History: Born on Namek, Timpani was trained in the healing arts, and would often spend time with patients from off-world. Being a neutral zone, many refugees would come to Namek in secret, in hopes of finding rest before returning to space. One such refugee was an Arcosian scout, who sadly died in Timpani's arms, his injuries too grave even for Namekian healing. Timpani found the Arcosian's ship, and learned of the horrors of the Saiyan Empire. Not thinking rationally, he began pressing buttons on the ship, eventually taking off into space. His tampering had altered the ship's autopilot destination, and the ship took off into the depths of space. The ship finally gave in the it's battle damage, the computer dying as Timpani frantically pounded on the controls. After an unknown length of time, the planet Earth came into view. The ship promptly flew straight into the planet, crashing into an uninhabited plateau. Lost and confused on a strange planet, Timpani stumbled across a small band of humans, shambling back to base after a fight with Saiyans. His emotions stirred by their plight and that of the Arcosian, Timpani offered his services as a healer to the Human Rebellion.

Abilities:
Offensive-
Kinetic Beam- A user of this technique focuses their ki into a beam empowered with kinetic force. The beam exerts force equal to a strong punch from a boxer, and may be fired either one- or two-handed.
Ki Blast: A simple attack in which a user charges a ball of ki in their hands and then throws it at the enemy. It only does as much damage as the person has control.
Supportive-
Healing: The user focuses their ki energy into a healing surge, repairing injuries and soothing away pain from a subject they touch.
Dimension Hop: The user of this technique gains great speed for a brief moment, allowing them to effectively teleport a short distance. Their destination must be within sight, but may be in any direction. The user must wait a moment before "hopping" again. At higher levels of control, multiple "hops" may be chained together, or the user may bring one willing being with them, but must wait a proportional amount of time before "hopping" again.
