Name: Jinsoku Akuma, Some call him Jin for short.
Age: 23
Race:Human
Class:Rogue
Appearance:
History: From the time Jinsoku was born, he and his family had known oppression and hardship. His mother a lowly street whore who only did what she did to garner money, at first for herself to eat, and then her family. His father, having fell in love with his mothers good will and intentions was a pretty decent pickpocket yet when caught had enough speed to outrun most of his would-be victims. When Jinsoku was born, his parents had to step-up their ‘workload’ and as Jinsoku grew older he noticed his parents would come home to their off beaten but moderately hidden shack on the outskirts of the Ghettian settlement. One Jinsoku was of proper age, four to be exact, his father taught him how to pickpocket successfully. Although Jinsoku could never out do his father in terms of picking pockets, Jinsoku was gifted with much better speed than his father, able to outrun his father every time and his pickpocket victims a majority of the time, occasionally getting caught by being corned or running into a dead end, but no one ever caught him in a straight on footrace.
So Jinsoku and his family grew and lived on, however when Jinsoku was around the age of 13, his father and mother were getting less work, mainly due to their failing health and increasing age so the young Jinsoku had to increase his workload by double, which caused for more beatings and often times less money and food. Fearing that he and his family may not go on for much longer without some sort of change, Jinsoku was forced to do what none of them except his mother had done on occasion, and that was to encounter the saiyans. Jinsoku knew they had better loot available in their pockets, but they were far more dangerous and if caught Jinsoku knew that their was always a chance he would never see his family again for he would be taken away or put in some cell to rot and die away. So Jinsoku decided they he would add another skill to his impressive speed and noteworthy pick pocketing. He would adorn himself in dark clothing, a plain white mask, and he would use the shadows and dark alleyways of the cities and settlements more to his advantage.
Before the daunting task of taking on saiyans with his new strategy he first had to get accustomed to ‘moving with the shadows’. He spent a good bit of time learning when and where the larger shadowy areas were at within Ghettian and surroundings settlements. Coupled with his usual run of the mill pick pocketing jobs, Jinsoku rarely got much ‘free’ time and usually when he did, he used that for sleep. Jinsoku was on his feet at least 20 hours a day providing food and supplies mostly for his mother and father who seemed to grow weaker and weaker both in spirit and health as the months went past. Soon his parents were so weak that they were positioned to just remaining in their small bed. By now Jinsoku had grown accustomed to his new job skills, he was able to swiftly move from shadow to shadow and even manage to ‘blend into’ the crowd if one managed to assemble. With his parent’s bed ridden, it was time to step up his game. It was time to start stealing from the high and mighty saiyans that patrolled the streets. His first target would begin at sunrise, after seeing to his parents and tending to them Jinsoku would rest, as sunrise was only a few hours away.
The sun soon peaked over the hills and various houses and monuments of the Ghettian settlement were soon shrouded with shadows, as the people of Ghettian started to wake up and venture out into the city, if they looked closely enough they could see the small Jinsoku waiting in the shadows of a large building, his eyes behind his mask zoomed all around looking for his first target of the day, at first he spotted no saiyans but then a husky one appeared from a nearby vegetable shop, his saiyan tail wrapped around his gold and white armor. Jinsoku’s eyes watched as the broad shouldered saiyan stuffed his face with apples, after finishing one the seemingly arrogant saiyan tossed the core on the ground and shoved his way past a few human citizens. Though what Jinsoku did was not right in the eyes of many, he never picked on those that were less fortunate than most. Because he knew how hard it was to not know if you were going to eat today or the next. While that left far fewer targets in this era regime of the saiyans controlling humans, Jinsoku often believed that it was truly a survival of the fittest type of thing and those that were not fit to guard their wealth, should have some of it stolen and given to those that valued everything in their possession. For Jinsoku, this had become his life. Although seeing others pickpocket from even the poor that didn’t have much often wondered if this was the best way to truly go about things. The saiyans though, they were much different. Most of them were highly arrogant and spat on anyone that didn’t do or believe as they did. They were foul creatures and Jinsoku had come to despise them more than anything, although until now he never really had the courage to look their way much less encounter them in this such way. But today was the day, now was the time. He had to do it, mostly for his mom and dad...but maybe...for justice as well?
