Winta let out a low hum as he examined the settlement from afar, this was as far as his information carried where a strong population of the 'free' Humans lived at least until the Saiyans decided to swarm in and snatch a few up to become slaves. Winta let out a low sigh at the thought, he personally found the act of slavery... distasteful... He certainly saw the merit in it, a source of hard and at least mildly intelligent laborers was quite an attractive prospect, but slavery would always breed a hate between master and slave, especially mistreated slaves. Winta preferred the idea of having willing workers those who either respected or feared the 'masters' power and mind to choose to stand against him. His informant had only fairly sketchy information on the condition of Earth, the Humans were the native sapient species and they had been conquered quite easily by the Saiyans. They were faced with destruction and enslavement on a fairly regular basis and it had already planted the seeds of hatred and revolution in the minds of the Humans.
The exacts on who lead what and where the Human rebels even were located were far more sketchy, his informant believed that it was likely that this settlement the 'Ghettien' settlement was the most likely place that would be the home to at least a contingent of rebellious Humans and that was all Winta really needed to begin work on his mission. If he could work his way into the ranks of the Human rebellion that would place him in an excellent place to get all the information on the Saiyans as possible while simultaneously aiding in the undermining of the Saiyan Empire, not exactly apart of his mission but he was certain that coming home with information that the Saiyans were on the retreat to any extent and that it had at least partially been at his hands(though he already planned to make it sound a lot less 'partial') then it would only be to his benefit.
His mission was a fairly simple one, he was apart of an advance scouting group being sent to the Saiyan Empires space in order to evaulate just how much things had chanced since the Coola Empire and it had clashed. Many years ago the Saiyans had been at the height of there power as there King had done something to make himself stronger than even the best of the best of the Arcosian race. Lord Coola, King Cold, and Lord Frieza. Frieza and Cold had fallen to the Saiyan, Frieza in the saiyans initial rise to power and Cold in the preceding battle even despite the presence and aid of Lord Coola. It was mind boggleing to know that the Saiyan King had faced both King Cold and Lord Coola in battle and not only defeated them but also killed the strongest living Arcosian at the time. That had left Lord Coola, now Emperor Coola to escape the battle and bring the rest of the race to the safety of the East.
It infuriated Wintah to know that his people had been driven away by the Saiyans, until this 'Raditz' appeard there had never been even a single bloody monkey who could compare to the Arcosian Royalty Lord Frieza had even destroyed the majority of there race and there homeworld with but a single attack, the task had not even taken the might of his second form let alone his true form. HOW could such a saiyan exist, how could he have slipped through the cracks? And even more puzzling, how had the Saiyans resurfaced? What information he knew of Lord Frieza's execution of the Saiyan race had resulted in only a handful of the filthy beasts still remaining and yet at the time of Lord Frieza and King Cold's deaths they had returned in force! Winta shook his head and pushed down his rage, now was not the time for such he needed to focus on gathering information and if plans went as he hoped he would also get a chance to stick it to the monkeys as apart of the rebellion.
With a smirk Wintah pulled his cloak a bit more tightly around himself, drew his hood over his head, and affixed his mask. What he wore now was actually a bit of a relic of a bygone era, when his people had donned this 'uniform' it was for the traditional first contact with a race they sought to bring into the Organization. The ancient Lord Chilled had made the practice common in the early days of the World Trade Organization as it brought a level of mystique to the table and later it had helped when more high profile Arcosians sought to do business as it completely disguised the wearer even giving enough room in the back to hide his tail without causing discomfort. Floating low Wintah flew into the settlement seeking out what ever first resembled an open market of any sort, on a 'slave world' such as this it was unlikely that the Humans would be allowed indoor marketing as it would only add a level of comfort that the Saiyans were likely unwilling to give them. Once Winta located it he touched down gracefully and began simply wandering the market as if he were interested in the Human foods, the truth of the matter was that he was looking to draw the attention of the Humans. A stranger in strange garb flying into there market would almost certainly draw the attention of someone of merit.

Aice walked down the broken streets of the once great city, slowly making his way back to the gang hideout. In tow he carried a small black brief case, it contents unknown to its carrier, its small brass locks shined dully in the fading light of the day. The sun hung low in the sky, as if it was being dragged down by its own weight, eventually it would sink over the horizon; resting till the next day. Aice was tired as well; the day had been a long one for him, traveling to rad city in back in one day will wear anyone down. Wiping his forehead with the back on his hand, he stopped to take a look around the area. From here he could see an old clock tower that used to tell people far and wide when it was, now it collected rusted.
Being the tallest standing building in the area it could be seen from miles away, even from faraway you could see a massive chuck of the building missing. The story goes that when the Saiyan’s showed up they began to destroy the great cities of past. One of the attacking Saiyan's launched a beam of energy at the tower, but the only damage it took was hole on its side, amazing that it’s stood all these years. Aice saw it as a small sign of hope, that if a relic of the old world could last so long that maybe the humans still had a chance in this universe.
Down the alley way to his right Aice could hear the sounds of the busying markets, even as late in day that it was people where still out an about trying to use up as much light as they could. Turning back to face the path that took him home, something caught Aice attention.
"That smell..." his nose twitched in the air,
"MEAT!" Aice yelled out, a few people stared at Aice as he did so.
His stomach growled loudly at him begging him to go towards the smell, it had been awhile since Aice had tasted the salty pleasure of meat. Quickly he reached into his pockets, grabbing whatever coins he had, looking them over he decided he had enough to make a quick “purchase”. Lunging over the debris of a collapsed building Aice sped down towards the markets, hoping to grab whatever meat he could before the masses beat him to it. The black brief case tied to his pants bobbed behind him with each step that Aice took, quite a sight for anyone looking his way.
