As the commotion from the gates began to reach the village, what few human's had yet to be forcefully removed were now being beaten in the streets. That is to say that now the lower class saiyan's in the village were senselessly beating the human's around them in a preemptive manner, in order to prevent them from rising up. This most prominently illustrated by a mother, pulled from her home because she was not moving fast enough. The man carrying her large standing at over seven feet with muscles to match.
"Come on pretty lady"
He chuckled, dragging her into the street, his fingers tightly gripping her throat. He was unintentionally, or perhaps purposefully choking the woman to death. The other human's around were too few in number to stop him, and lacked the courage to do so. They feared ending up like the woman they saw before them. The village would be ransacked as it always was. What little food and belongings they had stolen from them during the abduction. Unless someone stood up against them. Unless they were strong enough to fight back. (Members involved: Aice, Silvestra, Koli, Zach)

Afar from the horrible scene happening down in the streets, Silvestra was currently hidden on top of a destructed building. The building wasn't as tall, but at least tall enough for Silvi to jump off of and make a move, at least. As with her usual MP3 sweater equipped, her hoodie over her head, but her green, multi-colorish hair sticking out of the hoodie, her red eyes scanned over the area, as the humans were mercilessly beaten like no tomorrow. She was on one knee, as her other leg was of course bent, and palms flat on the ground, in a position as if she was ready to jump off. But asides from that, there were two types of emotions Silvi was encountering right now. One, was of course relief, since she wasn't really apart of getting her ass beat. Shallow, but lucky. The second emotion she had right now, was just sorrow. She knew she had to do something about this mess, even if she's alone or not.
Well... at least I'm still healthy and fresh... Silvestra thought, with a slight, yet shameful chuckle.
But, as Silvestra kept watching the area, in a quiet manner, or at least stealthy enough to not get herself caught, she saw a highly tall Saiyan, definitely a little bulky, carrying a lady into the streets, seemingly strangling her. Silvi grinned her teeth together, as she kept watching the Saiyan's actions. Right now, Silvestra was just ready to throw a simple kick, just to stop the Saiyan choking the woman. But, what can Silvestra do? She of course lacked strength! She pretty much lacked every combat criteria there is. Her expression of anger slid to an expression of doubt.
What can I even do...? I can't even kill a fly... Silvestra thought, with a sigh. But, there was actually one way of solving this, or at least, stopping the Saiyan from trying to kill the woman. "Unless..." She said to herself, leaving her statement like that. Thoughts rolled around for a moment, as she kept brainstorming for ideas. But, there wasn't much time left to think, considering that there's someone about to possibly be killed. "Damn it.... okay...." Those were her final words to herself, as she leaped off from the building in action, zooming off.
Silvestra was this time as expected, using all of her speed. She can at least admit her speed keeps meliorating. Right now, Silvi was currently behind the Saiyan and the woman. This better do something..! And with that final thought, Silvestra hung out her left leg as she was close, still using all of her speed out, attempting to trip the Saiyan on his back, and seemingly with another attempt to release the lady. Although this seems like Silvestra was asking for her time to end, Silvi had actually other things in mind instead of hand-to-hand combat, or any.. what do they call it.. "ki" battles.
(OOC: Totally forgot about this event.. OTL)

The dilapidated buildings began to shake and quiver with the wails of the humans in the streets, their voices calling out in pain as they we're being beaten by the Saiyan's. The already weakened humans had no chance in hell to fight back against their brutish oppressors, those that couldn't move just laded in the streets, hoping that the thrashing would soon cease; most of those that fell would never get up again. Blood flew into the air with each hit soon it began to smell like rust, its smell coated the area thickly. Most of the Saiyan's had smiles on their faces as they enjoyed the thrill of chasing down their prey and beating them to a pulp. It was a sick barbaric display of power, or true beasts could walk(fly) into a defense population and lay waste to them with no remorse. The explosion from their Ki strikes impacted the ground sending shock waves through the shifted earth, almost feeling like a earthquake.
Hanging from the rafters in a old building Aice was taking a nap when all the commotion had started, at first he thought someone was just getting into another drunk fight. But the idea was quickly pushed out of his mind as the screaming and explosions happened, bolting up from his laying position Aice ran over the hole in the building top. Once on top he could see the damage that the Saiyan's had already done to the defenseless people. Aice's heart went out to the people as he saw his fellow humans crying in pain, he mind seemed to slow down as he witnessed everything, he couldn't believe what he was seeing. A green blur snapped Aice out of his froze trance, noticing out of the corner of his vision he saw Silvi strike a large Saiyan with her out stretched leg.
