorious even if he did so alone.
There was not officially a rebellion. Talk is cheap, and Tido had not met anyone in terms of helping the settlement. Perhaps today would be the day that those heroes stood and revealed themselves to the broken world. Perhaps today would be the day that human's stood triumphant over their warlords. Perhaps...not.
In just five minutes the saiyan's were scheduled to arrive, and already commotion at the gates surrounding the courtyard. Human's refusing to enter and yet being forced to by the guards that so herded them like sheep. If only Tido could be in two places at once he would fight that injustice as well. The thought of killing every saiyan here did not ease his heart, he knew it to be impossible. Though an honorable death was something he could wish for. (Players at the spire include: Tido, Winta, Malachi, Broc. Once other threads wrap up, other members signed up for the plot may join this thread)

Winta watched carefully from his place atop one of the buildings near the courtyard of the spire, many of the Humans from the settlement were being rounded up here by a fairly large contingent of Saiyans, what was worse was that the Spire was not the only place that this was occuring at, at least three other locations had major saiayn activity in them and thus Winta and Aice had needed to split up in an effort to fix as much of this as possible. Even mroe luckily Mark had stepped up and was taking action at the third 'hotspot'. Winta felt the strange sense of pride once again as he thought of Mark, the man had come quite far with his abilities, enough so that Winta didn't feel too worried about him defending one of the spots without any confirmed backup. The rest of Marks crew were running interference to an extent while also protecting and hiding as many Humans as they could before they could be rounded up.
It appeared that today would be a rather critical day, the Saiyans were making there big move and on this day it needed to become known that they would no longer get there way without a fight. With any luck the Saiyans were still underestimating what they had and we're not sending anyone too powerful. And if they were Winta believed that such people would only be here, it had been why he chose the Spire it increased Mark and Aice's chances of survival considerably while also increasing there likelihood of success at there points if Winta could draw any of the big shots to the Spire.
Winta shook his head in amusement as he realized the strange sort of self-sacrifice he was preforming to ensure everything went well, not just mission was but to ensure the safety of his allies... his friends? Perhaps he was going a bit soft here on Earth. If so then the coming battle would perhaps help in lightening a bit of that soft heartedness. There would be no more restraint on this day, Winta planned to give his all to show the dirty apes exactly what he was capable of so they would know whom to fear. Seeing the Saiyans herding the Humans like livestock brought a scowl to Winta's face. It was time to act. And with that thought Winta dropped down to ground level slowing his descent just before touching down with a light 'tac' drawing the attention of one of the Saiyan 'herders' the ape glared at Winta and raised his hand pointing a finger at him.
"Oi you! Get over here with the rest of these rats." The monkey hollered not knowing what Winta was, assuming much like the first Saiyan Winta had fought that he was a Human due to his features being hidden. Winta smirked beneath his cloak and took a few steps forward as if to obey the order. The action seemed to satisfy the ape along with the other herding apes, the others returned to there work while the one who had first noticed Winta kept watch. Winta's smirk grew as he came within three feet of the ape. "Actually... no. I don't believe I will do that. I believe today is a good day for this all to end." Winta said and without warning hr raised his hand pointing them at the ape. The Saiyan suddenly froze in place before beginning to scream in pain dropping to his knees.
Winta smirked as the Saiyan writhed in pain under the effect of his telekinesis this ape was clearly nothing particularly impressive if he was already at the second stage off effectiveness of the technique, it was almost sad to reveal his technique to the apes like this, immediately he had drawn the attention of the other Saiyans and Winta acted quickly to end his little demonstration aiming his index finger at the temple of the ape and firing a Iccan Lance ending the weaker monkeys life in an instant. "Humans, today is the day that you should take the first step to takeing back your world. Throw these apes out of your city, send them running. All across this city warriors standing up to fight, will you let them fight alone? Will you let these dirty apes take your children? You know what you should do, those who can fight. Fight! Those who cannot, run. Hide. Live." Winta called out to the humans hoping to draw any of the more talented warriors out to fight the rest of the apes so that some of not all of those assembled at the Spire could begin an escape.

