Porogath was flying at a steady pace over the tall buildings of Rad City's downtown area, keeping a sharp eye on the streets below for the location specified by his superior. The mission he received from HQ was as follows: Travel to the designated area and break up the commotion caused by a certain group of unruly humans. They apparently felt the need to piss off the Saiyans, because that's all they were accomplishing with such actions. Whether or not they were trying to send some kind of message to the SE was none of Porogath's concern, all that mattered to him was the mission at hand.
For as long as he'd been alive, humans had always been scum. He didn't quite know why, only that they were stomped into oppression by the great King Raditz long ago. They were inferior to Saiyans in every way, as was evident by the fact that not a single human had ever come close to making a lasting impression on the Saiyan Army. They were filth, nothing more than mere animals with a sense of free will. Most of them ended up as slaves or laborers, doing things that any self-respecting Saiyan simply didn't have time for. Porogath found little problem with this, as it was just the way things were. He wasn't proud of a few things he'd been forced to do in the past in order to climb the ranks, but he had long convinced himself that the humans' only purpose in life was to serve the Saiyans, nothing more.
After just a few minutes, Porogath found the location designated in his mission briefing. There was a rather large mob of humans yelling and throwing their hands in the air as if they had something to be proud of. He really didn't know what the whole thing was about, but Porogath would soon get to the bottom of it. As a way to get the attention of the low-life vermin, he fired a few small bolts of bright red energy that landed around the crowd, kicking up debris in a violent manner. He didn't intend to kill any humans, but he was willing to do whatever it took to complete the mission.
"Humans!" Porogath spat in a condescending manner, descending slowly until he was hovering about twenty feet above the crowd. "In the name of the great Saiyan Empire, I'll give you one chance to cease and desist! Stand down, now!!" he yelled, his tail swinging proudly behind him as his red aura flared up threateningly. Fear was his greatest weapon against the humans, and he had become quite skilled at using it to his advantage over the years. Now, it was just a matter of what the humans chose to do. They tended to be a stubborn bunch, so Porogath had a feeling more violence would be required to convince the animals of his power over them.

Winta smirked happily as he watched the demonstration, quite a number of humans none of whom seemed directly tied to the actual rebellion semed to have hit a 'breaking point' and were making some sort of effort to show there anger to there 'masters' they had formed quite the mob a little bit bigger than the mob that Winta had seen back in the Ghettian settlement on the day that he had met with Aice. The fact that even without any direct organization it seemed that there were still enough Humans not willing to simply lay down and accept Saiyan orders brought hope to Winta, hope that his efforts here would not be in vein and that quite soon with a bit of work things here would be on the verge of change. However as Witna enjoyed the 'show' he noticed a figure approaching the mob, it was easy to tell from the mans appearance and the fact that he was able to fly what he was, he was most certainly not a member of the mob or even a new arrival looking to join in. No, he was a Saiyan.
It seemed that the monkeys finally decided that the little protest had gone on long enough and decided to send out someone to disperse the Humans, and with a few quick blasts of energy the monkey managed to do a rather good job of that sending many of the Human protestors scurrying back though some held there ground, likely they were either the Humans with little left to lose, some amount of combat training, or who were just too angry to be made to move or perhaps some combination of the three. The monkey flew in a bit closer now though he still remained far out of physical reach of the Humans and considering the state of most of the Humans in the mod Witna doubted very many of them had the ability to produce a measurable Ki blast. There were quite a few in the crowd who seemed like they could brawl well but that would be rather irrelevant if the monkey chose to keep a distance with flight.
Winta rolled his eyes as the monkey spoke ordering them 'in the name of the great saiyan empire' to stand down, Winta let out a low laugh at that. If this monkey really believed what his people had still consitiuted as 'great' it meant that the monkeys were even more deluded that he had first believed. The monkey flared up his aura after speaking causing even more of the mod to stagger back in fear, likely few of them had truly experienced the raw power that warriors such as the monkey could produce. it was clear to Winta however that the saiyan was just waiting for someone to slip up, for the Humans to show a bit more defiance so that he could attack again. Winta's mouth curled into a vicious grin. If defiance was what the monkey wanted then that would be just what he would get. making sure his hood was on properly and puled down just enough to shadow his face Winta began walking forward from his place at the back of the crowd pushing through the Humans many of whom were too stunned by the monkey to bother resisting his efforts. Soon enough Winta found himself at the head of the mob and in direct sight of the monkey. "Quite the show you're putting on for us monkey, but I don't believe the people quite like it. Perhaps it would be better for you to stand down and scurry on back to whoever sent you here. These people merely wish to display there displeasure over the concept of being forced to work for filthy monkeys such as yourself, they are causing no real harm." Winta said as he lifted his head slightly just enough for the Saiyan to see a mocking smirk. As he waited to see hwo the monkey would react, though Winta was rather certain it would be 'violently' he began focusing his energy into his right hand focusing energy into his right index finger in preparation for an Iccan Lance, the action was mere preparation for if the ape followed up with how Winta believed he would react, if the monkey really did run off with his tail between his legs then that would have to suffice.