Another apple core hit the ground as Jinsoku moved to strike, he knew his movement had to be flawless, his fingers had to be as light as the lightest feather and his footsteps as fast and soundless as an overwhelming shadow, taking a small rock from his pocket Jinsoku would flick the rock toward a window, it’s speed good enough to pierce the glass and allow for a quick distraction. As the hulking saiyan turned to his right to check what the loud ping sound was, Jinsoku’s right hand quickly reached out for the small sack that hung on the left side of the saiyans hip. He felt the burly sack’s rough skin as he grasped it firmly in his hand and ripped it from the belt of the saiyan monkey. His feet now carrying him swiftly through the streets, Jinsoku managed to weave in and out of the various surrounding civilians. By the time the saiyan yelled out in frustration that his coin sack was gone, Jinsoku was halfway through the settlement the burly coin sack resting safely inside his deep dark jacket pocket. Steal one of the day was a success, and he could already get a sense of how much easier it would be for him to keep his mother and father alive with the extra coin. Today would be a turning point in his life, one that he hoped would help his family out of the tougher times that they had already endured. If only he knew…
Jinsoku Akuma would spend the next few years pick pocketing mostly saiyans, his non-saiyan victims becoming less and less when it finally got to the point where the only people he was stealing from were indeed saiyans. Everything didn’t go perfect every time however, a few saiyans managed to catch the swift and stealthy Jinsoku in the act and Jinsoku was forced to either abort and drop the sack of money or not even attempt to take it and just run away. Soon, Jinsoku was starting to be talked about amongst the saiyans and they were told to keep a sharp look out for him. When Jinsoku heard that he was basically being looked for, he was at a crossroad in his decision to continue on doing what he did. His mother and father had gotten a little bit better thanks to the extra money he had brought in, however they were still very much bed ridden and had only been alive that long because of his pick pocketing ways...if he were to stop they would surely die...but if he was to continue pick pocketing saiyans or even the normal civilians he could be caught or worse… killed. Jinsoku was caught at a crossroad, he had to make a decision...and when he finally did, it would change not only his life but his parents as well.
Night creped over the city of Rad, half the city in lights, the other have shrouded in almost complete darkness save for a few flickers of various small fires. Away from the flickers of a fire and shrouded in the darkest part of the city was Jinsoku Akuma. It was almost midnight and that is the time he choose he would strike. His plan was anything but simple, he was going to attempt to rob, not pickpocket, one of the wealthiest places this side of the earth. The Saiyan Empire Headquarters. It was said that the place was impossible to infiltrate but this was the only place that could provide him and his family enough money to live off for quite some time, if not the rest of their lives. It was a one-time job thing. He wouldn’t have to pickpocket anymore; he wouldn’t have to risk it all every time he went to grab a few coins. This...this was the final hooray. All or nothing. To him...this seemed…safer...better in the long run... The end…midnight was finally here. The sixteen-year-old young man took one final breath and then began his approach into the brighter portion of the city.
He did his best to maneuver around the night watch; he had to do his best. If he was caught then that means his best wasn’t good enough and that means he was not good enough to evade the now watchful eyes of the saiyan army in just single pick pocketing and THAT means his family was dead with no one to take care of them. Either way he looked at it, this was it. Either he succeeded or he didn’t. Two outcomes that was literally the difference between life and death. Jinsoku slipped past the first guard, trying to stick to whatever shadows were available. So far so good…Got to believe in my quickness, got to believe in my skill two…three…four…Everything was going smoothly as Jinsoku moved in and out of the shadows with quick precision past the saiyan guards, jumping into another shadow Jinsoku was completely still as he looked up ahead their was still so many guards to try and bypass at this rate it was going to take him all night just to reach the front doors...he had to think of a better way...a quicker way. If only he knew how to fly, he had seen many saiyans accomplish this feat. It would make this process a little bit easier with the night sky. His eyes then scanned the area, looking for anything that he could use to his advantage to access the main doors quicker. It was then that he spotted some things and an idea popped into his head. The objects he spotted were a simple bench, and then a light post almost directly behind it. The objects were nothing out of the ordinary but his speed was and if time right he could swiftly move, jump on and then off the bench into the air, grab the light post and swing himself a pretty good distance through the night air. The timing, jump and vault from the poll had to be perfect. One mistake and it could be the end of his mission and his life ending shorter than expected. The wind then started to calmly blow as Jinsoku readied himself.