Climbing up the side of a nearby building Aice made his way up its broken face, using holes in the siding to get a hold he quickly made it to the top. Swinging his legs up Aice made it over the ledge, kicking dust and dirt into the air as he did so. Standing up he viewed the packed markets from above, up here Aice could get his bearings seeing where the meat he so desperately wanted was at. With all the people moving around each over it looked like a multi-colored sea of people, and the shop where islands,( and I guess if there was fat people they'd be whales ). Finally his eyes caught sight of the meat stall, well more of a large wooden platform, the meat hung on hooks high above the massing people below, all trying to get a piece for their families or themselves.
"Survival of the fittest"
Up on the platform stood a large man, one hand he held a hollowed out cone and in the other he held a leg of meat. Between bites he yelled into the cone, magnifying his voice across the market for all to hear. (Whale)
"Come on now, how much do I hear for his delicious piece of lamb, it’s so sweet and tender the meat will just fall off the bone?" He screamed through chucks of meat.
People yelled from the crowds placing bids on the single piece of meat, each piece was barely big enough to feed a person and they were betting all the coins they had on it. Men crawling over each other with their life saving, fighting just to live another day in this shit hole. It sickened Aice to see this, the few with power making the rest their bitches, he was no better than a Saiyan.
"Well, if he's going to act like a Saiyan I should treat him like one."
Aice jumped from his position on the roof top, to an adjacent building; keeping low he continued his pattern across the market till he was above the raised platform that the (Whale) meat vendor stood upon. All eyes where on the man as he screamed at the vast sea of people, keeping their eyes on the food they needed so badly. Ripping some worn rope from a nearby clothes line, Aice rapped one end around his waist and the other around an iron pipe that stuck through the roof top. Glancing back over the edge at the man, Aice reached into his pocket taking the coins out from where they laid. With a small chuck he sent them over the edge towards the platform below, landing at the man’s feet with a few clinks. If there was one thing people wanted more than food was money. The crowd of people went ballistic screaming as if they had never seen a coin before, each one of them trying to get on the stage, shaking the platform like an earthquake.
Aice took this opportunity to fade from anyone's vision, holding part of the rope in one hand he scaled his way down the building. Reach the meat hooks Aice began to dislodge pieces of the meat, with each piece tossing it into the groups of people bellow. Few looked shock as a slab of meat fell out of the sky as slapped them in face, but took barely anytime to think about it, quickly grabbing the slab and running away. Whether or not they knew it Aice who had helped them didn't matter; he didn't need appreciation as long as his people were helped. Grabbing a few pieces for himself, Aice began his climb back up the building. Reaching the top Aice looked just in time to see the vendor realizing that he had been robbed; it brought a smile to his face every time he saw it. With the rope still around his waist he scaled his way down the other side of the building into an alley way, it connected back to the main road to the markets.
"Well that went better than I thought it was going to go, glad that rope held for as long as it did otherwise... well rather not think about the path not traveled."
Untying the rope, his body began to reappear into the world once again, throwing the rope on to the ground he started walking out from the alley way. Suddenly Aice got a strange feeling, something didn't seem right here in the alley ways, something felt out of place. Turning to his right he saw what was bothering him a large man was walking down the road with a cloak that drop to below his ankles.
"Normally I wouldn't give a second glance at a person unless I was robbing them but when you see someone walking down an open street with a cloak like that, it rings a few bells." Looking closer at the cloaked man revealed something else to Aice.
"Oh and the fact that he's floating might also make him stand out a little bit…maybe just a little. The fact that he can afford a cloak like that means his got some wealth on him, what would he be doing down here, and the whole floating thing what’s with that?"
"...I think I need to investigate this matter a little more, before I can fully assess if he...or she... Is a threat to these people. If they are in danger, I'd feel guilty if I did nothing to help them."
Taking a few second to think over his choice, he nodded in agreement; taking one last glance over his shoulder, he made sure he had an escape route in case things turned south. Fixing the position of the brief case on his waist he stepped out into the alley way, approaching the man he stopped a few feet away from him.
"Hey there stranger you’re not from these parts are you?" Aice said with a small grin.

Winta found the entire marketplace rather... depressing to say the least. He had seen many times the effects of hardship on people but never before had hes seen anything quite to this extent, none of the people here sought money for there wares most seeking pure essentials in as great a quantity as they could acquire for the items that they themselves had to offer, Winta done a few quick tests to see jsut how bad things were seeking out mostly random humans with wares and inquiring what they wanted for them. The results had been disheartening even to Winta who personally had no reason to CARE for the humans plight. Winta momentarily watched a crowd of people as a man sougth to sell them incredibly overpriced and under-portioned food. It brought a such a scowl to his face that made him tankful he had the mask, the man was a disgusting fool, using his peoples plight in an attempt to profit when there was every chance he could be dragged off by the Saiyans to become a slave.
Did the Human have no sense of logic? It would be far better to work WITH his people rather than take advantage of them. The foolishness of it angered him so thouroughly that he simply needed to walk away, completely missing what would come next. Evidently this market had not been the best of choices for his first attempt at contact with the Humans, he had hoped that someone of note would step up to investigate the strange cloaked man but these Humans were practically already beaten. The majority of them simply shuffled around the market barely even looking at one another and the only real activity was featured around those trying to rip others off with colorful words and promises of the best food they had ever eaten.