A small, satisfied smile made its way onto Porogath's face when he saw the humans scattering under his first few Ki blasts. Some of them seemed to be resisting, but he knew they would soon break under the pressure. The sheer power he held over them was obvious, as was his intent to rid the city block of humans if need be. Unaware of the Arcosian presence in the mob, Porogath let loose a few more orbs of energy, no doubt sending several more lowlifes running for their lives. Though such a display seemed like a typical challenge from a Saiyan, Winta would be unaware that he was reading too deeply into Porogath's motives. The Elite Saiyan warrior wasn't one to disguise his words with petty threats or any sort of false bravado... No, he merely wanted the humans to run from his dominance, to see just how strong the Saiyan race was. He really didn't care if anyone stood up to face him, and even if they did, there was no way they would be able to defeat him. Humans were utterly useless, after all.
However, someone else did seem to step up to oppose the Saiyan. Unbeknownst to Porogath, this man was an Arcosian, a race that was shrouded in mystery. High King Raditz himself pretty much wiped out the entire Arcosian race, but there were many straggler groups lingering around these days. Porogath didn't pride himself on such knowledge, instead preferring to let his body learn from combat. Even so, he assumed the hooded figure was a human like the rest, and therefor expected very little action to go along with his words.
The twerp was going on about Porogath's 'show', and how he should scurry on home as if the humans had some sort of advantage over him. He had to hand it the the human, it had balls for talking so defiantly despite Porogath's recent show of power. None of the speech really bothered the Elite much, but that last part about him being a 'filthy monkey' made him laugh, especially after hearing how the humans were apparently causing 'no real harm'. "Right. Well, if you would like to 'harmlessly' display your displeasure with the Empire somewhere else, you're more than welcome to take it up with my superiors at HQ. I'm sure they'd love the company" he said with a laugh, this one being loud enough for Winta to hear quite well. With that, Porogath slowly ascended into the air to create distance between him and the crowd below. His small smile grew into a wide grin as he lifted a single arm, opening up his palm and quickly charging up another Ki-based attack. This one wasn't like the others, which were shot soon after being produced. No, this one seemed to be conjured at about a 3-feet diameter before suddenly condensing in on itself, becoming much more compact and deadly as it sat in the palm of his hand, about the size of a baseball. The process created an ear-piercing shriek, the trademark signal of Porogath's renowned Orb of Devastation. The attack was aimed straight at Winta, and its destructive power would be more than enough to deal heavy damage to the target, creating an explosion that would likely kill off most of the remaining humans. "I'm in no mood for games, cur. Walk away, now." he said, seeming quite intent on firing off the destructive ball of crackling energy, which was peacefully humming in place, waiting to be slung towards its destination.

The people were quite nervous, and Witna couldent quite blame them for it, this Saiyan was clearly quite dangerous though thankfully it appeared he at least to some extent was willing to actually let the people go without harm. Winta however was not so willing to let the people be bullied into silence by this dirty ape. They would have there chance to say there part even if Winta had to thrash this monkey himself, a prospect that he was in no way actually against. In fact Winta was rather eager to test himself against a saiyan, especially one such at this, this monkey wasn't one of the slackers that Aice had mentioned, no Winta could tell by his appearance alone that this monkey was a fighter more than likely one that put real effort into keeping himself in fighting form. Too bad for the monkey he was faced with someone far beyond him.
