As one of the peacekeepers in the Refugee camp Lute was always the first one to hear the complaints the humans had about how the Namekians weren't taking care of them and how they were the helpless victims in this whole ordeal. While it was true that the Saiyans had violently taken over Earth and many earthlings had escaped the planet and taken refuge on Namek, they weren't Namekians and they were a liability to the Namekian people if the Saiyans ever found them here. Knowing that, Lute had to take a deep breath and walk away whenever the Humans complained to him about what they needed or wanted when the Namekian people were sacrificing their own safety and a large chunk of their resources to help total strangers.
And so after a rather vigorous training session in the flatlands outside his home Lute took a flask of water and headed to the refugee came to resume his usual peacekeeping duties, dividing up rations and water and clothes to the refugees as they came and requested them. He also broke up scuffles from time to time regarding one person stealing from another or one person claiming that the Namekians were playing favoritism and giving one family or one group more than the others. It pained Lute to think that people in such desperate situations couldn't put their differences aside and work together. If tensions kept rising he knew he'd have to find a different solution. And he might have found one. But he would wait until it became necessary, as it would be no small task.