Without hesitating another moment, Jinsoku took off toward the bench slipping past a turned guard his feet left the ground, hit the bench, and that propelled him towards the light post, his hands grabbing the lengthened top successfully, still using the momentum from the bench jump Jinsoku swung himself forward and high into the night sky, he was right, his speed had allowed him to get good distance into the air, as he sailed past several guards, Jinsoku barely slipping past the sight of the last guard from hitting the ground again. The last guard had turned his head up towards the sky literally a second after Jinsoku’s body has over passed him. As soon as his feet hit the ground he was off to the nearest shadow. Being completely still, he waited a minute or two before he moves his head to scan ahead once more. Yea, he had cleared a bunch of guards but at least a half dozen still remained between him and the doors, and he still needed to get a keycard to open the doors. Jinsoku was now faced with another dilemma; there were no more light posts or benches just flat land, guards, and a large building.
Time passed...5…10 minutes maybe an hour? For Jinsoku, it seemed he had been still trying to think of something for an eternity. It’s not possible…their s no way I can get past all of these arrog-…that’s it! I’m going to use their arrogance against them. Jinsoku slowly reached into his left inside jacket pocket and pulled out a small rock. He then waited for one guard in the back to face toward the doors and then waited for a front guard to face him before he quickly hurled the small rock toward the back saiyans head, it landed with a soft Thud and he turned around to face the saiyan that was looking at him. “HEY! What the hell did you do that for? We’re supposed to be on guard not screwing around.” The other guard looked confused before retaliating with his own words. “What are you talking about? I didn’t do a damn thing to you! I might be new to this whole guard duty shit but I know I’m not screwing around! Maybe you need to stop imagining things and do your damn job instead of telling others what to do!” By now the other surrounding guards had caught wind of the heightened voices and were now onlookers, curious themselves as to what was going on.
“Imagining things!?!?! I don’t imagine things hitting me in the back of the head! What I KNOW is real is that some rookie on the job is trying to show up his superiors! That could be some real fine ass beating from the boss-man!” The other guard was now clearly angry as he responded. “Superior!?!? You’re the same damn rank I am, just because you’ve been a guard longer doesn’t mean jack shit. Maybe it’s YOU that needs to learn your place.” Jinsoku could tell now things were starting to get really tense as the back guard walked sternly toward the front guard, now both of them clearly face to face. The other surrounding saiyan guards, fearing a brawl could soon, started to close in on the two arguing saiyans. Jinsoku smirked, now was his opportunity without wasting another second, Jinsoku slipped past the occupied guards, managing to quickly pickpocket a keycard from the last guard. He slide the keycard across the scanner and entered the building just as the two angry saiyans started to throw fists, the other guards quickly trying to break it up. Part 1 was complete…but that was the easy part. Inside was heavy with light; hardly any shadows even existed in the headquarters, most of them adorned to small lamp fixtures and other tiny devices and equipment. Yep, this was going to be much harder than just getting in.
He knew first he had to hide, whether it was behind or in something. He quickly found what looked like a supply closet, he managed to duck inside just as a saiyan turned the corner and headed his way. Jinsoku’s hearted started to beat fast when heard the saiyan stop right in front of the supply closet, it started to beat even faster when the door handle jingle This is it…I finally make it inside and it ends all near the front door… Just as the supply closet door started to open, the door stopped and Jinsoku listened as another saiyan had yelled for the saiyan in front of him. “HEY! The Lieutenant said get your ass back to the 3rd floor, he changed his mind and said he’ll do the exercises with the rooks tomorrow.” Jinsoku waited for what seemed like an endless amount of seconds before the saiyan closed the closet door back, mumbling and grunting clearly angered. Jinsoku let out a big sigh of relief, he had to hurry up and find out where they keep all the goodies and get out of here. He already felt like he had been here for most of his life trying to keep himself hidden from view. Waiting a few more minutes to make sure that no saiyans were around, he slowly opened the supply closet door and peaked his head out.
The area was clear, for the moment. Jinsoku slowly exited the closet; he had to find out what floor they kept the valuable stuff on whether it is money or artifacts so he decided he would see what was on the nearest computer. Unfortunately, it appeared the saiyans didn’t have many, if any, computers on the first floor and Jinsoku had to duck behind counters and large counters to avoid saiyans passing by. Well...if nothing of interest was on the first floor then it was time to check out what was on the second. Making his way to the stairs, he was unsure if he should attempt to go straight up the stairs, as there would be no hiding on the stairwell. He was almost at the stairs, having made up his decision that he was indeed going to go up them when something turned around the corner and stared straight into his face.
