Alternate Universe: All Hail Raditz

The story as you know it shows our hero to be Son Goku, a man who from birth was meant to destroy, but was raised in the light of good. By the time his brother Raditz came around Goku already had a vast group of friends, and a hefty number of adventures under his belt.

Unfortunately that is where Son Goku's story ends.
That fateful day his brother arrived and with very little effort killed the hero. When the battle concluded Raditz stood supreme over a dead Goku, and a gravely injured Piccolo. In an effort to save his life and buy time the foolish Namekian told Raditz about the Dragon Balls. Within a few day's the balls were collected and Raditz made his first wish, that he were the strongest in all the universe. Within a years time the saiyan had already toppled the human race, leaving only a small group alive in order to act as slaves to his own personal empire. When the dragon was again summoned, Raditz wished that his entire race could come and live in the kingdom he had created. His wish was granted and the entirety of the former saiyan race was revived on planet Earth. The saiyans immediately took over following Raditz orders -He was after all the strongest fighter in the universe-. Finally fed up with the way his Dragon Balls were being used, the Kami of Earth took his own life, ensuring that the dragon balls could never again be used for the evil wishes of the saiyan race. Meanwhile every Z warrior began to fall to the Saiyan powers. Not all of their deaths have been recorded, but the last mentioned execution was of Gohan, who after two years of struggling to change his uncles irrational behavior was put down in a public display.

Over the years of their rule the saiyans began to wreak havoc on the universe, attacking planets for little to no reason, and making sure to end the reign of Freeza (who was unable to stop Raditz and his new found power). While it is unknown how far the saiyan expanse actually is, what is known is that their home planet is now Earth, and after nearly 100 years of warring with other races and planets, the saiyans have reverted to their original barbaric state. The hierarchy is still very much alive as they all follow a single King.

As time went by it became clear that the Saiyans, though not entirely helpless, were limited in what technology they could harness. The ability to maintain what they had was difficult enough, but understanding more was outside of their reach both due to apathy in the matter, and a lack of resources. Now it seems the Empire is stuck in the past of old technology, scavenging for what they can use to continue their vice grip over other planets.

The current King has set up a new and shocking ordinance, that all human children under the age of 5 will be separated from their parents and transferred off world. The reason behind this is unknown, but the Human race has finally had enough. A rebellion has risen from the dust of a broken people, and the fight to retake Earth has begun.

The current factions include a poorly coordinated Saiyan Empire, a weak Rebel Force, and a nuetral planet Namek. Choose your faction and fight to change the story from here. Are the saiyan's successful at keeping their iron grip? Are the human's capable of rising up to beat such an overwhelming foe? Will planet Namek come to the aid of the human's or perhaps aid the Saiyan Empire?

Chapter 2
The end of the Arcosian race

When Raditz took down Frieza the Cold Empire territories under his command either fell into the command of the Saiyan's or descended into some level of chaos if they escaped the purview of the new King, the remaining Prince Cooler and the King Cold sought out a battle with the Saiyan upstart not believing that a mere Saiyan could challenge the might of father and son united against him, however the power granted to Raditz proved too much for the duo and King Cold was killed by Raditz while Cooler barely escaped surviving only by the natural hardiness of his species and the incredible medical technology aboard his fathers ship.

Cooler ran amassing what little political power he could amongst his remaining colonies as the Saiyan Warlord ravaged the Cold Empire, he took with him the majority of his people, the Arcosian's and fled from Raditz's reach taking refuge in the eastern quadrant of the galaxy, here Cooler brooded for the rest of his days doing his best to simply keep what little of a kingdom he had left alive and out of the grasp of the Saiyan's. His battle with the Saiyan King humbled him just as much as it grew his hatred for the Saiyan race, Coola focused his efforts on revitalizing his empire growing them into something that would one day take down the Saiyan Empire and place an Arcosian at the helm of the Universe once again.

Over the years this would prove increasingly difficult, as the number of Icer's was greatly diminished, and many soldiers feared death by saiyan hands more than they did their own leaders. Within fifty years of the Cold empire's downfall Coola had already lost the majority of his force and was confined to a single planet, and even this was being threatened. It eventually became clear that in a land fight the Icer's couldn't win, however they had an advantage the Saiyans simply couldn't understand. Technology.

Reverting the remainder of his following into space fighters and large frigates Coola and his army took to the skies. The saiyans as strong as they were lacked the fire power to engage their technology, and so long as the Icer stayed in the vastness of space, he would be able to continue unhindered by the savage beasts. Unfortunately this would resign them to their fate, and now over the span of another half century the fleet remains unable to reclaim any of their former territory. Perhaps however this will change, as the new Icejin emperor has begun plotting their next move, and a new faction has risen.