"Well nice to see I wasn't the only one invited to the party."
Having the tiredness knocked out of him from the panicked screams Aice was pumped up and ready to save as many people as he could. With the blood now flowing through he veins Aice jumped from the top of the building into the chaos below. Hooking his hands together he slammed his hands into the skull of a Saiyan, slamming him face first into the ground; blood flew out from the impact spraying it across the nearby area. Standing up on top of the dead man's body he looked around as a the few Saiyan's that had seen what he had done we're no froze staring at Aice.
"Low ranking Saiyan's, I guess they we're expecting much of a fight here, well I guess I'll have to give them one."
Taking the few seconds they stood frozen watching Aice he charged at one head butting him with full speed in the stomach. On impact Aice stretched both arms out to his sides, and fired Ki blasts at the other two Saiyan's; causing them to explode in a blue blaze.

Today was not exactly the best of days for Koli, originally she had been planning to just do some training, because of this she had gone around the slave quarters and dragged Zach away so she could see about trying to force a good fight out of him. However jsut before she could get things started she'd gotten word from her uncle that he needed her to head into the Settlement as a sort of lesser 'mission' due to it being in part a task required of her uncle by the Empire. Normally the task would have fallen to some of the other Saiyans around here but there was apparently something else going down around the settlement that had them busy. Koli in truth had no clue of the events going on across the settlement, her being so new to Earth had left her a bit out of the loop when it came to the 'event' as Koli didn't bother much with keeping up with current events, she was sadly still working in the 'getting settled' part of her mission as she couldn't afford to look TOO eager to climb the ranks, likewise in truth Koli wasn't particularly eager to get the ball rolling with her mission.
The northerners disgusted her. Every day she found herself feeling more and more disgusted by these... THINGS.. How these people had any right to call themselves saiyans was beyond her, so few had a truly 'saiyan' spirit that it was honestly rather difficult for her to actually want to be around any of them for more than a necessary amount of time. Truth be told she greatly preferred being around Zach, hell the ROBOT was better companionship than ninety percent of the northerners she'd interacted with and it was a barely functioning scrap heap... Thinking about the bucket of bolts reminded Koli that she needed to take a look at it soon, she wasn't entirely sure how its weird sort of stasis mode functioned but hopefully it would preserve it for a bit, she didn't know much about technology but if she could get it to at least not see her as something to destroy then her plan could be set in motion.
But that was for another time, now she and Zach were in the settlement just having completed there work here, she'd dragged Zach along on the pretense of having the boy act as physical labor, her uncle had been less than eager but the fact that he was one of strongest around meant that there time out here would be greatly reduced... theoretically speaking. In truth Koli had brought him along for two other reasons, firstly to have someone to talk to lest she bore herself to death by being alone or worse her uncle choose to have some other moron accompany her, and secondly to give Zach a view of the world outside what really amounted to a prison for him. As far as Koli knew and had been told Zach had never so much as taken a step off her uncles land. He along with many of the others on the farm were just some of the WORST examples of what slavery did, many of them weren't so much treated any more poorly than any other slave as far as she had seen. But there attitudes... There was no fight in them, Zach hadn't even understood the CONCEPT of not being a slave. It was horrifying to Koli to see someone like him, someone so clearly better than many of his 'masters' in terms of strength. Someone like Zach didn't deserve this life. Were Zach born in the south he'd could have easily become a great soldier or literally anything else. But here? He was her uncles literal whipping boy.
"So Zach, whatcha think? I don't imagin' you've had many chances to see past the walls he put up. Is this your first time out and about?" Koli asked genuinely curious if this was his first trip outside her uncles property. While she awaited Zach's answer she watched him carefully for the first time since they'd left curious to see how he was reacting to the world around him. As they walked Koli was rather clearly taking a path through the settlement that was not the same path they had taken out, while yes they were expected to return immediately after there work was done they had gotten things done even faster than Koli had expected and that gave her plenty of leeway time to explore the settlement with Zach, little did Koli know that they had arrived just a few hours before the rounding up of the Humans had begun, there mission had completed just an hour before those in the area they had been working in were starting to get rounded up. By some strange miracle they had essentially dodged every sign of today's events.