It was a cat. I almost had a heart attack…because of cat…why do the saiyans keep animals when they are one? The cloaked and masked Jinsoku made his way around the cat and quickly, yet quietly up the stairway to the second floor. Once he reach the second floor, he let out a sigh of relief as he saw a few computers station in a few rooms, their walls made of clear glass. However, very strangely there were no saiyans around. I thought their would be at least one…. where could they be? He shrugged it off and started to make his way to the nearest cubicle where a computer was. He looked over what was currently on the screen and saw that it was pitch black. Jinsoku had never really used a computer but he saw others use them, he saw others use the strange oval device to move a small arrow across the screen as well as use a large lettered and numbered board, called a ‘keyboard’. As far as that, he had not a clue on how to access anything this device held.
Maybe I should thought this through a little bit better...Hmm I might as well play around with it, see if I can figure anything out. Jinsoku took the oval device and moved it around, the screen went from pure black to a brightly lit green background with various little pictures with words underneath them. Jinsoku’s eyes scrolled across the small-pictured icons, reading what was underneath them all. Family pictures, Income documents, Rad city map, Ghettien settlement workers, HQ building Layout, Slave nu- wait...HQ building Layout! That might show where everything is at, or at least give me an idea of where rooms were and what they were called. Yes, give me that icon. He hovered the oval device over the icon picture he wanted but nothing happened, it took him a few seconds to remember the people he saw were clicking the buttons on the oval device so he did just that. For a few seconds nothing happened, but then another screen popped up it read Enter password… you have got to be fucking kidding me…How the hell am I suppose to know that? Jinsoku hung his head, he had a feeling he was never going to get out of here at this rate. This contraption may have finally stumped him, and he figured he was going to die on the second floor of the Saiyan Empire’s Headquarters.
Minutes passed as he just stared at the screen not knowing what to do.Well…I have to think of something to enter...maybe his password isn’t that personal…Hmm After a few seconds of thinking, Jinsoku started to type in what he thought might be the password. Saiyan Pride...that could be it. Now let’s see what happens After typing it in, he pressed the ‘enter’ key and it immediately told him the password was incorrect. Damn it all… not waiting but a few seconds more he would type in another password. The Empire. To Jinsoku it seemed like a good reasonable password, but the computer didn’t. Password incorrect it read once more. Hmm...I’m going to try one more before I move on, I can’t stay here forever trying to figure this password out. Jinsoku took another few seconds to think of a suitable password. Pressing his fingers to the keyboard he began to type. Long Live The King, almost instantly Jinsoku got his answer and a surprise to go along with it.
Incorrect password, User has entered to many incorrect entries, staff has been alerted to this. Password entry has now been locked. WHAT!?!?!? Does that mean their sending someone down here?? No No No No that’s not good. This can’t happen!!! Furious with what had transpired, Jinsoku slammed his hands onto the keyboard. The screen that was previously locked up started to show new words across the screen, words that Jinsoku. Password lock overridden, Access Granted What did I do… Jinsoku’s eyes then watched as the building layout was shown on the screen, detailing most of the Headquarters compound, with few rooms ‘blacked out’ and only accessed by staff computers. As his eyes scanned the layout, he noticed many rooms and most were too simple to hold what he was here fore. It has to be one of the blacked out rooms...Let’s see one’s on the 3rd floor, the other is on the 6th and the other is all the way in the back of the compound on the highest floor…That has to be the room…it’s so deep within the headquarters. No doubt I would need to be a high-ranking general to get clearance into this room…that could pose a problem.
Jinsoku’s head yanked to the right, two saiyans were rounding one of the corner’s. They were talking to each other and so far had not noticed Jinsoku standing in the cubicle, He immediately ducked behind a wall just outside the cubicle he was just in. I have to figure out how I’m going to get all the way to that one room...Hmm? He heard the saiyans footsteps stop and one of them spoke loud enough for Jinsoku to hear. “Huh? What’s this computer doing logged into the building layouts?” He heard the other saiyan chuckle before responding. “This is Garl’s desk, that boy always forgets to close out when he leaves, I’m curious as to why he was in the building layout though. He’s supposed to know this building like the back of his hand…” Jinsoku then heard the first saiyan chuckle as well and respond. “He probably got lost again, it’s not the first time he’s gotten lost in this place, despite his supposed ‘knowledge’ of here. Come on, close it out and shut the computer off. We’re supposed to meet the new rookies for an early morning training exercise in Arena 1. Let’s go before they get impatient. We can take the elevator. “ Seconds later he watched as the saiyans slowly walked past him, thankful they didn’t turn their heads around or else they would have saw him standing behind the wall.
