Great news has been revealed to the students and staff of Hogwarts this year. As a returning student expect these changes to take effect immediately upon arrival. As a new student, forget most of what you have been told. During recent times the magical and muggle communities have been more and more integrated together. While most muggle families know nothing about our lives or even that we as a magical community exist, there are families that do know. We do not want muggles to fear what we have, we want to begin to share with the world. Maybe one day we will not have to be hidden. This year at Hogwarts we are welcoming muggle students into the walls of Hogwarts. The muggles attending Hogwarts this year will be family members of our current muggleborn families. Please make sure you treat anyone with respect and welcome them into our world with open arms.