Malachi wanted to help these people, his fellow humans. Mankind needed a hero, and rumor had been spreading like wildfire of a man who would try to claim that title. Word had also been spread of what was to take place today. But it was not word of a resistance, however. The Saiyans had made known their orders and plans to outright kidnap every child of a certain age from their families. Malachi had his senses tuned up to their highest level that he was able to reach, listening in to various conversations from nearby humans and the saiyans that had corralled them around the Spire. Malachi was waiting for a chance, a moment to strike, and most importantly for someone to take the first stand. He was a warrior, but he was not so bold as to think he alone could stand against them. At the end of the day he was still mostly inexperienced compared to the Saiyans when it came to combat not to mention the fact that he was a blind teenager.
But as his patience began to wear thin something caught his attention. A being the likes of which Malachi had not met before spoke to one of the Saiyans and then engaged him without another word. As the Saiyan lay writhing on the ground from a technique that Malachi couldn't quite pinpoint the origin of, the strange being began to speak. He called out for the humans to rise up against the oppressive saiyans and to fight for their freedom. This was not the valorous human that Malachi had heard about that was supposed to be the bastion of hope and resolve for humanity. Still, if a non-human was willing to go out of their way to protect mankind, Malachi would not be so cowardly and selfish as to let them stand alone for their sake.
The young man shoved his way through the crowds of humans that were rushing about now, stepping to the large opening in the crowd and standing next to Winta and facing the Saiyans along with the strange being. "You make a rousing speech for the defense and liberation of another species, how could I refuse?" Malachi's question was not spoken loudly, as he only meant for Winta to hear those words, but what he said next he said loud enough so that anyone in the immediate area would hear him, "If you cannot fight, at least survive and protect your children! Make our efforts count!" They had better know that when a blind teenager steps up to help defend his people and take back the first city in their goal of overthrowing their oppressors that things were serious. And this blind teenage warrior dressed in clothes of Namekian origin was about to show the Saiyans that they should never think any human was helpless. If a blind young man could be a warrior and at least put up a fight, then human kind could take back their home planet. But now that morale was raised and the stakes were set, the hard part was about to begin. Malachi's left eyebrow twitched in anticipation as he drew each breath. He could feel his heartbeat as the tension filled him.
For the first time since finding out the truth about his parents and his own birth, Malachi felt the real weight of the situation he'd decided to put himself in. There was no turning back, though. Thoughts rang out and raced around in his head. There can only be peace when all are equal and content. Right now there was no peace. It was his duty and his goal to make peace a reality again on Earth. But the Saiyans only seemed to understand force. He did not know how peace could be reclaimed through force as far as the Saiyans were concerned, but if they could find no peace when this conflict was resolved it would be because of their own wrongdoing. That was Malachi's logic, and so right now he held no remorse or sympathy for the Saiyans. Whatever fate befell them they had brought upon themselves. They had awoken the wrong dog. After years of subjugation and oppression humanity was finally stepping up and realizing that they didn't have to lay down and take whatever was given to them. The only question now was, would all those years of suffering and tyranny be enough to push humanity enough to give them the strength to take back what belonged to them?

Perhaps an honorable death was not necessary. His heart raised in hope as a man began to speak, his tone true to a cause Tido had thought shared only between himself and the hermit. Yet as this man bellowed to the crowd hope fell over them. The yellow beam struck down from the spire, and floating down from it the shit eater himself. General Broc always found his way to the abductions, watching from the top of the spire as families were torn a part, this evening would not be the same. As the sun set and the twilight began to set in the crimson sky called for blood, and Tido would deliver.
"BROC!"
He yelled, his voice desperate for justice. The crowd around would not quiet but rather explode into chants of riot and justice. Parents would covet their children, fathers standing for front. It had taken a single spark to ignite them, but they would be sated. His fists clenched together as his focus became clear, he only had one man to face. The few lower class saiyans left in the court yard were of little concern compared to the man Tido wanted. Broc was constantly there, jeering at the misfortunes of the human's who were forced to live under his thumb. Tido had longed for the day when he could wipe that man's face clean of condescension!
"BROC!"
He yelled again, his thoughts focused now on Lily. He had tried to keep her away from his thoughts, but the idea of her suffering was too much for him to bear. He had failed to protect her last time, but would not let her stay in the hands of such evil creatures. First however he would prove that human's were more than capable of defending themselves, and he would put an end to these abductions. His feet picked up in a quick run towards the spire, he would engage the general head on.
____________________________________________________________________________________
"For the love of shit"
His scouter was picking up chatter from all different generals on the field, yet non were reports he wanted to hear. Tido had given them hope, something that was dangerous to say the least. Surely he could put each and every one of them down. But killing so many would hurt their slave trade and that was something Broc would be punished for. What he really needed to do was cut off the head of this outburst. As he descended through the beam his target made himself clear almost instantly, Tido.