After they turned the corner he let out a sigh of relief, but not before what one of the saiyans said before had popped out clearly in his mind. Elevator!?!? I wasn’t aware they had Elevators here…much quicker way of getting around.. Jinsoku then thought he should follow the two saiyans to find out where the elevators were located. Turning the corner he saw that the two saiyans had vanished. Wha...where did they go? Theirs no way they could have found and used the elevator that fast… His eyes widened when he heard something behind him, a voice only confirming his fears. “Well well...If it isn’t the person we were looking for. I’m surprised you made it this far in, but you should have known you wouldn’t be capable of infiltrating the Saiyan Headquarters and get out successfully.?
Jinsoku quickly turned around to see the two saiyans that checked the computer from before. Jinsoku was silent, and although they couldn’t see it, behind his mask his teeth were clinched. He was both nervous and angry. How could he have been caught? “Not much of a talker eh? Well that doesn’t matter. When the General is through with you, you wont be able to talk anyway. Now are we going to have to do this the easy way or the fun/much more entertaining way?” The other saiyan chuckled, Jinsoku knew he couldn’t take on these two saiyans; he was trained to be a sneaky pickpocket not a fighter. His only option at the moment was run. So that’s what he did, he quickly turned around and started to dash away. It didn’t take him long to reach the end of the room before he dashed into another one and then another one. He was moving so fast that he encountered other saiyans but they didn’t have the reaction time he did and couldn’t catch nor grab him.
He didn’t know where he was going; he just knew he had to get to someplace where he could hide. As he turned another corner, he was clothes lined by an outstretched arm of a saiyan. Jinsoku hit the ground hard, the arm connecting with his throat literally putting him on the ground almost instantly. Jinsoku grumbled in pain, he was running at near full speed when he slammed into the arm. Jinsoku felt as if his throat was completely gone, as he tried to gather his breath he could hear the words of another saiyan, His eyes going over his armor. It was different from the rest; this saiyan was cloaked in an all black armor with some type of mechanical contraption around his left eye. He watched as the saiyan smirked and then spoke. “Heh, too fast for your own good aren’t you? Your speed is truly impressive but if that’s all you have then your nothing but a worthless runner.” More saiyans arrived in the room, two saiyans picking up Jinsoku by his arms picking him up off the ground and then holding him tightly in place while he stood on his knees. The other saiyans surrounded the room, leaving no chance of escape possible for the speedy Jinsoku. It looked as if his end was near.
Finally Jinsoku was able to get his breathing under control, although his throat was still throbbing with pain. Jinsoku also finally spoke, his words raspy and soft. ”Who…who are you and how did you know when to hold out your arm?” The black armored saiyan laughed and then spoke while he pointed at the weird contraption on his left eye. “This here is a scouter, it allows me to pick up energy settings from people such as you. They used to be quite prominent back in the olden days but now they’re scarce and very few people have one. I knew you were in this building, heck I knew you were in this entire area before you even stepped foot in this complex. However I was advised by my master and the General in charge of this fine establishment to forgo my efforts to catch you immediately. He wanted to see what you could do as he’s known about you for a while, although never really showed much interest until you showed up here. Now me, I don’t see what makes you so special, Hmph a higher than average power level for a measly human and impressive speed mean nothing to us saiyans if you cant back it up in battle.” He pointed to the two saiyans holding him before speaking again. “You two, follow me and drag that derisory human to Arena 2. I want to test his prowess in combat before turning him over to the general and watching him throw him into prison or slavery.”
