Gettin Out! (Open)

Xander was running through the streets of Rad City, trying to get out of it. No more then 10 minutes ago was he a member of the Saiyan Empire, and now he's starting a rebellion against the Saiyan Empire, because he knows that what they're doing isn't right. He had accidently killed a superior and hid his body. He went to his room, grabbed what he could and left. As he was running through the streets, he was running pretty fast, trying not to knock anyone over, and trying to make as little commotion as possible. He was about 2-3 blocks away form the edge of Rad City, he needed to get  out of the city now. He figured he could join the rebellion against the Empire, with the humans, but knew it wouldn't be easy to gain their trust. He continued to run as fast as he could, trying to get out of Rad City before he was punished for accidentally killing a superior.

"Damn renegades..." Porogath muttered to himself as he briskly walked through the halls of the Saiyan Empire Headquarters stationed in Rad City. It was the information center of the entire race's operation here on Earth, taking orders only from the Spire, which held supreme command over the Saiyan race. Porogath had just received word that a local official was killed, the body stashed away where it was presumably ditched by whoever commit the act. Murder, manslaughter, it was all the same. A high-ranking Saiyan was killed, and someone was to blame. Perhaps-not-so coincidentally, a young soldier was also MIA, having failed to respond to his summon. His room was searched, and a few valuables were missing. The logical explanation was that he killed the officer and was now fleeing the city. It made sense, and the retrieval mission was given to the Elite warrior Porogath.

Renegade soldiers made Porogath sick. It was one thing to betray the Empire and declare yourself an enemy, but to pull off such a shrewd stunt and run off like a coward was simply disgusting. A true Saiyan would have the decency to come clean and either receive their punishment or fight for their life. But this man, a warrior named 'Xander', had the audacity to run off with his tail between his legs, perhaps quite literally.

"Bring this guy back, on a stretcher if you have to."

Porogath's superior's words rang through his head as he arrived outside the HQ, looking towards the south end of the city where the Intelligence Unit suspected Xander ran off. Porogath slowly rose into the air and considered the course of action he would take when confronting the perpetrator. He'd had similar missions to this one in the past, but nothing that involved the possibility of incapacitating a fellow soldier. The previous missions were minor complications like failure to pay taxes, or an unannounced absence. This, however, looked like it would get ugly.

Porogath flew towards the city limits at a relatively fast speed, keeping his eyes peeled for any signs of commotion. He managed to track a few angry crowds of Saiyan citizens, as well as some low-life humans in the slums. Finally, he spotted what seemed to be a lightly-armored warrior butting his way through a group of young women. After briefly glancing at the female's attractive bodies, Porogath sped up a little, angling his flight into a quick descent. He landed feet-first on the ground several feet in front of Xander, cutting off his escape route and blocking his access to the city gate. "Where do you think you're going?" he asked, his hands crossed over his chest. He wasn't about to start throwing accusations right away, but depending on Xander's reaction, he began planning his next course of action. His power level began to swell threateningly as he got ready for a fight to break out...

Xander was running through the streets, trying not to knock anyone down or over and was a few blocks from the south gate entrance of Rad City, he was soon to be out of here for good. As he drew closer to the gates, he could sense a energy coming after him. He could sense that it was more of a higher power person than a local, so Xander knew it was someone who was a member of the Empire. Xander took quick action and stopped walking when the person came down infront of him from the sky. "Im going after the person who killed that Saiyan Official, i can sense him and his Ki heading this way, lets go get him!" Xander shouted at the man as he started to move around him. He looked around and noticed another member of the Saiyan Empire walking towards the gate. Xander quickly pointed his finger at him and shouted. "Look its him, he's trying to get away." He said as he turned toward the man and then started to run towards the man near the gate.

Porogath just stared at the man, his eyes narrowing impatiently. It took him only a few seconds to see through the lie, a lie that pissed him off more than anything. This man was a murderer, a liar, and now he was cowardly enough to pin his crime on an innocent bystander. Xander was on foot, which meant that he couldn't have reached the South Gate so soon unless he left the HQ before word got out about the murder. Not only that, but Porogath himself had received the mission to track down the perpetrator. It wasn't like SE officials to hand out a mission to two different people without telling either one that they had a partner. If Xander was also looking for the murderer, Porogath would have known. Having thought of those facts, Porogath only needed one last confirmation...

Letting the Saiyan run past him, Porogath gritted his teeth for a few seconds before springing into action. He flew quickly towards the alleged murderer, aiming a strong punch towards the right side of his face. If it connected, the right-handed hook would cause considerable damage. After his fist carried through with the attack, Porogath landed in front of Xander a second time, once again cutting off his route.

"What is your name, soldier?" he asked in an accusing tone, once again crossing his arms as his tail whipped around his waist, tucking itself securely in place. "If I don't like your answer, I may have to take you in for questioning." he added, letting Xander know just how few options he had. If the man was suspected for lying about his identity, Porogath had the right to bring him in for verification. In situations like this, such a process wasn't unheard of. Now, it was just a matter of how Xander wanted to do things. "Your move..." Porogath thought to himself, wondering if the Saiyan would have the balls to come clean or fight, or if he was foolish and cowardly enough to continue lying.

Xander was almost near the guy he was framing, when the guy he was trying to avoid went and nailed the guy in the face. Xander then stopped when the same guy got in his way again. "Good Work." He said as he looked over the guys body. "The name is Xander Lyons. And if you don't mind, could you bring this perp in for some questioning. While i stay here and get statements from these witnesses" He said as he walked around the man to the guy on the floor. "Now that you know my name, What's your name?" Xander said to the guy who was an Officer as he picked up the guy off the ground and placed both hands behind his back. "So i can tell HQ who helped me take down this perp in my report." He said as he walked the perp over to the guy and then walked away. He headed towards the witnesses next to the gate. "Excuse me, i have some questions for you on what you just saw." He said as he moved closer to the gate and the people next to it.