Perhaps a new approach would be needed? But what exactly? He could simply explore the rest of the settlement, surely with time his presence would draw someone in and once that was done it was simply a matter of making a proper first impression with which to ingratiate himself with the Human Rebellion. Truthfully Winta was unsure of exactly how he would accomplish this, he had avoided the political scene like his siblings mostly because he preferred combat, the only reason he had taken this mission was because of the high likelihood that he would have frequent combat with Saiyans once things got rolling. Perhaps he would simply get lucky and the Humans would be more than willing to accept anyone who happened to want to aid them in overthrowing there masters.
As Winta stalked about the market a young human stepped out from one of the nearby alleyways rather clearly making his way towards Winta, the Arcosians eyebrow cocked slightly as he noticed the boy and stopped to make sure that the young human was in fact coming to him. When the human stopped in front of him and spoke asking if Winta was 'not from these parts'. Winta could not help but smirk. His plan had worked... he had been hoping for something a little... MORE... but this would certainly do. The boy looked athletic in build and was practically caked in all manner of grime and dirt a fact that had Winta not gotten to see the rest of the humans in the market would have disguised him far more than it did now. He could understand that the humans were on hard times but was it really that difficult to keep oneself clean? "Unfortunately I am not and I find myself a bit overwhelmed by everything." Winta said making a vague gesture at the whole of the market but in reality referencing the whole of the condition of the planet. "I am Winta, and 'not from these parts' quite aptly describes me. I am not from your world. Is every settlement like this?" Winta asked genuinely curious where the Ghettian settlement fell in terms of quality.

Aice was taken back from the man’s words; an off world here could be bad for these people.
"Not from this world? Does that mean he's a Saiyan...no...he doesn't have the same air to him as a Saiyan would, plus he knows nothing of what is going on here. What is he, and what is he doing here? Think I'd better keep it cool, and just take things slowly, just one step at a time. No need to think he's automatically hostile."
Keeping relax Aice combed his hands through his shaggy brown hair, making it fly back, only to fall back into his face, taking a deep breath Aice spoke to the man.
"Well then, that's quite a usual story you have their friend, don't think I've ever met anyone...anything... other than a Saiyan from off world. But I think this is a conversation that should best be had in private; you never know who might be listening in on us."
Aice walked across the path way that led down to the markets sliding past people as he did so, finally he reached the other side just in front of a rusted iron fence. Part of the iron had long been worn through relieving an alley way behind its weakened body. Taking hold of the side’s Aice gave it a tug popping it from its rotting frame, pieces of rust flung off its iron face, falling softly to the ground.
Putting the iron siding on the nearby wall with a clank, Aice dusted his hand on his pants getting whatever rusted that had accumulated on them. Now that the pathway was cleared he gestured towards the new pathway for his new alien acquaintance. Down the path from his point of view Winta could see a long stretch of an abandoned alley way, but could not tell how far back it would go.
"If you wouldn't mind following me, I'm sure I can answer most, if not all of your questions." Aice said with a grin on his face
"Just stick with me and you'll be safe I know this city like the back of my hand." Aice said reaching out his hand towards the Alien, as a sign of friendship, even though his hands were still covered in rusted other grime.

Winta watched with interest as a bit of clear surprise played across the humans face as he mentioned being from off world but what was even more impressive was just how quickly the Human managed to return his expression to a calm collected and relaxed one, the hint of surprise had only lasted a moment and while it had been enough for Winta to pick up on it Winta HAD been specifically looking to produce such a reaction. Beneath his mask Winta raised an eyebrow at the humans suggestion that they speak in private in order to prevent any eaves dropping and while Winta was not entirely comfortable moving to somewhere on the Humans terms he also knew that a little trust would be necessary in order to build a positive rapport with the rebels. "That sounds like an excellent plan, lead the way." Winta said with a nod to the human before the Human began making his way through the market, it was actually rather impressive how well the human moved in these crowds, he could far more easily slip between the people than Winta himself could but luckily Winta managed to keep an eye on the human even when they moved through crowds of people and kept pace with him as best he could.
Winta raised an eyebrow as they reached there first destination, a practically ancient looking metal fence that was most certainly in need of repair, Winta wasn't even entirely sure how the decrepit piece of metal actually remained standing by its own power but that quickly became a moot point as the human pulled the rusty fence from the wall setting it off to the site before rather poorly attempting to remove the rust from his hands, the orange-red dust however still clung to the boys already rather filthy hands causing Winta to roll his eyes slightly. Well at the very least it appeared that the boys dirtiness at least perhaps partially came from doing useful thing such as this, that ALMOST made it partially excusable... almost. "I have followed you thus far, I don't believe a bit more could hurt." Winta said with a nod.
He was then rather uncomfortable taken aback as the human mentioned that he would 'be safe' if he stuck with him due to his knowledge of the city, that in itself was not what had entirely done so, no he was actually rather impressed with the human, to know that he was not of this Earth and still offer some form of protection to him was strange to Winta, he certainly did not need to humans protection he was an accomplished warrior himself and could certainly deal with any threat the filthy monkeys posed to him. No it had been the boys offered hand, Winta silently thanked the higher power that he wore a mask in this moment as the expression he had made at the idea of touching the humans filthy, even more so now, hand was so abhorrent to Winta that his expression had lost all sense of composure. Thankfully the mask would hide such and at the very least he was wearing gloves. Gloves that would now need to be rather thoroughly cleaned as he grasped the humans hand in as friendly a manner as possible. "I need no protection, but I thank you for the offer. Now lets get to it then shall we?" Winta said as he awaited the human to proceed to wherever he felt was 'safe'.