Soon they arrived to the arena, it was layered with white tiles on the ground and on each side a few benches for spectators, the walls colored a golden yellow, the roof riddle with many lights that made the arena shine underneath. The black armored saiyan stood near the other end of the arena as he watched the two saiyans that were holding Jinsoku drop him a dozen or so yards away. Jinsoku just sat there on his knees he wasn’t a fighter. He didn’t want to fight period, let alone against what he sensed was one of the best, most elite saiyans in the entire saiyan army. “Get up fool. Don’t just sit there. I said I wanted to fight you. Either you will comply or you will die, right here right now. Jinsoku, who had had his head dropped down looking at the white tiles, lifted his head up and spoke loud enough for the saiyan to hear him, yet still soft in tone. “I…I’ve never fought before, I wouldn’t want to disappoint you. Please, if you’re going kill me please hurry and do so. I failed to do what I came here to do and I knew what the consequences would be if I failed. So I’m ready for death...or imprisonment whatever it is you have in mind for me...”
Jinsoku already felt defeated, to further himself any more pain would be just slowing down the inevitable. He had failed himself, but more importantly he had failed his family. Now they were going to die because of his failure and that meant his life was worthless now, he had no goals or directions he wanted to go if somehow he was able to get out of this stronghold. The black armored saiyans face grew tight with anger and disappointment. He pointed towards Jinsoku and let out a furious set of words. “WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU’VE NEVER FOUGHT BEFORE!?!?! You mean to tell me that all your life the only thing you have been doing his using your speed to take away from people that had more going for them than you did? That’s pathetic. You’re right you do deserve to die. Hmph if your parents were still alive, they would be spitting down at you for giving up so damn easily. You humans are all the same, worthless excuses for flesh. It’s no wonder we took over your feeble planet; you have no heart for fights. You have no passion! Hmph. Prepare to die you insignificant bastard.”
Wait…did he say if my parents were still…alive? As the saiyan opened his hand, Jinsoku’s voice rang out, this time his tone was a little more louder and fierce. “Wait...what do you mean if my parent’s were still alive?” The saiyan grinned, his hand now lowering to his hip; he opened his mouth to speak. “Oh that’s right, you don’t know. Heh, while you were here running around a saiyan was dispatched to search for your family. It was that hard to find your little shack home. We knew you wouldn’t be their to try and protect him seeing as how you were here. From what I heard, your parents begged for their pathetic lives just before them and the little shack was obliterated. I only wished I could have been there to see them beg for mercy and watched, as their house became more rubble for earth. Hahahaha, oh my that would have been a nice sight.”
Jinsoku couldn’t believe it…his parents had died before he even had a chance to fail or succeed? What if he had succeeded...he would have went home to a pile of ash…His parents were murdered...murdered by these fucking monkeys! Jinsoku stood up, his face twisted into an angry expression, although hidden by his mask. His voice rang out once more, an angry, fierce tone being put forth. “You bastard. All of you are fucking heartless beasts that see no value in anyone’s lives! You killed people who couldn’t even fight back!! They were weak and bed ridden AND YOU SLAUGHTERED THEM LIKE ANIMALS! Where was this pride in fighting you talk of huh!?!?! Where was it when your saiyan buddy killed defenseless people!!!!! I may not know how to fight, but I’ll be damn now if I’m not going try my best to see that you yourself pay for my parent’s death with your own! Ready up you damn dirty ape.”
Jinsoku now was standing tall, his arms out in front of him with his hands closed tightly. He didn’t know how to truly fight, but he knew it involved using your hands and feet to beat the shit out of the other person. Jinsoku watched as the black armored saiyan himself readied up in almost the same stance that Jinsoku took, but his looked more correct and professional. “Hm, it seems talking about your useless parents has made you less of a pathetic wimp. Heh good, I’m eager to beat at least one of you from your feeble family. Come on boy, show me what you got!” Jinsoku’s eyes harnessed in on the wretched monkey saiyan that stood before him. He didn’t take long after the saiyan finished speaking before his feet left the spot he was standing and dashed forward toward the saiyan. The fight between the two was on!
Jinsoku struck first when he attempted to strike the saiyan’s face with his right hand, he barely missed as his fist barely graced the saiyan’s stuck out black hair. Damn...so close... Jinsoku didn’t stop with his first strike however, he brought his left hand around quickly to try and punch the saiyan in the chest. This time it seemed the speed of his punch worked as it connected with the saiyans breastplate armor in the dead center.Ha! Success! Omff His excitement of his successful first strike was short lived as the saiyan brought up his left knee and collided it with Jinsoku’s stomach, it was followed up by a punch to his very own face, it too landing and sending Jinsoku flying and then skidding across the tiled floor. The quickness and power of the saiyan was so impressive. He could already feel a bruise already starting to form on his stomach area and his face felt swollen. He also noticed that his mask had cracked a little on the upper left side near his left eyehole. His strikes are a lot more powerful than mine…I have to make sure I can maintain a tightened defense I cant afford to get hit by more of that. My body can’t hold up to pain it’s never felt before for too long... I have to do two things, strike a lot and fast and use almost every effort to avoid his strikes. I think I can maintain my speed better than him…At least I hope I can.
