History: Frigid is a descendant from a family that used to rival the Cold clan as the next royal family before Cold was crowned king and leader of the PTO, and from this stemmed a grudge that went down the family line. They instead became subordinates of the Cold clan members or even lower ranks within the army, something they wished to one day reverse.
To make matters worse, the Saiyans that were under Cold clan’s rule overthrew them and almost wiped their race out, leaving around half of them to mix under Cooler’s rule. Their biased tales passed on to generations put the blame on Frieza and his family for their crisis, So from all this, Frigid took it upon himself to eventually take back what was rightfully theirs from the Saiyans and the Cold clan, as the rightful of them all and the universe.
But in order to do that, he needed both brute and political power so chose to work through the ranks. It was a slow but steady process, but he earned himself a reputation as a general. Now he seeks to go beyond to extract his revenge on the Saiyans and Cold’s family. He sets his sights on Namek to conquer as an opposition to the Saiyan's conquered Earth.