Aice could tell from Winta's body language that he was a bit disgusted by his un-clean lifestyle, well mostly just the grime coated hands. Grabbing Winta's hand a small grin appeared on Aice's face.
"Hey, just be glad you have gloves, right?" Aice said smirking at Winta.
After helping Winta into the path where the iron fence once stood, Aice reached back over picking up the rusted slab of metal, placing it gently back into place. Checking to make sure it was held in place, once satisfied he turned his attention back to the alley way ahead of them. Even more rust had gotten over his already dirt incrusted body, but Aice paid no attention to it, the dirt was a normal part of his life.
Taking the lead Aice headed down the old pathway, from the signs of it, most had forgotten this area had ever existed only traveled by the few who knew its secrets. Trash packed the edges of pathway, covering the cracked back side of the buildings they walked between, like a dump for all those that lived here. Nothing worth of value would ever been found this deep into the slums, especially not in this dump of a path way, mainly the reason Aice chose this way to travel, no value, means no people. One thing Aice didn't need right now was a Saiyan patrol coming down here and breaking up there discussion, or a group of civilians getting in his way, never knew who was on your side or not.
Finding a bent tin can Aice kicked it down the path way ahead of them; it clanged as it bounced ahead of them.
"Well then now that we're out of others line of sight where should I start with him..."Aice thought to himself.
Aice had many questions to ask Winta, and he didn't know where to start off. Finally Aice just decided that he still needed to answer Winta's question, build a little more trust between the two of them.
"Alright then where to begin... I guess I should just answer your question from before, and then I'll ask one. “Aice paused for a few seconds.
"You asked if all settlements are like this, I guessed you meant dilapidated, poverty stricken, and mass destruction of buildings? As far as I can tell it’s just the human settlements, the Saiyan's don't have to worry about living from day to day they have everything they need and more. They use as a slave labor, take most of our food, whatever they leave us is barely enough to feed those that grow it. If that wasn't bad enough, I've heard they take children away from their parents and force them to work in mining sites, and breed them when they're old enough, making the pretty slave or some shit like that. I mean these are kids we are talking about are 5 and 6 years old, barely just starting life and having to mine and farm to death. Personally I haven't seen any kids taken away, but some close friends have lost their kids before..." Aice's voice rose a bit, trailing off for a few seconds.
Clearing his throat Aice regained his composer and began again,
"Things get worse here every day, most people are just soulless husk, just programmed to keep working until they die, then they're replaced by another. While some have the hope someday it will get better, it’s the only things that keep some going. I do what I can to help, but it never seems like enough."
Reaching the can that he had kicked before, Aice took another swing at it launching the can further down the alley ways.
Keeping his eyes on the can he started talking again to Winta,
"Well now that I've answered one of your questions I think it's only fair to ask one of my own, right?" Even before Aice received an answer he continued on.
"You said you’re not of this world, then what world are you from?" Aice questioned.

Winta chuckled slightly as the human made a joke about his own discomfort, evidently even with his mask his revulsion had shown through but at the very least the Human didnt seem to take any offense. Once they were through he place the fence back where it had been and they continued further down the pathway, the path itself was rather predictably filthy most likely due to it's disuse and location, Winta tok a few mometns to note how easy it would be to fight in this place, for the most part the alley would be fair in terms of room though of course getting any distance between himself and an opponent would be a troubleing task were it not for his ability to fly. Winta smirked at the though, provided his enemies lacked the ability to fly he would have the ultimate advantage here as the alley would then essentially pen his opponent(s) in. As the human kicked a tin can down the alleyway Winta smirked and shot a icy blue beam at the can just before it landed piercing the can and sending it flying even further.
After that it seemed the human had decided that they had gone far enough, by Winta's reckoning they were most certainly beyond normal sight and hearing and almsot certainly if any Saiyan were to happen upon them they would have had to already been looking for them. And even still they would have a rather significant advantage due to how far they were away from everyone else they were now. The Human decided to begin by explaining what he had asked before, Winta had known a bit about the conditions on Earth but his description of EXACTLY how things went down on Earth was actually rather horrifying. Children that young were not meant for that sort of work, even Arcosian children at that age lacked the physical might to do much except for light training. Beneath his mask Winta's expression turned to an angry snarl at the thought. The further descriptions of the qualitiy of life on Earth were about par for the course on slave planets. Winta let out a few calming breaths as he shook his head.
Winta watched as the human launched the can even further down the alley and then proceeded to ask if now Winta would answer a question of his own now that he had answered Wintas, of course Winta had expected as much, one rarely so readily gave information without wanting something in return. The humans question however was a rather intrigueing one. He wanted to know where Winta was from. "Well, that question is a bit... involved. My species is known as the Arcosians, we as a people were originally from the Planet Arcos I, however are homeworld was destroyed many many years ago. Eventually we established a new 'homeworld' on a planet that we could call Arcos II where we remained for the majority of our history. Until the day the Saiyan King came to power. Saiyans and Arcosians were old enemies and Raditz sought out and killed one of our Lords, Lord Frieza." Winta explained pausing a moment to allow the first part to sink in. "After such our King and other Lord, Lord Coola sought out Raditz to kill him for the murder of there son and brother respectively. However they failed and we lost King Cold and Arcos II in the process. Lord Coola however saved out race, bringing us far from Raditz's reach. I was not born on a planet however, I was born on the Fleets flagship. I can explain little more about that as it is... confidential sadly. Perhaps at anotehr time if we know each other better and you are interested I will explain further." Winta said and with that he decided his need to hide his appearance was minimal at this point. He pulled down his hood and removed his mask slipping it inside his cloak only to be hooked onto his waist by a belt. "Before I ask anything else, what might be your name, I'd like a name to attribute to you rather than 'the human'" Winta said with a smirk.