The Saiyans suggestion was a rather amusing one it actually managed to bring an amused smile to Wintas face at the thought. This monkey had no idea what he and Aice had in store for the Saiyans. Oh they would most certainly be bringing there complaints to the Saiyan HQ, along with the complaints of the entirety of the Rebellion and perhaps the whole of Humanity itself. But that was a distant dream, but one that Winta vowed would come to pass. Winta raised an eyebrow as the saiyan took further to the sky laughing as he did so and charging some sort of energy technique. As the ball formed it began emitting a high pitched screeching sound that caused Winta's eye to twitch in annoyance as he barely managed to hold himself firm against the sonic assault. The humans around him let out pained gasps of varying degrees as they backed away just enough to give Winta and Porogeth the room they would need if things proceeded as they seemed to be or perhaps to begin there march away if Winta decided to bail on them.
Winta however had no intention of leaving even despite the Saiyan clearly aiming his technique at him. The technique looked rather impressive and he was certain it would do quite some damage considering what he knew of ki manipulation and how exactly the technique appeared to function. The innate 'flare' the technique had to it meant it was something far more than just basic Ki energy and since the screen was not particularly harmful mostly a distracting element Winta could only guess that the ball was more than it appeared. Perhaps it was more easily controllable after launching? Or condensed? Perhaps its explosive payload was greater than normal? There were many possibilities, none of them particularly good. "I didn't know you monkeys had become cowards as well, hiding up above where you know practically no Human can reach you? Pathetic. You have done something rather impressive though, you've actually managed to lessen my opinion on you filthy apes a true feat considering how utterly low it already was." Witna said with a condescending laugh. "You're vocabulary though is a bit more than expected, though I suppose one hundred years would bring your people a bit higher than angry grunts and single syllable words wouldn't it? No I don't think I'll walk away. These people were not quite done with there protest yet before you so rudely interrupted. I think I'll remove you from the area so they might continue." Winta said with another condescending chuckle, his words surprisign the people behind him, many had simply assumed that like they Winta would back down. Now with his threatening words towards that saiyan they were not entirely sure what to think. A few however called out words of encouragement bringing a smirk to Wintas face yet again.
As the people cheered Winta awaited the apes response, he was rather certain his continued defiance and outright insults directed at the Saiyan personally would be more than enough to provoke actual action from the monkey and when that happened Winta was more then ready for it, while the ape was more than willing to reveal his 'ace in the hole' in regards to his sphere of energy Winta was not so willing to provide his enemy with the knowledge of his own prepared attack, his long sleeves hiding the hand that he was still focusing energy into, if he was entirely lucky he would be able to end this with just the single attack alone. Doing so would most certainly win over a number of the Humans despite his nature as an alien while not requiring him to reveal the full range of his abilities.

This brave human soul was beginning to try Porogath's patience... But he wasn't particularly angry at the fool, mainly because of how twisted the man's opinion was of everything Porogath stood for. From his actions, to his words, to his intentions, everything appeared to be stupid and selfish to the man in the hood. It was quite bizarre, really. Porogath understood the negative opinion this human had for the Saiyan race, but something seemed off... The hooded figure spoke as if he had something else to compare Saiyans to. Obviously, Porogath held power over the humans. He was able to fly, and he had injured and frightened numerous lowlifes in the past few minutes. What made the hooded man think he was somehow above the airborne Elite?
The man below continued spouting ridiculous comments about Porogath's vocabulary, but the next few words seemed off... The human mused about the Saiyans' progress in the past hundred years as if he had actually been there himself. Did this human know something? Was he some kind of important figure to the humans? Whatever the case, the human seemed to think he stood a chance against Porogath, which was literally laughable to the Saiyan Master Sergeant. "For your information, I'm not flying higher to avoid you humans. I just want to make sure I don't get caught in the blast radius." he responded to the human with a smirk, flexing his arm as he prepared to fire the crimson orb, which was now loaded to the most Ki he could put into a single attack.
Porogath stopped ascending once he was well above the city street, justifying this next attack with the fact that no Saiyan superior really cared about the physical state of repair of the slums of Rad City. "Congratulations!" he shouted, having to raise his voice in order for the hooded man to hear him. "Your arrogance just doomed every human within two hundred feet of your location! Sayonara!!" he yelled, releasing the Orb of Devastation directly at Winta's location. If the orb was allowed to hit the ground, the resulting explosion would annihilate every human within a block or two of where Winta currently stood, as well as deal severe damage to the buildings in said area. The only thing that would save Winta himself from the blast was his flight, which he was lucky to have at a time like this. Even with such an ability, Winta's speed would make it difficult for him to completely avoid the attack, and being caught inside any part of the explosion would deal considerable damage. Of course, it was also possible to deflect the attack, saving the surrounding humans in the process, but doing so would require a great amount of Ki and Control, and would likely exhaust Winta almost as much as firing the attack exhausted Porogath, who was panting heavily. This attack was meant to be a last resort, but seeing as how Porogath was confident that Winta wouldn't survive the blast, he saw this as a perfect time to use it, even if it did drain his energy drastically.

