It was another gloomy day down in the slums, the sun was already high above the city, but it was heavy over casts blocking out most of the suns intensity. People went around doing their normal routines of working for barely enough food to feed them for the day, and tons of back breaking labor; most wouldn't consider it worth living but they kept at it. Further to the south were the open fields of what was left of the old city, now just piles of conetre and rebar pipes, most people wouldn't venture out this far, there wasn't much to find expect for the occasional Saiyan training out here. Other than that it was usually abandoned, so a large open area and no people meant a great place to train.
Falling on his back Aice groaned in annoyance, beeds of sweat rolled down his face and his shirt was already soaked from sweat. Aice had been out here since before the sun rose training his ass off, starting off with physical training and now he had moved onto Ki training. Aice always found that physical training was easier than Ki training, it was mostly just repetitive actions that made him grow stronger, while Ki was a mixture of physical and energy exercises. While Aice was generaly weaker in any physical aspect(expect running) and stronger in his Ki; he still found that training Ki required more discipline, time and patience. Over his years of training he usually found this to be true every time, he dreaded Ki training but he knew it must done, otherwise he wouldn't stand a chance in a fight against anyone.
Using a nearby slab of coneret Aice pushed himself off the ground, he had caught his breath back after his short break, he had to stay on top of the training, if he took to long of a break he would want to go home. Putting his feet side by side and balling his fists up he positioned them at his wasits. Closing his eyes Aice began to channel his energy, letting his Ki gate's flow freely, doing this allow Aice easy access to his Ki. Usually it was kept locked up only allowing to use it after he had charged it, then forming it into a attack. This way the gate's were always open, it made him use his Ki up faster but Aice didn't have to charge to perform a attack. Though Aice didn't like to use it a fight, usually he had the drop on the enemy and had his Ki already charged; it also used his Ki up very quickly and he'd rather not be out of Ki when his life was on the line.
Taking a few deep breaths Aice could feel the Ki free flowing inside his body, not wanting to waste anytime Aice sprung into action on a new technique he had been working on for a while. In essence what Aice was trying to do was modify his fade technique, which gave him the ability to fade from the visibility plain of others vision. Taking him into another plain of existence in a sense, Aice could see and hear others perfectly but they couldn't see him. The world looked almost the same to Aice expect there was always a breeze that wasn't present before and a blue tint to the world; the breeze always puzzled Aice but he never had to time to investigate it.
Basically what Aice was trying to do was bring another object, hopefully taking a person into the world with him making them invisible to others as well; he didn't want to try it on person because he had no idea what the out come would be like. There where so many unknown's what about what could happen he thought it best to try on a inanimate object be fore a live test. If it worked the way he had hopped it would allow him to safe others if they were trapped in a bad situation; as long as the transfer process didn't kill them first.
Laying on the ground next to him was a body of a woman, she had a whole in her chest from where a rebar pipe had struck her; most likely the cause of her death. Aice had found the body laying out here in the concrete fields, from the looks of it there had been a fight going on and she was caught up in it. With all the Ki blasts it was hard to tell how many had been involved or what the outcome was, but she had been knocked back into the fight from an explosion and hit the bar. It was a hard way to go most likely she hadn't died on impact, the shock and blood lose probably did her in. Aice was slightly sadden at the loss of another human life but he wasn't going to let her body go to waste if he couldn't put it to good use, and training his new techniques seemed like a pretty good use to him.
Opening his eyes he quickly took a knee, reaching out he touched the cold body, she had dead been for quite some time at this point. Aice began to fade from the visible world his body slowly disappearing. Even though Aice had began to disappear the woman hadn't, Aice had feared it wouldn't be as easy as he had thought. It was one thing to bring himself to be visible but another thing to bring someone else with him, just doing it for himself took quite a bit of Ki; doing it for two people would take twice as much if not more for him. Knowing this Aice increase his Ki output, using up so much he could feel it draining out from his body, flowing down his arm into the body. Slowly but surely the body began to fade along with Aice, before long he could tell that she was invisible just like he was, but his victory was soon over as the impact of the lack of Ki hit him. Aice snapped out of the other world falling on to his back, with a sigh of relief at what he had accomplished here.
Sitting up slowly he looked at the body to see if it had taken any other damage than the rebar, looking it over carefully it seemed to be in contact. Laying back down Aice stared out into the over cast skies with a smile on his face.
"Well all seemed to go well with that, but I think I'm gonna need some more training with it before I can use property in a combat situation, otherwise I'm gonna be out of the fight as quickly as it started."
