This site follows a more "Dragon Ball" esq fighting style. This means that blowing up entire cities and being stronger than God himself is not easily obtained. I have created a chart of some examples of what high Stats look like.
CONTROL
Control is how powerful your attacks end up. The power of an attack can be gauged at as little as a 2 (as seen here) or as powerful as a 20 as seen here at 1:00:00
As you can see blowing up the Tournament platform was no easy task, and Tien would have had at least 20 control to pull that off. Meanwhile Goku could hardly damage a vehicle with his Kamehameha. So attacks like the death ball or the spirit bomb would be much more difficult to control, and would therefore be out of your reach unless you were well above even a 20 control.
KI
Ki is your actual quantity of energy. Someone with a low Ki would be entirely worn out after a single attack. When Goku was a child, he could only fire one Kamehameha before he was entirely sapped of energy. This likely means his Ki was at 5 or below. However as your Ki grows, you can begin to use more attacks. Tien in their fight uses two solar flares, a tri beam, and several other tough attacks, meaning his Ki was obviously at around 20 as well. The more Ki you have, the more attacks you can dish out.
STRENGTH
Strength is another one that people get confused on. Watching Piccolo punch a mountain in half looks cool, but realistically that is a very high strength stat. Strength is more easily compared to your opponent, because your strength can be very high, and yet you are still weaker than the person you are fighting.
SPEED
This stat is easily the most difficult to explain, because being fast can mean a lot of things. Dodging, hitting first, and running away or chasing are all talents performed with this one stat. It is a lot like strength as you must compare it too your opponent. I know many of you want your character to be so lightning quick that they disappear instantly, but that is unrealistic for a lower level speed. Think of it this way. Your attacks are still visible to the naked eye until about 20, and then it is based on your opponents speed as well.
DODGING
This is not actually a stat, but I thought it was important to outline how to use this aspect of the game. Dodging is a combination of Endurance and Speed. You can be wicked fast, but if you wear yourself out dodging, then you can't keep it up. If you have a high endurance but no speed, the attacks will likely hit you. So a balance between the two is necessary.
ENDURANCE
Think of this as your bodies limit. The number of times you can be hit, the number of punches you can throw, and the number of times you can dodge. Goku notoriously has had a high endurance, taking punishing blows and surviving them with ease In his fight with Tien he easily has an Endurance of over 30, taking blow after blow with no problem.
I hope this has helped you understand each stat a little more clearly, and understand the atmosphere we are roleplaying in!