Until now. Turning down a corner Koli and Zach would find themselves faced with the obvious signs of the events of the day, one might call it a battle between saiyans and humanity... that person would have a rather loose definition of 'battle' it was far more akin to a slaughter as the majority of the saiyans present easily outmatched your average human. Koli did not show any overt concern at the signs of battle and carnage, she was far too used to such things for them to phase her, as her brain began to process 'wait... this isn't normal for earth though!' Koli caught sight of what appeared to be one of the incredibly few humans putting up a fight, and not only was he putting up a fight but he'd just obliterated setting them ablaze. Koli was rather impressed by the show of power but something felt... odd.. as she looked at the warrior, he was strangely familiar, Koli took a moment to take in the humans apperance and then let out a sound somewhere between a gasp and a growl as she realized who it was.
The thief. The cowardly bastard who had lead her on a goddamn wild goose chase through her uncles property over some stupid fucking safe, he'd ducked out when things has stared to turn against him and denied her any actual fight, she STILL hadn't had a proper fight yet and immediately the sight of him ignited her fury. "YOU!" Koli roared charging forward without any real regard for Zach's likely confusion over her sudden action. "YOU FUCKING COWARD I'M GETTING YOU THIS TIME!" Koli bellowed charging past saiyans and humans alike with little regard for the battle going on, as she charged Koli found a few random saiyans and humans directly in her path, her fury as it was left no room for moving around, and no interest in asking them to move. Koli simply bulldozed through Human and Saiyan alike showing no sign of caring for the well being of what should be her 'allies'. None of those in Koli's path received particularly life threatening attacks rather simply found themselves on the receiving end of a blow just strong enough to send them out of her path as she made a beeline for the thief.

The week, like that first day that he met Koli, was starting to turn into one of firsts for Zach, on top of the hectic and horizon broadening events of that first day, the blonde had gotten to know the female master more so then he knew any of the other masters save for her uncle. On top of that she'd managed to avoid him being punished for leaving the estate grounds although that didn't stop the usual physical abuse he received from the head master. His work load though had changed somewhat as the master order him closer to the house and put him on the work detail digging up the stump of the tree Koli had blasted to pieces earlier in the week. Today though was something completely different and once again a first, the Saiyan girl had somehow managed to convince her uncle that the blonde could be of service in shipping out the month's shipment to the city, THE CITY of all places. Zach had never been farther then the end of the driveway in his life and now he was going to be going to the city. It was a sight to see indeed when the teen nearly hyperventilated at the prospect of seeing what was down that long stretch of cracked concrete that disappeared into the mountains on it's way to the fabled place.
The evening before was spent stacking the crates to be shipped and checking one of the tractor's engines with his father to make sure it was in good enough condition to make it to the city and back. The blonde was glad to have the time to spend with his father as usually he was in the fields while the older man tended to the farm's machinery. He'd learned how to drive the tractors when he was ten to be of use in the fields but now his physical strength was of more value so Zach rarely got to operate the machines any longer. He had a lot to be grateful to Koli for, her arrival had seemingly changed things for the better, at least that's what Zach thought for now. The next morning started quickly, breakfast with his parents, hugs good bye and then out to the waiting tractor, it's heavily laden trailer and the Saiyan girl who'd managed to arrange the trip. The drive was different then the boy was expecting though, the road didn't bring them anywhere he wasn't familiar with. The trees on either side of the road were just like the trees on the estate, only there were more of them, the grass was grass, the sky was the sky and the wanderlust of seeing some place new was starting to fade about an hour into the slow drive when upon the horizon the first tall building Zach had ever seen rose into view.