Winta smirked beneath his hood as he saw hints of anger flash across the monkeys face, not much, not nearly what Winta had expected out of a saiyan but perhaps enough to throw the ape off his game a bit make him make a wrong choice at a crucial moment that would lead to an easy victory. If not then things would almost certainly become rather long and drawn out, Winta could not be sure how he would do in such a battle. If it came to physicality the Saiyan likely had the edge in terms of likely damage output though Winta was certain he had the edge in defensive ability as while he put little stock into hardening himself as he preferred focusing his attention on improving his Ki based capabilities and tactical knowledge he did have the tactical advantage of his races physiology against the saiyan. The saiyan only had four limbs with which to attack with but Winta possessed five with which to block due because of his tail. But if the Saiyan could hit hard enough blocking would not be the ideal option and while Winta enjoyed greater than normal speed he had often eschewed working to expand his speed because of how easily he had taken to flight. The tactical advantage of flight had usually been more than enough to keep him 'safe' and his raw power output allowed him to take down opponents before they could capitalize on his lesser abilities.
Winta wondered if the Saiyan was putting all of his stock in the intimidation factor of his attack meant that perhaps this Saiyan was similarly focused like himself, the apes ability to fly even drew a bit of a parallel. It seemed though that Winta would get to find out just how powerful this Saiyan's attacks were, if he was in fact much liek himself more of a 'blaster' than a physical combatant, if so then things would certainyl get rather interesting... BUT that also meant that the Humans would most certainly need to back far away. A battle between two such similar combatants often left the general area in quite a state of disrepair and those not strong enough to defend themselves would be rather abdly hurt... or worse. Winta grinned under his cloak yet again as the saiyan needlessly revealed a facet of his technique. It evidently had quite the blast radius if he needed to pull further back in order to avoid getting caught up in it.
Winta watched as the monkey climbed higher and higher into the sky before once again speaking up claiming that his attack would destroy everything within two hundred feet of the impact zone, as the words escaped the saiyans lips Wintas mind began doing the calculations on how he would need to respond. The most logical route was to dodge letting the attack hit and destroying much of the surrounding area. The human had already begun scrambling further and further away as the attack left the apes grasp and began rocketing toward Winta. The most logical answer however would still result in the deaths of the humans, something that Winta could not allow if he was to better his ability to join the rebellion. He needed to be seen in a positive light and jsut letting civilians die to keep himself safe was not the route to go about such. Which left only one real option. He needed to rupture the technique with his own. He'd been hoping to save his Iccan Lance for the monkey himself. It was already quite heavyily charged, far more so than he normally charged it due to the time he had managed to buy himself by speaking with the monkey. But this was the best way. The Lance however would need even more power in order to do this properly and to keep things even less likely to fail he'd need to deliver it from relatively close range.
With a sigh Winta launched himself into the air rocketing at full speed at the Orb as it likewise rocketed at him, Winta met it half way between where he had been and where the ape had launched it. Coming in quite close Winta drew his right arm up piunting his index finger at the Orb and releasing a icy blue energy ray directly into the center of the Orb causing a premature detonation in the technique that likweise sent Winta flying backward. The resulting blast caused Wintas hood to fall back and likewise caused a fair amount of damage to Winta himself though the overall potential damage was mitigated by his Lance's destrutive power. Winta let out a few breaths as he looked up at the ape with a vicious grin. "Your first mistake ape, was thinking that I was a Human. Your second, to think a filthy ape like yourself could outmatch me in power. Your third, well you haven't made it quite yet, but your third mistake will be that you wont run away with your tail between your legs like you should." Winta said crossing his arms over his chest. "And if you cant quite figure it out, you're not facing a Human monkey. You're facing an Arcosian." Winta gave the Saiyan a toothy grin, he could barely wait to see how this would effect the ape. His need to protect the humans had taken quite a bit of power out to do, he was still capable of continueing on but between the damage and power expenditure Winta was rather certain he was about as well off as the ape appeared to be. The ape seemed tired from his attack, it had likely been what he believed would be the end of the fight and with any luck the monkey was out of options while Winta still had a couple tricks left.