Jinsoku forced himself up just in time to dodge the oncoming flurry of punches that came from the saiyan; Jinsoku was indeed a tad faster than the saiyan. After several missed strikes by the saiyan, Jinsoku quickly side stepped to the left and tried to hammer fist the right side of the saiyan’s ribcage with his right hand, it connected and Jinsoku heard the saiyan grunt in slight agony. Of course Jinsoku didn’t stop, after his hammer fist he almost immediately positioned himself behind the saiyan. Jinsoku then unleashed a flurry of quick strikes, he didn’t think-no he knew they weren’t powerful individually but enough of them together had to do damage. Jinsoku’s flurry of punches were so fast that the saiyan couldn’t turn around as he was being pelted continually by the punches, finally Jinsoku put every bit of power he hade into a final punch into the saiyans back, it made a small crack in the saiyan’s armor and sent him skidding across the tiles in front of him face first.
Jinsoku breathed heavily, those flurries of punches had tired him out. He forgot that that much speed and hands going against saiyan armor had the potential to tire him out fast, especially since he had never done this before…Damnit…Why didn’t I think to pace myself… He watched as the saiyan took a minute or two to get up, when he turned around to face him he saw that his lip was bruised and dripping blood and his forehead had several scratches along it. The saiyan took his hand and wiped the blood from his mouth and then commented on what had just happened. “Hmph…you are incredibly fast…Maybe General Broc was right in seeing that you had some potential. But don’t think that a couple of punches to the back will finish me. It’s going to take much more than that.” Jinsoku then watched as the saiyan cracked his neck by rotating his head before getting into a different position. His left arm was held out like before but his left hand was not closed, instead it was open and his fingers curved inward like a bears claw would be. His right arm and hand was tucked in close to his right hip. Jinsoku then watched as the saiyan came at him again, this time with more speed than before.
Jinsoku readied up, he would try and block the strikes this time instead of full on dodge, and he hoped to spend less energy in doing this. At first it was going well, Jinsoku still managed to keep up to speed with the saiyan although it was much harder than before, partly due to him being tired and the other part due to the intensity and slight speed increase of the saiyan. But then he started to barely get to his blocks now, and some punches made it past his guard and landed mostly against his upper chest area. Jinsoku was scared to try and get a counter punch or two in for fear of becoming more injured by the strikes of the saiyan. However as the fight went on, his defense was getting less and less fast and he started to let more and more punches through his guard accounting for more and more hits landing against him. Jinsoku finally had to use a giant step back to try and put distance between him and the saiyan, it succeeded and he landed a few yards from the saiyan. The saiyan stopped chasing him and smiled, he was breathing a little heavy but Jinsoku was by far breathing more heavily. His entire body ached, his inexperience was now truly showing and his energy was almost gone. The saiyan opened his mouth to speak. “Ha, it seems the speedy rat is starting to get tired. No surprise really, I didn’t expect you to have much endurance. I knew your speed would start to dwindle once you got tired; it was only a matter of me pressing the offensive to do just that. Now come, let us finish this fight I’m growing bored of you.”
I have to change my attack up, I’m going to have to try and end this with my next attack… the tired Jinsoku waited a few seconds before he dashed toward the saiyan once more when he got within arms length of him, Jinsoku suddenly spun to the left and while his back was to the saiyan, he quickly pulled a small rock from his inside jacket pocket and after his full turn he quickly flicked the rock with his thumb, hitting the saiyan in his right eye and causing just enough pain and confusion for Jinsoku to strike. Jinsoku jumped into the air and sent a swinging left kick to the saiyans face; it connected and knocked the saiyan forward and as he winced in pain, Jinsoku didn’t stop there. He used his remaining speed to dash back in front of the kick and the jump, making his knee connect with the chin of the saiyan, forcing the saiyan upwards into the air.