"Lets see this game ended boy"
He said with a snarl, looking out on the patches of unrest throughout the courtyard. How had things gotten so out of control, even Kal seemed to be having trouble at the gate. This was unacceptable, and Tido had to pay the price. Flaying the man alive would serve as adequate warning for all those who would dare stand against them. Tido was but one man, and was no match for Broc alone. These human's were brave, but not stupid, they knew the difference between a common low class grunt, and the general of the saiyan army. He would let Tido wear himself out running up the spire, and would face him at the top. One on one the man stood no chance.

A vicorious grin spread across Wintas face as he watched the crowd's reaction, at first it had been mostly silence but slowly it appeared that his words sparked a fire amongst the Humans, his call for them to stand up against the saiyans ignited what rebelliousness they might have had left. Really Winta knew that it could have been anyone who did this, these people WANTED there freedom, they just didn't think they could take it themselves, they needed something to rally to someone to tell them that yes they COULD fight. Ideally Winta would have wanted Aice to be the person to to the majority of the rallying as he would prefer to play a less overt role in helping humanity. These people didn't need an 'alien' calling them to fight, they truly needed another like themselves. Winta raised an eyebrow as a young human male made his way through the crowd and joined him commenting that he simply could not refuse standing up against the Saiyans after what he had said, Winta grinned at the human and took a moment to look him over, he appeared to be roughly in Aice's age range but there was just something a bit off about him, his manner of dress was completely different than the other Humans, it reminded Winta of clothing styles not even of Earthen make. Now hwoever was not exactly a good time to critique the fashion of a Human teen. "Good to see there is some fight left in your people. I'd worried that perhaps my friend was even more of an oddity than he already was." Winta said giving the human a grin. He was about to say something else however his attention was drawn to the Spire itself. Someone, presumably a Human was charging up the Spire at a rather impressive speed shouting at the top of his lungs, truthfully Winta would have just written the man off as likely a rather overzealous Human looking for a fight. However the name he was shouting made the man stand out somewhat. 'Broc' that name was one of the few saiyan names that Winta had bothered to remember as it belonged to a Saiyan of importance. General Broc. "Fool..." Winta muttered as he narrowed his eyes on the man, looking further up the spire Winta spotted another man at the very top standing rather casually. Almost certainly the saiyan in question. "It appears a new opprotunity has presented itself..." Winta said more to himself than anyone else, he turned his head to the human teen. "I have a plan, it's a rather dangerious one however and if you do not wish to participate and rather would prefer to deal with the saiyans down here I will not blame you. If you wish to work with me, do not resist what I am about to attempt unless you are capable of flight, in which case follow me." Witna said as he lifted into the air, he would then point a hand at the Human teen and attempt to envelop the teen in psychic energy assuming the human made no effort to reveal himself to be capable of flight. If he did not resist then theoretically moving him would be as easy as moving any object especially since it did not seem that the teen was particularly heavy set. Regardless Winta would then proceed to fly toward the spire, more specifically towards the foolhardy Human trying to go at the General of the Saiyan Army solo. If the human teen decided to join him by means of Winta's psychic levitation he would find himself levitating next to Winta as he flew traveling just slightly behind Winta. "What exactly do you think you're doing! You are aware that the man you seek is the GENERAL of the Saiyan army. Even if you are somehow a match for him you're going about this entirely wrong, you're expending far more energy than necessary by charging up here like a moron while he remains at full strength. " Winta shouted at the man following him if the man decided to proceed despite Winta's arrival. It was in this moment Winta wished that he had requisitioned a scouter for this mission, knowing how powerful the people around him were would be invaluable. An interesting thought passed through Winta's mind as he thought on the situation. If only he'd thought of that sooner... But that was not something he needed to think on now, pushing his newest plan to the back burner so to speak Winta awaited a response from the older human.