As the tractor under the teen's guidance climbed over a hill and began a descent into a valley, there sprawled out before him a vast metropolis, tall buildings was jagged, half finished tops, immense grey monoliths with great open windows to let the breeze in, and more roads then the boy thought possible. It was truly magnificent to behold from the distance. Unfortunately for the blonde boy, that magnificence was only apparent to him as he had never seen a city before. He knew not that the jagged, unfinished roofs were not unfinished buildings, but rather whole buildings that had been half demolished. Neither did the teen realize that the great swathes of open windows in the structures were in fact not supposed to be like that, the glass had long ago been blasted from the buildings during the war. And finally the roads, the miles and miles of roads that interlaced themselves through the city were in even worse condition then the one lonely stretch that passed by the estate. As they approached the city the illusion Zach had in his mind dissolved to the cold hard truth of where he was, the city was nothing more then a giant dump, why anyone would want to live in such a dilapidated place was beyond his understanding and more so was the unfathomable reason the inhabitants might have had to keep it that way. Why weren't they working to repair the place, even Zach could see with his crushed wanderlust that this place at one time must have been magnificent, but now it was a crumbling monument of failure.
They didn't venture far into the city after passing a set of gates, traveling only a few blocks to a depot where the food stores were to be unloaded. As he worked Zach's attitude had become steadily more sullen and when finally Koli led him from the depot and ostensibly away from the tractor, he obeyed silently. As they walked down one of the ruined streets, the young woman asked him what he thought of their trip so far and if this was the first time he'd been this far away from the estate. Nodding, Zach responded quietly, all he wanted to do was go home and forget about this place.
"It is..." he started as they turned onto another block. "I don't like it here... it's..." the boy was about to continue when the ruckus ahead grabbed his attention and Koli began to yell. Looking up from the round immediately beneath his feet, Zach noticed several of the Saiyan masters, knowing them to be so because of the distinctive armor they wore, fighting with a group of slaves, at least that's what Zach thought they were, all Humans were slaves weren't they? Or were they? The Tractor-man had brought all of that into question. Could this have been a Human city before the "Saiyan threat" the machine spoke of? Zach didn't have time to ponder these things though as Koli had exploded into a cursing rage and launched herself at one young man in particular. It took Zach a moment to realize himself who she was attacking as she bowled through several people, some of them Saiyans. Once through them however the young woman continued towards a young man that when Zach finally knew who to look at, he recognized at the thief from the estate. While not as infused with unbridled rage as Koli, Zach did have a bit of a bone to pick with the younger boy and started to mark forward, however the Saiyans and slaves were between him and the boy and Zach didn't know if he'd be able to pass around or through them to get to the kid but he was going to try.

It seems that Silvestra managed to knock over the saiyan that was holding the human woman in his arms, dropping her. While the saiyan was still down, knew she didn't even really do much damage to the saiyan, but she also knew that would give her some time to check up on the lady while he's stunned. And she needed to act fast also. Standing up from her little sliding position, the female then ran over to the other human lady, checking up on her.
"M-Miss?" Silvestra said, tone trembling a little, as she crouched down to the fallen woman. However, there was no response from her. Was the woman dead already? Did Silvestra came too late to save her life? There was only one way to find out. Silvi began to inspect the body. Placing her index finger softly on the woman's pulse. Well... I can feel her pulse beating a little, that's for sure. She thought, releasing the woman's arm. Looks like the woman's unconscious from that little choking incident. It was a fact that this human was still breathing.
I gotta get her to safety before this saiyan gets up. I don't want my ass kicked while someone who's knocked out turns up dead. Silvestra thought, as she decided to carry the woman. Though, as she carried the woman by the bacl, Silvi started to shake like no tomorrow. Damn... she's heavy! Her thought raged. As expected, Silvestra had zero strength. Though, that didn't stop her from trying to get this lady to safety. But, there's no time to complain! I better get to a safe place before- Silvi's thoughts were interrupted, as she heard some explosions being committed.
Oh piss me... Silvestra's thoughts continued, as she then looked around, trying to figure out where it was coming from, until it was spotted. Blue sparks danced upon the air, as a blue flame appeared in the scene. Near the flame from, was to be a young boy, blue eyes, brown hair, etc. Right away, Silvi can tell that was no other than Aice, joining in on the little fun in this game. "Aice...? Aice!" She called, with a shock. Of course, she was still surprised at the fact that there were some humans who were able to pull off such attacks, similar to saiyans. But, this wasn't the case right now.
No, Silvestra! You need to take this woman to safety first. Silvestra thought, making her final decision. But, before Silvi can even move, a buffed, pissed off voice roared behind the female human. "You little brat!" He yelled, drawing back his created fist, then launching it right towards Silvestra. Luckily however, with her speed, she was able to slide herself over to the left, dodging the saiyan's punch. Damn it... my timing needs more work.. but for now, it looks like I'm gonna play another game of tag. I just hope he doesn't stomp on my ass. She thought, as she started to zoom off in the streets, as the saiyan then followed her tail the moment she dashed off.