Aice walked down the alley way with Winta in tow, he listened to his words with great insight, getting every piece of information that he could get from him. Aice had never heard of Arcosians before, any if all other life forms stayed away from earth, Aice guessed no one else wanted to share the same fate as the humans had. He could tell for the way that Winta spoke his story brought great pain to him, to have your planet destroyed, not once but twice, well let's just say Aice could relate to his situation, aside from the whole living in space part.
"It's one thing having your planet taken over by an outside force, but another to completely lose it; it must have been rough living out in the coldness of space. I wonder how long his race has been casted from their planet." Aice thought sadly.
"... confidential sadly." Said Winta, still talking to Aice.
"Ya…I understand what you mean I wouldn't expect you tell me your mission but..." Turning around as he said so, just in time for Aice to see Winta taking off his cloak and mask, stunning Aice slightly at the sudden appearance of his face.
*"Before I ask anything else, what might be your name, I'd like a name to attribute to you rather than 'the human'"* Winta said smirking at Aice.
Snapping out of his gaze, he rubbed the back of his head with a smile, his shaggy hair shifting back and forth.
"My name's Aice Goto, but I like the title 'the human' as well." Aice laughed.
Aice looked over Winta frame; he was a larger build than himself, strong and solid, with those large black horns. His body was covered in dark blue/ purplish color, much different than anything he had seen before. Oh and the blue tail, it was a pretty big give away aside from the blue skin that he was not of this planet. It was hard to believe that something so different was here in front of him just having a normal conversation in a trashed back alley. Even though the two people were so different they had one thing in common, the Saiyan's. They had suffered so much from them, both losing something valuable to them, even if it didn't affect them directly, their lives changed because of it.
"I wasn't really sure what to expect when I saw what was under your hood, but I was sure it wasn't going to be that ugly." Aice said jokingly.
"Well this is all that there is too me; not much too really look at." Aice laughed.
Taking a few second to think about what he was going to ask Winta, his face became more serious.
"I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your homes, it must be a hard life having to live day to day in a metal tube. I guessing your people aren't the biggest fans on the Saiyan's, I can't say a lot of people are here, away where. I’ve lost a lot because of them, many friends…my family…my life. I'm for sure not one of their friends! I don't want them here anymore, nobody does! What I'm trying to get at here is that, are you here to hurt the Saiyan's in anyway? Because I think we could have a mutual interest here." Aice claimed to Winta.

Winta chuckled at Aice jokingly mentioning that he didnt mind being called 'the human' he was rather thankful that he had not been offended by the admission and had ultimately also been amused by it, Winta remained silent while Aice took a few moments to look him over, it had not been entirely unexpected and the expression on his face as he got a good look at a being so foreign to himself was actually rather amusing to Winta, it had not been an entirely uncommon thing for Winta to experiance as he had visited quite a few other planets when he had been with the army and many time the natives of those planets marveled at the apperance of himself and his squad as it was not often that a person truly got to see an Arcosian up close and in person. Winta vaguely wondered what he had inadvertantly cut Aice off from saying as he had 'revealed himself'
"I suppose it's nice to know that even by human standards I am not unattractive." Winta said with a laugh at Aice's joke "You are not so unattractive yourself not that I am a particular expert on what makes humans attractive, or males for that matter but you actually look quite a bit better than the majority of what I have seen so far. Though perhaps a meeting with a bit of clean water might help" Winta said giving Aice a very clear 'only joking' grin. Winta raised an eyebrow as not long after Aice's expression became serious, evidently he now had something rather important on his mind and as such Winta took on a more serious expression himself to show respect for whatever was about to be asked as most certainly this would be a continuation of there one for one question agreement.
The question that came however was not quite what he had expected, Aice gave his condolances for the loss of the Arcosian home-worlds and mentioned that the Arcosians were not likely to be particular fans oft he saiyans, a statement that had almost broken Wintas stoic expression due to just how much of an understatement it was. And then the question came, Aice wanted to know if he was here specifically to do harm to the saiyans. It was actually rather impressive that Aice had managed to come to that conclusion, he had not managed to happen upon his 'true' mission but rather Wintas personal mission. "Strictly speaking I'm not here to actually do any harm. But of course if along the way a few dirty monkeys happen to meet an unfortunate end I can't quite say I would lose any sleep over the matter." Winta said his lips curling into a viscous grin. Wether or not Aice was a member of the actual human rebellion or not it seemed entirely likely that he had at the very least found an ally to some degree. "The monkeys have done so much harm to this world and it's people. It's amazing that your people haven't already begun working against them." Winta said, the statement was more to hopefully draw Aice into mentioning the Rebellion if happened to even be aware of it without directly asking about it as Winta had no doubt that it would seem far too odd for an alien such as himself to directly seek the Rebellion.

"It's been a hard time for the human race…" Aice said thinking back to all he knew about the Saiyan's invading earth all those years ago.
"One of their scouts named Raditz came to earth…for what reason I don't know. Arriving he decided to claim the planet, but he had to defeat earth's strongest champion. By looking around I'm guessing you know who one. He took over the planet with his great power then brought his people here, enslaving humanity and well... the rest is history. All that you have seen around here is what left of the human race, if it wasn't for the fact that the Saiyan's used slave labor, humans wouldn't exist anymore." Aice exclaimed, his heart burned with hate for the Saiyan's.