It wouldn’t take long before the saiyan started to drop back down and Jinsoku was ready to finish the saiyan off, using every bit of the strength he had left Jinsoku would aim a kick toward the center of the saiyans chest armor, it connected cracking the armor a little bit more and sent the saiyan skidding and crashing against the tiles once again. All this happened within 8 seconds or so and it all but evaporated any energy that Jinsoku had left. Dropping to his knee’s he watched, hoping that the saiyan wouldn’t get up. Of course there were other saiyans around and there was no way he was going to escape from this place, but if he had defeated just one saiyan…he would somehow feel ok. As he struggled to find enough energy to breath, he watched to see if the saiyan would move.
His eyes widened when he saw the saiyan twitch and then start to move after a minute had passed.Noo…I thought for sure…my speed and trickery was not enough... Jinsoku continued to watch in shock as the saiyan lifted himself up off the ground and turned to face Jinsoku, his right eye completely shut and his face battered and bruised. “You…You trickster!” The black armored saiyan started to slowly walk forward, his left hand clenching into a fist as he walked and talked. “I told you that it was going to take great strength to defeat me…speed and deception will not be enough! I WILL DEFEAT YOU!” The saiyan then suddenly dashed forward and sent a hard punch to the face of the knelt down Jinsoku sending the masked man spiraling across the other end of the arena. His mask cracked even more, a clear crack going all the way down the center of the mask, as well as the crack near the left eyehole still there.
The saiyan wasn’t done, as Jinsoku struggled to get up the saiyan was upon him once again this time sending a boot to the ribcage of Jinsoku making him skid across the arena some more. By now Jinsoku was in the worst pain he had ever been in and he just knew it was going to get worse, and it did. The saiyan was again upon him, this time picking Jinsoku off the ground himself and looking into the eyes of Jinsoku before head butting him, the mask cracking once more before falling apart in pieces and revealing Jinsoku’s battered and bruised face. The saiyan wasn’t done; he would then throw the young boy into the air, charge up a yellow ball of energy and then sling it towards Jinsoku. Jinsoku’s eyes barely able to take it in before the blast struck his chest and sent him spiraling towards and then against the walls of the arena his body then landed with a hard thud against the tiled ground. .W...h...at...wa...s that…burned like fire…
The amount of pain Jinsoku was in right now left him with very little ability to even think, he could feel himself almost about to loose consciousness, as the pain he was in was so unbearable. Yet all he could do is lay their motionless and take it. The black armored saiyan slowly walked over to the barely conscious Jinsoku, his entire chest area was void of clothing and all that was there was an intense burn mark, his normally white skin now red as a tomato. Jinsoku watched as the saiyan got to him and picked him up with one arm and rose him into the air, Jinsoku couldn’t even lift a finger and he truly thought this was his final moment. His barely open eyes watched as the saiyan charged another yellow energy ball in his right hand, the saiyan smirking and uttering a few words. “Your time has ended puny human. Time to die.” Just as he was about to push the ball of energy into Jinsoku’s face, Jinsoku could hear someone shout out, the voice obviously important as it made the saiyan stop instantly, the ball of energy inches away from the tattered face of Jinsoku.
“STOP! You will put him down right now Kol. I told you to bring him to see me when you engage him, not make him your play toy.” Jinsoku tried to get a look at whom the booming voice belong to, but he couldn’t turn his head and his peripheral vision was too blurry. All he could see was the yellow energy ball still beaming with life inches away from his face. Who… Jinsoku watched as the ball of energy disappeared out of thin air and the black armored saiyans speaking. ” Ah, my apologies Master Broc, I just wanted to test out his capabilities myself. I’ve been itching for a new fighter to embrace this establishment.” The saiyan know known to Jinsoku as Kol dropped him, his limp body hitting the ground once more, fortunately his head managed to roll to where he could see the person where the booming voice had come from. He was a tall, broad shoulder saiyan. So...this...is...the general… “Forgive me for over stepping your rule sire. It will not happen again. He is yours to deal with now. I will be in my quarters waiting further orders if I am done here.”
“Very well. Well come on boys, take this human, get him cleaned up and take him to the reformatory. I will have someone deal with him later.” Jinsoku watched as the two saiyans that had brought him here, picked him up and started to carry him off. The last words he heard before finally passing out were those of General Broc to Kol. “I’m surprised to see you had such a problem with this boy, cracked armor and several amounts of bruises and cuts? Are you getting weaker or is he just that good?”
Jinsoku would be thrown into prison after that, his time there shaping and molding him into the person he is today. His past staying with him, using it to not only shape his future, but that of others as well.