Painful moans and earth shaking explosions filled the decrepit village as the Saiyan swept through attacking anyone that was standing in their way, it didn't matter who they were if they where there they were soon being knocked down to their feet. Those that could run took that chance while they still had one, leaving behind their homes, their belongings, their lives. After the fight, there may not be much for them to come back too, the structures here were already weakened from lack of maintenance; one good hit could cause the building to collapse under it's own weight. Many of the buildings had already seen some battle damage, while others had already crumpled during the first attack wave.
While the Saiyan had the humans out numbered and out classed by a lot this didn't stop some of them from fight back, even though it looked to be only Silvi and Aice who had any chance of fighting they stood strong against their opponents. Using his momentum Aice swung his legs back over his head flinging him over the Saiyan he had just head butted, landed on the ground a cloud of dust kicked up around him. Already in a sparring stance had a few seconds to glance around the area before springing to action.
The sight wasn't a pretty one as human's were being forcefully dragged from their homes, sometimes not always in one piece as Aice soon learned. A man was yelling at a Saiyan as he tired to pull him from his home, keep his grip on the door frame he was very resistant to leave. As the Saiyan patience quickly ran out he yanked the man's legs trying to break the grip on the housing, instead mans legs came off in the Saiyan's iron grip; not even taken back by the limb he tossed it aside without a care, going back to removing the now screaming man. The limb flew across the street, landing blood shot out from it spray at nearby people causing for screams to fill the air.
The whole sight disgusted Aice never before had he seen such a brutal attack on a person, without even a care a Saiyan had just crippled a man for life. His stomach turned as he saw the sight before him, holding back his nausea he took a deep breath, things were only going to get worse before it got better here so he needed to act quickly to save as many of these people as possible. Right as Aice was about to charge at the Saiyan he heard a rage filled yell over the commotion of the fight,
"YOU FUCKING COWARD I'M GETTING YOU THIS TIME!" Stopping in his tracks Aice looked around to where the voice was coming from, he knew he had heard it somewhere before but he couldn't put his finger on it.
Looking through the crowds of people Aice finally made out who the voice belonged to as she now charged through the people knocking them out of the way, it was obvious she had a score to settle with Aice.
"Well if it isn't my good friend from the farm and the betraying farm slave." Seeing the blonde follow in the wake she had made through the sea of people and Saiyans.
"As if they could have arrived at a better time not only am I'm going to have to deal with all this I have fight them, man...why do I always have to do this by myself." Now noticing that Silvi had jetted somewhere during the fight.
"Well none the less I can't fight them here, too many people and not enough room one wrong blast and someone else could get hurt."
Even though the girl was already charging at Aice she had quite a distance to travel through the crowds of people, this gave Aice enough time to move out of her way as she approached him. With a simple shifting in his feet position Aice glided out of her rampage pathway, sliding back a few feet he looked across at the young girl.
"Well long time no see. I see you've been keeping relativity healthy, but hey I'd love to stay in chat but as you can see I have a full and busy day here, you know with all the death and despair going on around here. Say hello to blonde for me,unless he's helping you scumbags kill innocent people too. Cya!" Aice grinned, jumped backwards on to a nearby roof he had to make his way across the building tops away from the fighting in the streets.
"I need to get away from all these people if I'm gonna have a serious fight with these two, I can't have more people getting hurt because of someone else careless actions. She'll follow me again just like last time, and once I finish her off I can go back to finish off the rest of Saiyan's. Hopefully Silvi will show up again, I could sure use a hand, I don't know how much stronger these too have gotten since last time I saw them. At least I know some of what they can do, and I have great knowledge of the city, tactical advantage... wish Winta was here, he would know how to best defeat them...."
Sliding on his knees Aice flew through a whole in a building top, dashing through it quickly he came out the other side. Leaping off the building he made his way into the streets below, Aice had to get to a large enough area that a fight could be possible with out all the buildings getting in the way. Where as they would give him a lot of cover to work with he couldn't let more homes be destroyed in the fight, so he would have to make due with whatever skills he currently had. Still holding back on his speed he wanted to make sure that they were still following him, or at least the girl, Aice had hopped the boy would stay out of the fight but if worse came to worse he would have to fight both of them alone.