Things were happening so quickly now that Malachi was having trouble paying attention to it all. Add to that the fact that there was a fair bit of it happening outside his understandable sensory range. The strange fellow he'd come to stand beside seemed to have an idea about what to do, though, and Malachi was not opposed to following along. As Winta spoke, even when he mumbled to himself, Malachi listened. He heard the cries of Tido as he ascended the Spire boldly to go and take on the general, too, and it only made him want to fight even more himself. "You can fly? Er...well, I guess go ahead. I sure can't!" He stated loud enough so Winta would hear him over the uproar of the crowd. The boy couldn't fly on his own, but after seeing Roosevelt do it and now this man as well...it was certainly a skill he wouldn't mind investing time in. Flight seemed like an invaluable tool for getting around and for getting an advantage in combat. As the two neared Tido, Malachi's had grasped around Winta's wrist as he kept a good hold of the man's arm, Malachi gave a half wave to Tido. He wasn't sure what to do right now since he couldn't move around on his own as long as he was off the ground, and they were coming to help Tido out it seemed so he may as well try to be friendly with the fellow he was possibly rushing off to his own death with. From the way Winta spoke it sounded like this General was no joke. Malachi understood the dangers of this fight before even coming to Earth, but now they had become real to him. His heart was beating faster than he'd ever felt before, but each thump felt like it was pushing him towards the fight, and not away from it. "I'll come with you both and do whatever I can." Malachi didn't know what to expect from the General, or even if the three of them would be enough to put him away. But thankfully he'd not be going alone. The young human didn't know the whole story of what Tido had done, or even the man's name, but with the support of Winta and himself, Malachi believed that Tido's fiery spirit could begin the enkindling of justice for the human race. They would punish the saiyans for their crimes together. (Apologies for shortness. I really had to force this one out to keep from holding everything up. )

Reaching the base of the spire and looking up at its hefty height, the intimidation was not lost on Tido. His thoughts remained fixated on the task at hand, and on the blood he intended to spill. His leg muscles gripped the Earth as he let out a powerful upward jump, grabbing onto one of the support beams and with expert agility flipping himself onto a stair platform that rotated clockwise around the tower. Picking up in a run once again the bear pelt over his shoulder began to flutter violently, the wind itself picking up in anticipation of the fight to come.
Floating next to him up the staircase appeared a creature of different design. Even his voice sounded foreign as it spoke of strategy. Was he serious? Firstly the man was flying which was already an indicator that he was talented in the art of control, but to sustain it so easily meant he had a great deal of training, something that Tido was not short of, however not in the area of control. His eye's squinted as the man spoke of failure, for that was not an option, and then extended the olive branch of aid to him, which Tido would gladly accept in the strangest of way's.
Kicking off of the next step and onto the railing, then proceeding to leap off the end and above the Icer's floating position, Tido would land his left foot heavily on the Icer's shoulder. His knee bending and instantly pushing him back upwards skipping the final two flights of stairs, and in an ariel back flip landed smoothly at the top of the towering spire.
"I will be fine thanks!"
He responded after the flawless landing. His chest rising quickly as he caught breath from the tasking physical requirement of making it up the spire. Tido had done far worse in training, but the adrenaline of the situation was causing his body a great stress. More importantly however it was obvious that the two men flying behind him were intent of staying. He knew the help was necessary, but his hatred for the man in front of him was too great to be ignored.
"Broc...I will see you ended!"
__________________________________________________________________________
Perhaps his acrobatic show impresses the onlooking children, but not Broc. The foolish Human fell right into the General's grip, running up the spire to join him in one on one combat.
"Tido is it? Yes I remember you. How would you like to come back with me, I have a collar with your name on it."
Taunting the man was all a part of the strategy. The blue wave he had fired previously was his trump card, and getting him to fire it sooner insured a speedy victory. By this time the other saiyan's had begun to regroup, and with Tido and his two followers occupied with Broc, it meant the children could be abducted with no one to stop them. This couldn't be helped, Broc's aura could be seen melting off of him like asphalt on a hot summer day, even those who couldn't read power level's would know that he was not easily trifled with. How would Tido's allies respond?

Things had not gone entirely as Winta had expected, he had expected the adult to act rationally and accept his aid in getting up to where the general awaited, to Winta it seemed like the only true option as anything else simply felt foolish. There was almost certainly no chance that this man alone could take on the General from what Winta had heard of the man's abilities but perhaps with himself they could turn the tides in there favor. And with the teenage human that Winta had picked up, the first human to come to his call of battle and who did not seem to have any fear for heading here for a fight that Winta had said would be difficult perhaps they could do more than just turn the tides and as Winta assumed force Broc to retreat. Perhaps as a team they could kill him. It was once again truly unfortunate that Aice was preoccupied with other business and that Winta had no means of communicating with him presently, while yes the efforts elsewhere were important if Winta could get Aice here to help secure a victory against Broc then all the other battles would almost certainly come to an end, if they could take down the General it would force the saiyans to rethink there strategy.