"It's kind of funny though if you think about it...if they hadn't needed us to fuel their empire, we would have been dead years ago." Aice said with a hollow laugh.
"I personally don't work with the rebel's, but I know a few contacts that led me to do small tasks for them.” Aice said staring at ground sadly.
“Small attacks have happened over the many years that we have been enslaved but all have been ineffective, put down by the Saiyan's before any real damage could be done. Each time the leaders of the rebellion have been killed on the spot, no time for others to react to their death. Each time, it took longer for someone to stand up, fearing that they would meet the same fate as those before, they always have. I fear that if we do not secede soon, humanity will never been free from the wraith of the Saiyan scum.” Aice said with despair. “I can feel a turning point though… something has changed out there in the people, it's weak...but it’s there, like a heartbeat; I can feel it growing stronger every day. Whatever is going to happen it’s not too far off, and I think we're going to need all the help we can get." Aice’s voice rising with hope.
“I'm glad you wouldn't mind "harming" any Saiyan's if they got in your way, but we need allies standing side by side, ready to face any challenge together, not those that will stand on the side lines.”
“I…I know this is a lot to ask from a person you just met, but I only know a small portion of your races history from what you told me, I'm sure there's more pain and deconstruction that the Saiyan's have caused your people. Don't you think it's time to really fight back, No running! No hiding! Find the rebels, join their ranks and all together we can finish off the Saiyan's!” Aice almost shouting at this point, his voice full of hope.
“All we have left is hope… hope for tomorrow, hope for food, water…hope for just living another day, and in the end people just see their loved one grow up in a world full of so much hate, and others aren’t so lucky... I have to stop this, humanity has to stop this. The question I have for you, is will YOU help us stop this?" Aice asked his voice raging with hope.

Winta listened intently as Aice spoke the history of Earth, he knew only rather vague details about what had really happened, his version of events had been a rather spartan 'Raditz arrived, he fought the best Earth had to offer, and then he took over' there was literally no information on what Raditz had done to become the warrior who would then slay Lord Frieza and King Cold, how he had closed the gap that should have existed between them so easily, how the Saiyans had been reborn. Sadly Aice's description of events held no information on HOW Raditz had accomplished becoming stronger than the Arcosian Lord, merely that he had faced and defeated Earths greatest warrior and that the Earth had been a victim of circumstance, the Saiyans had needed easy labor to get there 'new planet' up and running and the Humans had been the readily available source of such. Winta wondered just how much opposition the Humans of that era had put up, had they fought tooth and nail to keep there freedom? Or had they simply layed down and allowed the Saiyans to rule them? Winta liked to believe that had things happened differently had it been the Arcosians that the Saiyans sought to enslave that his people would have rather die than serve the filthy monkeys. Winta could never see himself accepting a life of slavery and from Aice's words it appeared the young human was just the same, he didnt want his people trapped under the foot of the monkeys he wanted to find a means to free his people and the boys impassioned words brought a grin to Winta's face.
Evidently his information HAD been right, there WAS a rebellion, one that had been staging small acts against the monkeys but not yet anything truly major, nothing that would really put the Humans in a position to free themselves, likely this was because the Humans lacked the raw power to fight back, they needed to use there minds and cunning, something the monkeys were rather lacking in from Winta's understanding. Aice had some amount of contact with the Rebellion, enough to recieve some style of work from them which would be more than enough for Winta's needs. He also seemed to fear the fact that Humanity was reaching a critical point, one where if they passed without something big happening would likely lead to them never achieveing there freedom. That sort of thing was actually rather likely, Winta had seen slave planets before, if things went on for too long it just became so ingrained into the minds of the enslaved that they needed to serve and freedom was jsut too foreign of a concept for them to understand. From Aice's earlier comments Winta was actually rather certain that he could very well be right, the monkeys were already escalating to direct slave training of young children. They were converting an entire generation into mindless drones and that was likey the 'last step' this generation would likely be the last with any semblance of freedom in there life, the Humans essentially NEEDED to act. Thankfully the protection of the young was a VERY good motivator, mothers and fathers would not accept there child being ripped away from them and unless already broken such people would fight tooth and nail if given the chance.
Witna raised an eyebrow as Aice continued, his words struck and interesting chord with Winta. He knew the Humans could not free themselves alone, they needed allies and he was specifically asking Winta himself if he could be one such ally, trying to draw upon there mutual hate of the monkeys to do so. When he had mentioned not minding if the monkeys got hurt he had technically been implying that he was willing to work against the Saiyans but it seemed Aice wanted a bit more than just an implication that he would act against the monkeys. Winta grinned and placed a hand on Aice's shoulder "Your rather smart Aice, you may not realize it but you've already figured out exactly why I'm here. I'm looking for them, the rebellion because I am to join with them and act in part as an envoy between my people and yours. The Fleet wants to aid your people Aice I am but the first that was sent, someone to get a feel fort he world and to begin negotiation and work with the Rebellion to advance you're cause, to help Humanity throw off the shackles the Saiyans have placed on you." Winta said taking a bit of a calulated risk by revealing the nature of his mission to Aice. "The Fleet is not far Aice, we've been in the North for years already gathering Intel on them, we're here to settle one of the oldest scores in the universe. We're here to finish the war that Raditz declared on the Cold Empire and destroy every last monkey who stands against us.. and our allies. So yes Aice you can count me as an ally, one that will do FAR more than stand on the sidelines." Winta smirked as he blasted another can demonstrating a fraction of his power.