Turning a corner the small street ended opening to a large area under a highway that the humans used to use for transport, it was a great place to fight with all the room it could support a large fight but a few wrong hits on weak pillars could cause the whole thing to collapse. No, Aice target was a large stadium that before the Saiyan showed up people would play sports in, this one was primarily used for a game they called football; at least that's what all the flyers that Aice had found there had said. Dashing in and out of the pillars Aice made his was across the field, at the end of the cross there was a worn iron fence blocking Aice way, but with a well time jump he was able to pass over it easily.
Now in the vast parking lot for the stadium Aice made his way about half way to the structure before turning back to face the direction that the two would be coming from. It was only a matter of time before they showed up and then the true fight would being.
"Man I've never done a two on one before...I could actually die here..." Aice laughed nervously.
Taking his green goggles off from around his neck, looking at the treasure he kept for so long. Placing it in his black brief case he always had at his waist he placed them behind a nearby broken car, hopefully they would keep safe until after the fight.

Koli's rage had almost entirely taken over, between the moments when she had been speaking with Zach and then noticed the battle going on which had lead to her spotting the thief she could barely process what Zach had said to her, before spotting the thief Koli had felt a bti of sadness hearing that Zach didn't like it outside the farm. Why exactly he didn't like it remained a mystery, Koli was unsure if he'd been cut off by the fact that she'd blasted off in a rage or the battle itself that was rather clearly occurring in the area the thief had been in. While normally Koli would have taken the time to assess the situation especially with something as important as what was going on here, something like this was not entirely common from what she understood. BUT Koli wasn't exactly in her 'normal' frame of mind, still without having a proper fight since her arrival Koli's mind and body saw the thief as the best chance to alleviate her 'need' for such. Koli's own anger over how her last 'battle' with the thief had gone had mingled with this and produced a more or less blind rage at least temporarily, enough to get her charge at the thief and through anyone in her path likely before Zach had even gotten a chance to realize what was going on.
Koli's expression was of pure fury as she closed the distance between where she had spotted the thief and where he was she cocked her arm back and swung with all the power she could so immediately muster only for the thief to practically glide out of the way causing Koli to charge past him and slam her fist into one of the saiyans that Aice had set on fire with his Ki, the punch sent the saiyan flying into the side of a building crumbling the wall with relative ease. Showing no interest int he well-being of the Saiyan Koli twisted around immediately taking quick steps to try and once again catch up the the Thief as he spoke. Koli snarled in annoyance as the Thief claimed to have a 'busy day' and then began bolting off AGAIN. Koli halted her advance for just a second as her left eye twitched ever so slightly in anger and her hands clenched into fists out of frustration. Koli managed to catch onto where the thief was heading and with an annoyed scowl began bolting after him once again. As much as she hated the idea of letting him do exactly as he had done last time apart of her just could not let this drop, she refused to be denied her chance to bash this cowards skull even if it was the last thing she did.
And so Koli bolted after the thief chasing him through building after building only barely managing to keep a trace on where he was heading by occasionally leveling parts of buildings as he dipped through them so she could see where he was heading. Eventually they arrived at a rather old and clearly unused stadium of some sorts. She wasn't even particularly sure if Zach had followed her but was certain if he DID that followign would not be particularly hard, speed was not one of her strong suits and with all the damage she'd done to keep eyes on the thief it would be a simple task to follow her. Koli arrived at the parking lot just a few moments after the thief had hid away his goggles completely unaware that the thief had had enough time after arriving here to have a chance to hide anything. A small part of Koli noted that the thief looked a bit different, a much larger part of her however didn't care how he looked NOW and was far more concerned with how he would look when she got her hands on him. Koli slowed her charge not quite sure what to expect from the thief since he appeared to be waiting with no obvious means of protecting himself unlike on her uncles property where he had used the forest to hide and then a river to keep her at bay. "Finally decided to stop acting like such a damn coward and fight me?" Koli asked as a green sphere of energy began forming in her right hand her eyes locked onto the thief waiting for him to take anything even remotely resembling hostile action or an attempt to flee, in such a situation she would launch the sphere at him immediately.