It would also give Winta quite a bit of ammunition to help with getting his people to directly ally themselves with the Humans rather than simply trying to face the saiyans while ignoring them. Presently Winta knew his people to think very little of the Humans, in truth Winta himself had little positive to think of them when he had arrived. All he had really felt for them was a measure of pity. But the Humans he had interacted with, Aice especially, had changed that. Sure there was still a bit of pity, but there was also a far greater amount of respect for the people of Earth. These were people who just needed a bit of a push and a chance and if given these things Winta was certain they would throw the monkeys off there planet and return there world to what it had once been though now they would be armed with the knowledge that they would need to protect themselves from beings such as the saiyans. And with the help of the Arcosian fleet there would be no need to worry, if the Humans allied with his people and played a strong role in destroying the monkeys they would almost certainly be offered a chance to join his people as a member of whatever new form of the WTO that the Fleet sought to re-create.
But unfortunately for Winta the Adult Human did not quite act as he had expected. Instead of stopping for a moment and allowing Winta to lift him into the air... he launched himslef into the air, clearly in a purely physical manner with no Ki assistance, and then used Winta as a launching board to propel himself further causing the proud Arcosian to let out a rather undignified sound as he scrambled to keep himself stable in the air. "That.. I... YOU!" Winta could not find the words to respond to that and even as he tried the man zipped on off to his doom leaving Winta and the Human Teen. Taking a few calming breaths Winta turned to his current companion. "Before we engage what is likely one of the most dangerous men on the planet presently what is your name. I would prefer to no longer think of you as 'that human teen'. I am Winta by the way." Winta asked, perhaps not the best time for introductions but Winta needed a moment to compose himself and it was perhaps best to fill that moment with something useful.
Assuming Winta received Malachi's name and the teen still remained interested in battleing despite the 'strongest man on the planet' comment Winta would press forward bringing himself and Malachi into the battle between Broc and Tido just in time for Winta to catch Broc providing the Humans name and offering to enslave him. Winta desperately hoped that Tido would not be the type to allow someone to enrage him in battle. But in truth Winta was already rather certain of the likelihood that the monkeys words would word to enrage Tido. The man clearly had some amount of history with the General if he knew his name and by Tido's dogged pursuit of the General. Once Winta and Malachai arrived on the scene Winta would release his hold on Malachai once the teen was near the ground allowing him to move freely once again.

There was little that Malachi could do while he was in Winta's grasp floating through the air. He didn't feel like talking right now would do any good, especially after he watched Tido leap from the ledge onto Winta's shoulder and then acrobatically leap again up onto the top of the spire to go face the General alone. Malachi frowned and sighed heavily at this, knowing that fighting alone would not be a wise move even if Tido was as strong and agile as his acrobatic display would have the boy believe. His attention shifted to Winta again, though, as the strange fellow spoke to the blind human and asked his name in a 'not-so-curt' manner. Malachi smirked, "My name is Malachi. I'd say it's nice to meet you, but these are some very unpleasant circumstances to be meeting under, so I'll just say let's get up there and put the General away for good."
To hear such direct and grim words coming from a young boy would probably have surprised most, but for the sheltered life he'd lived, the blind boy had seen a lot. He'd overcome something that most humans couldn't even understand fully, let alone figure out a way to overcome it and actually possess the drive to make it that far. He hoped the people below were escaping quickly, but he also knew that there were saiyans below trying to corral them up and snatch away their children. For now, Malachi had to focus on making this fight as quick as possible. If their general fell the Saiyan's morale would fall and the humans who were able to fight could rally behind Tido to finish this skirmish and get a real start to their resistance.
As his feet touched the ground he could hear Tido and General Broc bantering. He took a deep breath and focused his energy to amplify his senses to a combat capable level, slowly moving into place to one side of the General and slightly behind him, hoping to form a triangle around Broc with Tido and Winta as the other points on their three pronged assault. Malachi had to make sure each move he made counted. He wasn't exactly tough, so if the General took a swing at him he'd probably be finished. If he didn't get finished immediately he'd at least be injured by a direct attack. It was a very dangerous fight he was about to start and he knew it. But it was too late to turn back now. He made his choice and he wouldn't run from the consequences.