Porogath's entertained grin quickly faded when the insolent human leaped into the air towards him. "He can...?" the Elite thought to himself with confusion, wondering just what kind of human this was. Of all things, the primitive beast was charging towards the Orb of Devastation. For what reason was the human just throwing his life away? Of course, such a thing was ridiculous. No, the worm had something up his sleeve - quite literally, as Porogath would find out over the course of the next few seconds.
The human threw his hand forward and stabbed some sort of blue energy directly into the wailing red orb, an energy that seemed to disrupt the hyper-condensed Ki before detonating it. The resulting explosion was certainly impressive, but not as powerful as it would have normally been if the human hadn't interfered with its composition. Once the human was sent flying, his hood was pulled off, revealing that it wasn't a human at all. It was some sort of alien with pointed horns that angled wickedly toward the front of its head. Such a creature was illustrated in a book Porogath was required to read during his days in school... Of course, the name escaped him. He had no interest in things not of this world, but he was now regretting not paying attention in class.
"What the...?!" Porogath gasped between heavy breaths, wondering what on Earth such a creature would be doing in a place like this, and why it was allied with the disgusting humans. Regardless of what reasoning it had, the alien was now an enemy of the Saiyan Empire, which was more than enough reason for Porogath to continue fighting. Of course... That was easier said than done. Although Winta was quite wounded and tired out from defending against the large orb, Porogath's exhaustion was more severe. He wasn't injured, but his energy supply was less than half.
Winta went on to further mock the warrior and reveal his own species himself, an Arcosian. Thanks to his efforts, Porogath's attack only managed to injure a few humans who were too slow to escape the area directly under the orb's breaking point. The damage on the city was minimal, and Porogath was properly pissed off. "What are you doing on this planet, Arcosian? Why ally yourself with the humans?!" he asked in a demanding tone, wanting answers before the fight went any further. He had to relay this information to HQ later, as an Arcosian's presence was no laughing matter. The race was once something to be feared, and if one was strong enough to stand up to a Saiyan Elite, who knew how many more were out there, just waiting to step out from the shadows?

Winta let out a long laugh at the monkeys flabbergasted reaction to his appearance, at first the ape seemed to be trying his best to puzzle out what he was but Winta had solved that little enigma for the ape saving him the precious brain power that Winta knew he lacked. When the ape had learned that he was an Arcosian he had gotten angry and started demanding to know why he was here and why he had allied himself with humanity. "Why am I here? Why am I helping? Perhaps I'll answer your questions if you can defeat me monkey. I don't believe you're just about to let this fight end here so lets give your tiny monkey brain a goal. You beat me, I'll tell you why I'm here. Sound fun?" Winta asked giving the monkey a grin.
Winta wondered how much the ape exactly knew about his race, his reaction to the name had certainly been a bit more than simply learning the name of a 'random' alien race which meant the saiyan likely at least vaguely understood what he was. Were the saiyans actually smart enough to inform there people of the only race they had ever called master? Or had there King 'fixed' that portion of history and told it a bit differently. If that were the case then learning what the monkeys thought there past had been like would be interesting knowledge. Nothing particularly useful tactically but Winta was rather certain that his superiors would find such a story incredibly amusing.
Winta cast his gaze to the ground below for a moment surveying the damage, a few humans ahd been injured but already the others had gathered them up and were attending to any wounds they had while bringing them under the best ''cover' they could create. It appeared that he had succeeded in preventing any outright death and as a side effect also kept the city's damage to a minimum. There was however a fair amount of damage and that gave Winta plenty of ammunition. Wint darted back down to ground level having spotted a rather large chunk of building a bit larger than Winta that the monkey had created with the destruction caused by his attack. Winta grabbed hold of the with his hands while simultaneously enacting his telekinesis causing the rock to lift into the air as if he had lifted it with pure physical might, he then returned his attention to the ape a vicious grin on his face. "CATCH!" Winta roared as he hurled the large chunk of building at the monkey using his telekenisis to actually do all the work but managing to simulate the appearance that he had thrown the rather heavy chunk.