"You're contacts within the Rebellion, can they help get a meeting for us with someone of note within it? So that we can actually become apart of the force that will free your race? It would be best if we could do this as soon as possible, I do believe you are right, that soon all of this" Winta said making a gesture at the everywhere "Will be something that simply cannot be undone, but with enough work and help from the Fleet whent he time is right, I do believe your freedom can be achieved. But the first step is the Rebellion, the Fleet cannot in good conscience act without knowing the Humans are in some way prepared for what is to come." Winta said finally taking his hand from Aice's shoulder and awaiting the humans response. With luck Aice's impassioned words had not simply been that, just words, hopefully the boy really did have an interest in pursuing the Rebellion and freeing his race enough to actually do the work that would be needed of him.

Winta's words of hope in-powered Aice as soon as Winta took his hand off of his shoulder Aice jumped for joy, finally something was going to get done around here, no more waiting for others to stand up. Together they could rally others together to fight for the noble cause of their freedom, and in Winta's case to end the war. As excited as Aice was he knew what was at stake in this situation, and that he needed to take things very seriously. Taking a few seconds to calm down, he turned back to Winta he still had a few questions for his new ally, but now that he could trust him more a back trashed alley way was no place to talk to a friend.
"I'm glad to hear that your people are willing to help us, it’s good to know that others are ready to fight back against this bloated empire. There's so much we're going to have to do, in a short amount of time, but I think the first step should be finding a contact that can get us in a meeting with a rebel leader... if they have any. I'm not really sure if they really have a pointed leader at this point, or if it's just who ever picks the right number this week." He chuckled.
"Most likely though we'll have to gain their trust before they'll allow us anywhere near their bases and people. Which might dampen our plans a bit, but nothing we can't work around." Aice smiled.
"But this is no place for allies to talk, in a dirty trashed packed alley. If you follow me I have a small place in the slums, it's not much but it’s what I call home. We can continue this conversation there; I still have a few questions I'd like to ask."
Taking the led once more Aice directed Winta further down the alley way, eventually meeting up with another worn iron gate, with a simple push Aice snapped it out of its frame. Letting Winta through he put it back into place hastily, still excited from the conversation they had before. Leaving the metal frame hang at an odd angle, seeming satisfied with it Aice turned his attention back to streets before him, the sun had almost set over the city streets, the buildings casting their long shadows over the slums. Off in the distance Aice could see the top of the old clock tower still standing high above the other buildings, even broken it stood strong; this brought a smile to Aice's face.
"Well then let's get home before the sun drops completely, don't need any Saiyan patrol's finding us out here." Aice joked.
Being away from the markets the street where now much emptier, just the occasional person scurrying past Aice and Winta, the two together would really stand out in a large group of people, Aice laughed,
"We really need to get you a better disguise if you’re going to walking around the slums a lot, that cloak of yours make you stick out like a fancy sore thumb." Aice grinned.
Eventually the two reached Aice home, it was not much to look at from the outside. Boarded up windows, a cracked wall face, peeling paint, and series of burn marks that covered most the front. Winta was also pretty sure he could make out some blood stains on one of boards that covered the window. With a small twist of the handle Aice flung the door open, invited his guest inside.
"I know it might look like a murder scene at an abandoned house, but trust me it’s much nicer on the inside, the look just keeps people away." Aice laughed.
Inside was much nicer that it was on the outside, in the corner was a small bed with an old mattress sitting on it; a rips could be seen on its side, it had gotten its good use. In the center of the room was a hole in the ground, hanging on a metal pipe above the hole was a cast iron cocking pot, a bit dirty but still usable. A few chair stacked in the corner next to a worn wooden table, suggest this wasn't the first time Aice had company over. The floor was covered in small mats and rugs giving the appearance of having a mixed matched carpet, and everything was a little bit dirty but it was just the way Aice lived. The one thing of true value was a wooden instrument that hung above Aice bed; it was long with strings running from its wide base with a hole in the center, to its long neck, and with little knobs at its tip. It was the one thing in the room that looked like it was clean and taken care of.
"Well it's not very much but your welcome to stay here was long as you like." Aice said as he walked towards the chairs.
Grabbing two of the wooden chairs he placed them around the fire pit, and motioned for Winta to sit. Walking over to his bed Aice turned to his right reaching around the wall, there must have been another room that Winta couldn't see from the door way. Coming back he had a small bucket of water and a carrot in his hands, pouring the water into the pot he lit the fireplace up. Seeing that the fire was well lit and the water would soon boil, he took a seat across from Winta.
"Well now that we're settled in, I'd like to ask a few more questions." Aice said.
"You said earlier that your fleet would help us, why did it take so long to send someone down here?" Aice questioned.

Winta let out a chuckle as Aice made no effort to hide how happy he was that he had agreed to work with him, it seemed that the little extra hope was certainly going a long way to bring a bit of joy back, perhaps soon enough this would be the case for the whole of Humanity, certainly things would begin getting rather... rough once an open rebllion began, and more than likely many Humans would die, but with a bit of hard work Winta was certain that the Humans would recieve there freedom and if he had any say in the matter and OH did he plan to, the Humans would have a place among the new World Trade Organization once the Saiyans were eradicated. If the Humans really ahd what it took to help tip the balance of things in the Fleets favor and finally topple the Saiyans then they would almost certainly be welcome to join the World Trade Organization. Truthfully Winta was curious if things would return to how they had been, would they return to there old ways or would this whole ordeal with the Saiyans lead the Arcosian Fleet down a different path? That as perhaps a thought for another time now his focus needed to return to Aice who had finally managed to calm himself down.