Malachi's physical strength was lacking, too, as well as his energy capacity. He would only be useful for a couple of attacks with his signature Knife Hand Jab technique, so he would have to wait for an opportune moment to attack Broc from behind and deliver a high speed stab. If he could only wound the General one time maybe it would be enough to put Winta and Tido in an advantageous position. With that in mind he didn't do anything to draw Broc's attention just yet, as he wanted the General to underestimate him or just ignore him altogether.

He could feel the heart beating within his chest as the saiyan taunted him. His burly muscles wrapped tightly by the black saiyan armor was complimented nicely by his awful musk. How he loathed that musk. Every saiyan seemed to have it, as if they never bathed. No, even a human that never bathed couldn't wreak of death and dishonor as badly as a saiyan pig!
"Your not putting anyone else under your heel pig!"
He growled, his lips parting to reveal his teeth as a common dog would. Tido was no animal, but somehow this fight brought out the most primal instincts in him. Yet his masters words rang deeply within his ears. He knew that leaping at the saiyan would provide little to no contest for his well trained abilities. So his facial features aside, Tido entered his fighting realm. His right foot slid backwards against the smooth concrete as his left knee bent forward. Crouching slightly and raising both hands up in front of his chest the warrior of the turtle hermit rose to the challenge, his body entirely prepared to accept the punishment that was to come.
"Lets see you back up your words"
Broc replied, choosing not to take any stance. This was no martial arts match, this was war. Tido appeared to be playing a game, and Broc would let him, but not before his scouter began to buzz off to the side. Two other power levels, both rivaling Tido's. Still nothing to be particularly worried about, but the fact that they were making it up the spire meant that the abduction had to begin immediately. A bright light shone down from the sky as suddenly the remaining saiyans in the crowd began literally throwing the children from the Earth up into the sky. The beams of light would instantly pick up on them drifting them upwards into space. With all the commotion the process was slowed, but it continued enough to be noticeable to Tido especially.
"You bastard!"
With the final yell of anguish the fighter pushed forward with his left leg, flying forward towards Broc, his arm's meeting the ground in order to spin him to the left, his right left finding the perfect angle to strike the saiyan on the side. Broc countered, raising both muscular arms up to defend against the first attack. Tido was quick, his leg instantly dropping and revealing his left leg -now free thanks to tido's arms doing the lifting-, which flew soundly into the saiyan's gullot causing him to stumble backward with a sharp cough.
Incredible upper body strength, this kid is no amateur.
Broc thought to himself, bringing his hands up from his bruised stomach. He could still feel the tenderness where Tido had hit, maybe there was something to this martial arts after all. Regardless Broc had his own ways of handling a fight, his powerlevel picking up in an aura around his feet and shooting up to the top of his head. It was more than a perfect juxtaposition, the two men fighting in fisticuffs while children were thrown through the air and floated off to the heavens. The fight had finally begun.
(5% of children abducted)

Things were happening so quickly around Malachi that he had almost forgotten where he was. He could feel the passion in Tido's words, and the contempt and arrogance in Broc's, too. Not that it made a difference, but Malachi closed his eyes and took a deep breath, trying to recenter himself. If Broc had been openly attacking the boy he'd probably have been crushed beneath the General's boot at that point. He couldn't let himself lose focus like that again. Focus was all he had when it came to fighting. He didn't have the raw capacity or brute strength that most warriors had.
Seeing Tido now locked in combat with Broc, Malachi knew he couldn't wait around. The openings would come as the fight progressed, but he had to create the openings for himself by helping Tido out. The blind teen drew his right arm back, his index and middle fingers rigid while the other two folded into a half fist. His thumb followed the base of his index finger, bracing it. As Broc's aura flared wildly Malachi's own energy came to bare, though it was only visible on his fingertip. He didn't possess so much power that his energy could fluctuate from all over his form. But for what he had planned, he only needed shining fingers.
It took a moment to get his technique going, but now he was ready. All there was left for him to do now, was to attack when Tido did. A combined assault from both sides would have higher chances of success than either attacking alone. That was basic strategy. Still, they needed to end this quick. Malachi hoped Tido could pull it off. With Winta's help, they might just stand a chance of surviving and saving most of the children...