With no interference or for some bizarre reason, even any notice of him taken by the Saiyans involved in the struggle in the street, Zach followed behind Koli. Given she was dividing her time between running after the pipsqueak that had wronged them both and demolishing hopfully abandoned buildings in order to keep track of him, Zach was able to keep pace. The parallelism to their last encounter with the annoying child was prominent and Zach wondered if instead it wouldn't be a better idea to ignore the brat rather then play his game. He couldn't directly hurt either of them, at least not that the blonde had perceived and nor could they directly strike him given his increasingly annoying tendency to bounce around like a hyperactive midget on crack. One interesting possibility however was that speed seemed to be the child's only strong suite and it wasn't something that could be maintained, not without great endurance. If they waited him out he'd likely exhaust himself and then be easy to handle or knowing his limits, run away like a coward as he did before.
In any case, Zach saw it as his duty to follow behind Koli and when, not if, she got in trouble, he would defend her from the brat's cowardly attacks. Perhaps this time though she will remember his advice to her Zach thought, perhaps this time she will take advantage of his defensive capabilities and play a ranged game, wear the child out and then administer a proper spanking once he was spent. In this way they wouldn't waste energy trying to chase the boy down, by remaining stationary and defensive, they ensured the boy wasted his energy while they defended.
Eventually they reached a different sort of street, something that didn't quite seem to fit with the residential, and commercial buildings about. It was large and squared, connecting to the surrounding streets by ramps. It looked like the open grass and dirt fields where they parked the machines on the farm at night, but was made out of the same black asphalt as the road that ran past the farm. Not having seem any vehicles other then the tractor they arrived with, Zach had no idea that the area was indeed a parking lot. He drew to a halt next to Koli a moment after she yelled at the boy and automatically drew his hands into fists.
"Miss Koli, if I may..." Zach started, staring at their would-be opponent. "...don't let him get you angry, don't play his game."

"Good to see you again, mad as ever I see?" Aice smirked.
As cocky as Aice sounded he was nervous about the coming events, as it stood he knew that Koli was much physical stronger than he was the only way he would be able to defeat her was for Aice to keep out of her striking range. Even from the distance they were apart Aice could see the girls muscles pulsing with each of her heart beats, and she was ready to pouch at Aice at any moment. If the situation wasn't bad enough as it was Aice soon spotted the blonde haired boy closing in from behind the girl, the tied of the battle was quickly moving against him, however he had great knowledge of the surrounding area. Though they were just standing on a large abandoned plot of land, the large stadium behind him would provide a much more tactical position if Aice ever needed to fall back, and from the looks of it he might soon need too.
"I just have to keep calm, the odds are against me but if I lose my cool this fight is as good as over."
"You as well blondy, I see your still betraying your whole race." The blond had a large board shoulder and a muscles to boot, he was built like a tank and could probably take a hit like one. Strength wise they both seemed to be about the same, god forbid they would pin Aice down it would be like a punching bag at a gym.
"So what brings you to this part of the woods. Don't tell me you came all the way out here too see little ol' me?" Aice laughed.
During the short conversation Aice had started to charge his Ki for the coming up fight, and he would need every ounce of power he had if he was going to come out on top of this fight. From the looks of it he would have to win, otherwise he might not walk away from this brawl. With his energy reaching its max Aice took up his fighting stance, getting ready to dodge at a seconds notice. Aice had seen what the girl and the blond could do from their first fight, with those green Ki blasts she had some range on her but they were easy to see and slowly moving so dodging them shouldn't be a problem. With the deploy-able shield that the blond could put up hitting him from afar would be quite difficult, he would have to find away to get around his defenses.

With Koli still frothing at the mouth or what ever it was that had so incapacitated her, it fell to Zach to do something about the loud mouthed brat. This kid royally deserved a beating, something his parents or owners had obvously failed to do as the child's arrogant language and manners or rather lack there of clearly illustrated. This little monster had attacked Koli and himself with potentially lethal force, unprovoked, something any sane, well mannered person would never do. If this child was indeed without an owner Zach didn't ever want to be without his if it meant degrading into that kind of reckless and lawless behavior.
