Appearance:
History: From birth Seishou was raised to act as a guardian for the Dragon Balls on his home world of Namek. But before he could do that his father Jin told him to go on a journey to make sure that he could be up for the task. Jin was an old Namekian and Seishou trusted his guidance so he took Jin's ship and traversed the universe until he found the small planet of Earth. When he got there though he was not happy with his situation, first his ship broke down, then he nearly got himself caught up in a fight between some crazy Saiyans and a group of rebelling humans. He was lucky the Saiyans recognized him though for what he was otherwise they would have attacked ended up attacking a Namekian. Seishou knew of the treaty between the Saiyans and his people and for this reason decided to go ahead and live on Earth somewhere outside of their influence. A place everyone called the Blood Plains.

Abilities:
Offensive-
Ki Shuriken- A user of this technique can compress a ball of energy into a flat shape with four pointed edges around it. Once this is done they simply flick the top palm of their hand forward and the Ki Shuriken flies forward with great speed and accuracy. One can crush multiple Ki Blasts at once to produce more of them, but this technique requires great control and ki to use if multiple shuriken are made.
Ki Blast (Passive, Free Ability): A simple attack in which a user charges a ball of ki in their hands and then throws it at the enemy. It only does as much damage as the person has control.
Supportive-
Namekian Skin: When struck by a ki attack his endurance protects him quite well. But when hit by a physical attack though his endurance decreases due to the fact he was trained as a disciplined warrior. This endurance feature will be role played out though.
Goals:
To get home to Namek or at least find out what happened to it. If this cannot be done find a way to make Dragon Balls.