Winta watched carefully as Tido engaged Broc with reckless abandon a look of mild annoyance spreading across the Arcosians face as the Human and Saiyan fought, while it was quite apparent that Tido was actually quite capable of putting up a fight with Broc Winta was still rather angry that the man had chosen to blindly run in without even taking a moment to speak with Winta. Winta had been hoping to get a grasp on what the two Humans in this battle were capable of BEFORE starting but because of Tido that plan had been thrown away. Now they needed to rush into this with little to no knowledge of ANYONE'S abilities. Winta had heard that Broc was an incredibly powerful warrior but there was little information on how he actually fought. What he could do. Thankfully it was unlikely that the General knew anything of what any of the trio fighting him happened to be capable of, Malachi seemed to be charging up some form of ki technique something that actually greatly impressed Winta. He'd honestly just expected the teen to be a capable physical fighter but knowing there was another Ki user in the mix added another dimension of options though it really all depended on what the teen could do with the power.
Winta let his annoyed scowl drop in favor of returning to his normal blank but focused battle expression, one he took up primarily when fighting an opponent whom he knew it best not to taunt, perhaps if they gained some level of advantage or it became bvious that enraging Broc would be a key element to victory Winta would bring to bear his verbal talents but for now it was the power of his mind and Ki that he needed to focus on. For the moment it appeared quite clear that Tido was the one who would need to do the majority of the damage, he was holding his own in a physical brawl with a saiyan elite, something that Winta had honestly not expected of a Human for quite a bit, Winta however was MORE than fine with this outcome, it meant he was unlikely to actually need to worry about being attacked unless Tido fell to Brocs power, for now it seemed that Tido was fine but it would be best to deal with the General as quickly as possible. And perhaps the best route to a quick victory would be to restrict the Generals capabilities as much as possible.
A smirk spread across Wintas face as he raised a hand pointing it at the General as he and Tido fought, within seconds a misty purple aura would begin to mix with the General's own visible aura the power of Winta's telekinesis taking hold on the ape's body Winta impressed upon the general as much of his mental might as he could, truthfully Winta doubted he would do little more than slow the man and already as the aura mixed with the saiyan's own Winta could see his movements taking far more time to execute. Perhaps at least for a few moments the 'delay' would be enough to allow Tido to make a strong move on the ape though Winta was rather certain he even despite how idiotic the monkeys in general seemed to be that one that reached such a rank as Broc would be so critically hindered by the speed decrease for long, likely he would know how to compensate within a few moments but those moments could potentially be crucial. "Malachi if you've got something good up you're sleeve make you're move now." Winta would call as Tido and Broc clashed hoping perhaps that the heat of battle would be enough to cover his suggestion to the teen.

Those damn fools! They had no idea what they were getting into. Even as his attack proved successful Tido still found himself on edge with the battle itself. Broc may have underestimated him, but the saiyan held true talent not yet seen. Worse yet the abductions were in full swing. While the three of these men engaged the evil general, the children continued to soar, uninterrupted. His teeth grinned together at the thought of it, each one of these children would likely never be seen again. He had to end this and quickly.
"Get the fuck out of here!"
He yelled out, keeping his eyes plastered on Broc. One would assume he was talking to the saiyan the way his glare continued to penetrate the man's eyes, but it was clearly for the other two. He was entirely uninterested in their help. I mean was that kid over there blind!? They were just going to get in the way. Even the fact that one of them could fly was not entirely impressive. He had met a number of saiyans capable of flight, but incapable of combat. Rushing forward yet again, his right leg sliding forward this time, rising up into the air at almost a straight one hundred and eighty degree angle, and then crashing down heavily on his foe.
But this time, Broc took it.
Turning his head to the side, his upper shoulder took the entire hit. The general would not stumble or lose form, his stoic form as if an immovable statue. He however could move. His left fist instantly lighting up in a purple glow. Before execution the moment would remain still, Tido more than a little surprised that his leg -which was now stuck in place as Broc used his other arm to lock it to his shoulder- had not moved the man at all, but was even more concerned about the sudden eruption of Ki from the man's fist.
"My turn"
The saiyan growled, his arm flying forward faster than Tido could have possibly been able to comprehend. It was in that moment that the attack suddenly and inexplicably slowed. It was not by much, but it was noticeable. Rolling over, and using the attack as a cover for his leg to twist around, Tido dropped, putting both hands on the ground and with a mighty pull of his knee would pull the leg out of its unfortunate hold. Then with only a second to spare, his own body would jump forward, springing to life like a jaguar leaping at prey, only this man was leaping for safety. Behind him erupted the powerful fist as it made contact with the hard concrete floor and instantly shattered it. The entire side of the spire for roughly 10 feet in all directions was ruined. Dust rose from the sudden explosion, and shatters of rock and debris flew out on the fleeing crowd of human's. All around the spire cracks began to form as the aftershock of what had happened set in. Had Tido been hit by that attack, it would have been lights out.