"That's big talk coming from a pint sized thief and attempted murderer." Zach spat back. "Come on you little pipsqueak, stop running away and fight like a man. Or are you realy just the weak little shrimp you seem to be?" the blonde then challenged. "Starting fights you can't finish, come on brat, come right over here and hit me, I dare you." Zach continued to taunt and kept his arms up in a ready position to defend his head and chest, not that he expected the kid to be able to reach that high.

~The view of children flying up into the sky, and a bright light shining down from the spire can now be seen by all. Though they can do nothing more than watch, it is worth mentioning.~

When it became obvious that the thief was at least for the moment done running off Koli actually managed to cool herself off a bit, the fact that it had seemed like this would jsut be a repeat preformance of what happened back on her uncles land had gotten her more than a little angry, the fact that she had still not had a proper fight since then had also played a rather significant role in her reaction. The thief was as far as the 'fight all the things' part of her mind was concerned the PERFECT outlet to end that since she wanted little more than to bash his skull in anyway. The idea that maybe he could give a good fight just made things even better. Koli remained quiet for a few moments as the thief spoke, she was doing her best to keep a lid on her anger, to prepare herself for a REAL fight and not act like the mindless berserk-er she had been like last time.
Koli's scowl actually broke into an amused grin for a moment as Zach spoke up insulting the thief and challenging him to come and attack him, Koli was more than a little impressed with Zach for that, perhaps since the thief wasn't a Saiyan it meant that Zach didn't see the kid as someone unbeatable unlike how the blond seemed to see pretty much any Saiyan. If she wasn't as eager as she was to get a fight Koli was pretty sure she would have just let Zach try and handle the thief himself, it would be a good way to see just what the blond could do. But Koli was far too invested in the idea of bashing the thief's skull in herself to just let him have all the fun.
Her expression reverting to a scowl Koli cracked her neck and rolled her shoulders "Why we were here isn't you're business. All you need to know is that I'm going to kick your ass all around this lot." Koli said as she pushed a bit mroe energy into the green sphere of energy in her hand. "I'll even give you this. Actually fucking fight and I wont get lethal." Koli said grinning slightly, truthfully she hadn't had any real PLAN to kill the thief, but if he actually fought she'd make an effort to reign herself in enough that she wouldn't accidentally end him

"...pint?...little?...shrimp?" A dark gaze shown across Aice face at zach's words, the vain in his head pulsing with anger. Every time someone mocked about Aice's size he could almost never hold himself back, even when the odds where against him. His blind furry would take over him and anyone standing his is way where knocked straight off there feet, but Aice would only ever see the after math of what he had done. During this time he would usually black out, when ever he awoke from his raged state he would find his mockers knocked out cold on the blood ground. Knuckles bruised and bloody they would shake with pain, he had been told he was like a animal how he fought, not stopping until the target was unconscious or worse. Other times he would wake up in a completely different part of city, with many hours of time missing from his day, no memory of what he had done.
Koli started going on about how she wanted a real fight from Aice, and given his current state he was more than ready to give her one. Aice's presences is the area began to change, from one of his usually relax and happy demeanor to a much darker one, it could be felt heavily on the air. Ever slowly Aice eyes began to change from a bright blue to a bright red, but they seemed almost hollow as if he wasn't even himself anymore.
"Alright if you want a fight then I guess I have to oblige to the lady's demands." His voice had grown deeper than previously.
With every instance of Aice blacking out, his vision began to fade, it was always the final step before he blacked out completely with rage. Just before Aice's consuinces was completely gone a pulsing bright light caught Aice attention even in his current state of mind, however what Aice saw next was enough to pull him back from the brink and snap him out of his raged state. Hundreds of children where floating through the sky as they we're being pulled towards the tower that loomed over the divided city.
"No! What are they doing!" Aice shouted out.
Whatever event Aice was under going quickly faded off as he saw the children being kidnapped, the heavily presence in the air dissipated and his eyes turning back to their normal blue. He couldn't believe what he was seeing as he watched the childern soaring away against their own will. Even if Aice could fly he wouldn't be able to save all of the children as they floated away towards their doomed fate, god only knows what those Saiyan's would do once they had all of them. Aice whipped his head back to Zach and shouted at him,
"Look at what there doing to our people! They're taking children, taking them away from their families, and friends! How can you just stand there and work for those that are killing our race! How do you think your parents would feel if, you were taken from them? You can't seriously think what your doing here is right!"
