History: Jule wasn't born in the Ghettian Settlement, unlike most humans. The rogue wasn't She wasn't one of those humans that vow to take their vengeance on the saiyans, and forever fight for human freedom. Of course, Jule was like the rest, when she was little that is. She was possibly like any of your expected humans: a strong, pure hatred for saiyans, and one day gain back control over the planet. Jule wasn't raised by her own parents to help raise off for herself later on. This was the start of the girl name Jule. Like any other sob story to relate, her father died from a pack of saiyans. It was said that Jule's dad owed the saiyans something, after they did them a favor. God knows what her dad owed them, it's just that he's dead now. Jule was very little, when her dad's death occurred, and her mom also had it bad too.
Due that the water at Jule's little settlement was polluted, but no other water source found, her mother had ended up going sick, and possibly diseased. Jule's mother tried her best to raise her only daughter, but as the sickness slowly spreads all over her body, it was almost impossible for the mother to raise Jule, and felt as if she wasn't going to live longer. There was only one plan that the mother had in mind, but she refused to do it by all means, but she knew she didn't want Page to suffer, at such a little age: Abandoning her. It was the only thing to do, if she ever wanted Page to just experience life as she gets older. The mother felt like, and knew it was the wrong thing to do, but then again her life on earth was slowly decreasing. Wrapping Jule's kiddy body with a blanket, she was left into a box, in front of an abandoned building, and so began the "search" finding that one parent, with a note attached to the box said:
"Please... Treat this baby as if she was your only child. She does not deserve a parent who is too ailed to take care of their own kid. Her name is Page.. Please, take good care of her. Love her as if she's life herself... At such a young age as she is, this baby needs to experience what life actually is on this planet.. And she just need the right parent to do the job.. Someone to take care of her.. Please.. Watch this child... Just raise her as your own.."
Two days have passed, ever since Page was abandoned. It looked like so far, no wanted wanted the little girl at first, until one day, a group of men, about four of them, have heard the cry from little Page, from the box. The four men then rushed over to the box, surrounding looking inside at first, then picking up the little Page. The four men looked like they weren't around from the area... They had gas masks, and lab suits. The three of them looked at Page with interest, while one of them noticed the note attached the box. One of the scientists that noticed the note, took it from the box, then read the note aloud. With the note being read, they all learned that the baby's name was Page. They were planning to actually raise the child themselves, but not the way any other parent would. These men were scientists, that owned a secret, underground lab right below Page's village, search for human experiments. However, they weren't planning to exactly make some injections into the child just yet, just at least until she was at the appropriate age to do so.
As the years flew by, injections and tests to see her ability at the age of ten. The thought of training a stranger's child wasn't remarkable as it sounded at first, but the scientists however, had second thoughts. Their first thoughts weren't so good, when they first wanted to make a few battle tests on her. While at being ten, Page was more of the typical spoiled brat type of kid. Always lazy, refusing to do the tests, always breaking stuff, it was all just awful. One of the scientists suggested to abandon Page as she is, but the other scientists intended to disagree. One of them said that they knew Page was the perfect subject they were looking for, the perfect battle figure. Of course, that opinion for the fact that she was the perfect subject didn't work out so well. Was it probably because for Page being abandoned by her mother at such an age? Who knew? For these scientists, only science and facts can help them with Page.
One of the scientists gave an idea, which was going through her brain, and modifying some thoughts and memories here and there, or at least, editing some out. They knew that this could do some rough mental damage on Page, but it might be worth it later on. And so, it was decide. It was time to hack into Page's head, but the task wasn't easy, to just calm a ten year old within a snap. Page was very the type to be the typical spoiled brat. Always hyper, having no thoughts over her actions, acting if she was big, never listening to anyone, it was all a pain to the scientists, until luckily, they decided to trick Page into knocking her out, just by using pills as candy, and letting the girl try some. Looks like the idea of tricking the girl went better than expected. Better than her breaking some glass and screwing around with dangerous weapons, and so then, the hacking in her brain, changing some functions here and there was now in sequence.
Now, doing a little time leap again, let's say about seventeen now, Page has grown into a full, mature girl. Her battle results, compared with her past ones were remarkable. She definitely showed some improvement in both her battle figure, and her mental thoughts and personality. There was though, one last test, or injection one would say, Page needed to do. Calmly accepting the favor, the injection was given to the young girl. However, it seemed this very last injection somehow messed up Page's mental abilities. The feeling of ire flowed through her body, as if her thoughts were now filled with pure hatred, the feeling of her veins ready to burst, as her blood was as if it was boiling. And that's, when it happened. The girl snapped at one of the scientists, by breaking a first punch to one of the scientist's stomach, throwing him down on the ground. The other three scientists tried to hold down Page, but after all the training she's done, her reflex and flexibility skills have had definite improvement.
Page was then given a weapon, after her tests. The scientists felt like it was time Page should now go off on her own, now that she had proper training. This weapon was like a sword. It was fifteen inches long, as it had its little sloped edge(just like in the picture). With that, was a long rope of black colored chains, at least 25 inches long. Without even giving information on what Page should do, they've decided to release her. No hints, tips, or advice to help Page. Just a simple release from the underground lab. Now, she was on her own, maybe travel a little, or perhaps find a new village other than hers, that might be better to live in.