Breathing heavily the general slowly rose his fist up. This was both because he was in little rush seeing as Tido had fled from the spot, and because he now had to exert more effort to move. As a matter of fact it was a lot of effort. It almost felt as though he was training in the gravity facility on the spire -the space vessel, not the crumbling tower in the Ghettian settlement- While he tried to determine what was going on, Tido would have ample time to recover from his near death experience.
His leap of faith had landed him a spot flying quickly towards the ground. Being unable to fly he would be forced to take a nasty fall from the twenty story tower. As his body quickly cascaded down towards the ground, the realization that he was no where near broc's level sank in. It was a bitter realization indeed.

(I spoke with Mal, he wants me to go since it makes more sense. Sorry for the delay. Working on it now. Will edit in the post here)
Winta let out a breath of annoyance as Tido shouted, while many would perhaps assume him to be shouting at Broc Winta was rather sure that instead he was shouting at himself and Malachi, the man's entire actions up to this point had been all about putting himself in a fight against Broc, it was not entirely likely that he would suddenly decide he wanted the general to leave which of course left the only people available for Tido to be shouting at to be himself and Malachi. Winta could not see exactly why the man felt he needed this fight to be himself and Broc alone, did he really believe himself so powerful that he could fight the general of the saiyan army ALONE? Even as it stood currently while he was putting up quite the valiant effort the General still rather cearly held a firm edge in pretty much every aspect as far as Winta could tell. In fact Winta was rather certain that the only reason that Tido was presently capable of avoiding as much of the punishment that the General could dole out was because wether the General was aware of it or not he wasn't quite as quick as he normally was.
From his position Winta had a very good view of the battle, he could take in pretty much everything that was going on and he had even seen the very moment his technique had taken its full effect on the saiyan general. The ape's left hand had ignited with purple energy in an eerily similar manner to a technique Winta had seen before albiet far less refined. Such a technique was Mark's primary Ki technique, Winta knew the devestating power that a technique even if only similar could have if used by Broc. Winta saw the man cock his arm back and lash out at Tido and by all accounts considering the man's previous level of power and speed the technique should have been something Tido would have never in a million years had a chance to avoid it. But Winta had altered the odds a bit, he'd thrown a wrench into the works with his telekentic hold over Broc and given Tido the precious few moment's he'd needed to pull himself out of the jaws of death.
The result however had been a massive explosion, nearly wide enough to emcompass Winta's own position though as the explosion had expanded Winta had pulled himself away from it just enough to avoid any major damage only suffering a bit of scorching, nothing that he could not simply ignore for the moment and certainly nothing life threatening. Winta was... impressed. The power behind that technique had done even more than he had expected, it would not have simply killed Tido, it would have obliterated him. Winta made a mental note to avoid direct contact with the ape at all costs, and another note to avoid taunting him until he was certain that the monkey general lacked the ability to fly.
Winta knew he needed to get out of here, the spire was no longer particularly safe, the attack had caused likely rather signifigant structural damage and considering the aftershocks there was a fair chance that the section they were in and perhaps even the entire spire were due to collapse. Winta noted that at least for a moment an expression of confusion played across Brocs face as he took off after Tido, he seemed confused by the marked decrease in speed but very clearly lacked the knowledge of what or in this case who was doing it. Just how Winta planned to keep it. Winta took off after Tido at a full burst of speed "Malachi we need to get out, this building is no longer stable." Winta said taking a moment in his pursuit to stop near the human teen. "Need a lift?" Winta said with a grin, assuming the teen would agree Winta would folow up by taking hold of the back of Malachi's shirt and making a visual effort to 'lift' Malachi while in actuality using his telekinesis to pick him up. His mental focus now split between slowing Broc and lifting Malachi Winta knew he would be in a bit of trouble for the time being as he was essentially at the limits of what he could do without releasing one of them. Hopefully they would catch up with Tido and find a more sustainable battlefield. If his powers were focused on both Broc and Malachi he could no longer preform even his more basic telekinesis or his Ki techniques.
