Name: Ou Kimon, across a few planets he's called Dodon Ou which he naturally finds embarrassing as anything.
Age: 17
Race: Hybrid (Saiyan and Human)
Class: Rogue
Appearance:

Slight for a Saiyan, Kimon's mixed heritage shows through in his slim build and complete lack of tail. He's not out of shape, but lacks the larger muscles most Saiyans display. He's got brown hair kept at roughly medium length by his own trimming and restrained by a bandana his mother gave him. He's got dark eyes, fairish skin and he's a little under 5 foot 10 in height so kinda short. Clothing wise, he's usually in travelling clothes, shin high boots, beige trousers and a loose blue shirt covered by a golden sleeveless coat and his satchel. He normally carries a sword but 'retires it' when going to places that aren't big on the legality of carrying weapons in public. The sword itself is utterly ordinary, just plain steel, and currently lost.
Personality:
Kimon is an adventurer, like his mother, and as a result posesses more than his fair share of courage. His primary motivation for most things is that it might be an exciting experience followed by 'it's the right thing to do' and distant third being 'treasure'. His adrenaline junkie and treasure hound nature aside, Kimon is generally a good guy, a product of his being raised by a non-Saiyan mother (though what species she IS is something even Kimon doesn't know) but he appears to take after her somewhat, her influence and training strengthening him rather than his Saiyan DNA being left to it's own devices so he doesn't have the trademark 'Saiyan Pride' and while he's not weak, with proper training he could have been an elite. He's kind, hopeful, and usually first to jump into battle (unless he's hiding behind something because its ridiculously scary).
Due to his mother's poor personal maintenance, Kimon has a minor complex about cleaning. He's a very thorough and diligent cleaning machine, sweeping up mess as it occurs and wandering through to the kitchen to do any dishes that might be left. His 'domestic goddess' side is thoroughly muted so he normally won't voice complaints about mess, merely clean them up with great haste. It's actually a little weird for most folks...
Kimon is normally a fairly simple guy, easily tricked and gullible about other planets, but he has enough self awareness that occasionally he'll realise he's been tricked. He likes honest people and he's a huge admirer of skilled martial artists though due to his galactic lifestyle he's not a great admirer of Raditz and his people, it'd even be fair to say he hates them. He doesn't know about his Saiyan heritage, nor that his father was one of Frieza's men which may come back to bite him in the butt. He's grown attached to the Earthlings so his logical side and do-gooder side are now in competition.
History:
The son of a Saiyan Elite and an adventurous woman known only as Tsu, Kimon was never going to have a normal life. He was born on Planet Garo, one of the meanest toughest planets in the galaxy and was very nearly sold to the first black market Tsu found to cover her debts until she had a change of heart and stole a ship for her and her son. Tsu never knew his father (and for several years didn't understand the concept) but was raised solely by his slightly eccentric mother. She cared for him, certainly, there was love in those dollar signs she called eyes, but more than once Kimon had to fend for himself as his mother sought great fortune.
Kimon wasn't all that interested in treasure but his mother was absolutely obsessed, nigh on constantly travelling in the search of something. Kimon didn't really know what to make of it but on more than a few occasions this quest got Tsu into serious trouble and lead to her son interfering and saving her. It was around this time that Tsu realised that the man she slept with maaaaay have been a Saiyan (the thought had not occured, apparently) and began trying to develop her son's abilities.
During one period, Tsu heard the legend of the Super Saiyan and had a fortune teller examine Kimon. Cryptically, she said he'd never possess Golden Hair because of her blood, what exactly this meant was lost on the two of them and there's still some debate (one-sided debates since Lets doesn't know he's a Saiyan so sees the debates as pointless). Kimon spent most of his childhood training in his mother's own personal fighting style (variously called Bar Brawl no Jutsu and by those very observant watchers as Earth's own Crane style Kung Fu, though where she learnt it is completely unknown) and learnt fairly early on that if anyone was going to be in charge of the ship it'd have to be him and developed his neat freak mentality.
Most recently, Tsu and Kimon got into serious trouble on Planet Garo again, winding up with Tsu in jail and Kimon released on parole. Tsu's sentence was for life but fortunately, she had a plan. Word was there were 7 magic balls on a planet called Namek which could grant any wish, she'd been intending to go for years but she'd only found this information in the altercation that landed her in Jail. All Lets had to do was go there and wish she was on Namek and they'd be set for life. Kimon, not being sharp enough to realise there were thousands of BETTER things to wish for, set off to get his mother out of jail through magical wishes rather than the legal system. His route took him past Earth and given how old the ship was, there's no guarantee it won't need a crash landing...
Stumbling from the wreckage, Kimon found himself on a Saiyan's private property. The man was a low ranking warrior and despite the difficulty he had, Kimon managed to slay the enemy with his Dodon Ray. Of course, this just made things WORSE, Kimon didn't like killing and began panicking (and adding 'Wish back to life the guy I killed' to his Dragon Ball list) when he heard a sniffling. Looking into the kitchen he found a young girl, her fingers covered in plasters, struggling to chop some meat. Being his usual blunt self Kimon opened with
"Stop crying?" and was surprised when she screamed and called for her master
"Master? Oh right, I, uhh, oh man, please don't call the cops it was an accident I mean maybe he doesn't need his... middle of the... chest. Do humans need that?" surprised, the girl went and saw what had happened and started begging
"Please don't kill me.. I don't want to die"
"Hey, I haven't killed- correction, I don't want to kill anyone. I guess I can't leave you here, do you have a family or something?"
"Are you from space or something?" she asked sarcastically
"Yep" he replied... well, honestly, I guess.
Using his hastily repaired ship, Kimon flew the girl to the Ghettian settlement but was baffled when the people were terrified of him. This was how he learnt about the Saiyan Empire in full and was now finding himself slowly filling with rage. He needed to help his mother but with the state his ship was in he'd never make it and the Saiyans... He'd have to help them first
"Sorry mom... Hope the cells comfy" he thought to himself as he cracked his knuckles. Time for work.

Endurance: 3
Abilities:
Dodon Ray- The part that makes Kimon's mother seem most weird, this was her special technique, the signature of the Crane school. Who exactly she is and where she learnt this move are questions yet to be answered but what IS known is that Kimon is fairly adept at using it. The attack itself is gathered in the finger and fired with the intention of piercing rather than blasting away usually combined with being surprisingly hot, usually burning opponents. Kimon has a tendency to go for non-lethal spots due to his personality and will use it to cauterise to ensure his opponent doesn't bleed to death. Normally he uses his thumb as a sight to help aim it and when he charges it up he uses both hands to control the 'kickback' he experiences due to his lack of control. He's trying to do a new version but no good so far.
Bukujutsu- Kimon can fly using his ki but his balance is often atrocious.
Oozaru- He doesn't know it, but if Kimon looks at a full moon he's gonna get monkey everywhere. As expected, he has a big increase in strength and overall combat ability but he loses control of himself which isn't very handy.