Winta nodded as Aice suggested there first course of action, it was a solid idea and obviously the most logical, with luck those who had passed along work to Aice in the past would help to get them into discussion with at least someone who could provide them what they would need to prove there loyalty to the rebellions cause, it was almost certain that they had at least some form of leader, it would have taken such a person in order to start a rebellion of any sort even if it was not quite a full scale rebellion quite yet. "I believe there would logically be a leader in some capacity, that or perhaps a number of 'leaders' working together to put the rebellion in some form of organization. Without someone as such it is unlikely a rebellion would exist, in order to begin something like this there needs to be someone who will not accept it any longer and rally the people to them." Aice said with a nod completely certain of his assumption.
Aice's mention of needing to gain the trust of the rebellion was almost a certainty, one that Winta had already begun working out ways in which they could speed such a process up, it really just depended as he ha d thought of earlier whether Aice's contacts could get them anything, if not things would be more difficult as they would not even have something to work with and would need to get lucky and FIND a rebellion member. Before Winta could voice his thoughts however Aice suggested that they move from here and to his place, Winta was surprised that Aice had a place of his own even if by his own admission it was not much. "That sounds like an excellent idea, lead the way." Winta said with a nod drawing his hood up above his head again to hide himself to some extent while they moved. Soon enough the people would know his face but for now it was best to avoid that at least until he had a chance to put himself in a position for the people to learn he was not simply another evil alien come to try and take what little they had left away.
Winta chuckled as Aice mentioned how much the cloak made hims stand out. "True but that was the point, this cloak is a bit of a relic. We Arcosians once formed a massive interplanetary organization and when an Arcosian sought to see if a new planet was 'worthy' of joining the organization they would don this cloak and mask to hide there appearance but still stand out more than enough to draw the attention of the natives." Winta said deciding it couldn't hurt to give Aice another little Arcosian history lesson. Winta personally had no true intent to 'hide' his presence on Earth, more he simply just wanted to wait to reveal his true appearance(at least to the greater population) until the time was right. Timing would be the key to getting a positive human reaction to an Arcosian, he needed to on some level be seen as an ally, a hero. Someone fighting the evil Saiayns so that when the fleet came they would see the rest of his people as just more heroes come to liberate them. And to an extent that was the case though Winta knew the real intent behind the fleet was purely the death of the Saiyans, if the Humans did not prove themselves capable... things could get bad. Winta cringed slightly at the thought, he knew there were many members of the Arcosian Council that would be more than willing to simply have the fleet march on Earth with no regard for the Humans, it was simply a matter that they would see the humans as disposable. Winta intended to prevent that, to prove that the humans were a valuable resource as it would be rather unfortunate to see them go from a slave race to a dead race so quickly.
Winta raised an eyebrow as they finally arrived at Aice's home, atfirst he had assumed that perhaps something BAD had happened, perhaps the saiyans had paid a visit to Aice's home and caused some damage, and judging by the blood perhaps even killed someone. But evidently by Aice's own words this was rather the normal state for the outside. Thinking it over it actually was a rather logical way to have the outside look, a Saiyan wouldn't be as willing to look over a 'clearly' abandoned house especially if it looked as if someone else had already beat him to the job of wrecking it. As Witna entered he was actually quite impressed with Aice's setup, there was a rather clear amount of hard work put into making it the best it could be considering the circumstances. As Witna took a few moments to look around he lingered a few moments on the wooden object above what he presumed to be Aice's bed. It appeared to eb a musical instrument of some sort, not one Winta could identify but it bore resemblance to a few stringed instruments he had encountered in his life which ahd been how he had identified it as an instrument. Taking the offered seat Winta watched as Aice began boiling water likely in preparation of making food.
Now that they were seated it was appeared to be time to return to there back and forth with Aice beginning by asking why it had taken so long for the Fleet to send someone to Earth. "Before I answer that I would like to thank you for your hospitality Aice, as for why the Fleet took 'so long' to send someone. That has a rather long explanation, the biggest reason I suppose is that we as a race spent much time outside of Northern Space, when Raditz made his attack we retreated to Eastern Space in order to regroup. We have since returned fairly recently to Northern Space, why however we have not sent someone to Earth before myself was because Earth is a rather difficult target. For all intents and purposes it is the 'home world' of the Saiyans, we wanted a fairly significant amount of information on the outlier planets and Earth itself before going in." Winta said as he puled off his cloak and let it rest on the back of his chair. "Now what Aice can you tell me of the Saiyans, anything of note such as where they consider there 'capital' would be helpful, I am aware of a city known as 'Rad City' that is the more likely 'capital' but I would prefer the word of a native rather than one of my informants." Winta asked hoping to gain a bit of new information and perspective on how things worked from the Saiyan end of things.

Aice leaned back in his old wooden chair, it squeaked with old age the wood not meant to do that anymore, but it was how he felt most comfortable. He sat their listening to Winta tell the tale of this fleet, the stories he told Aice of the fleet where always interesting. To think that people could live in a space ship for so long amazed him, if only human history was that interesting. Anything before the Saiyan's attacked was pretty much lost to the humanity, so very little is known about the past other than this was the human's home world.
"Wow... I'm guessing you guys have been going at for a long time... and space must really be huge if it took you that long to regroup..." Aice said in quite awe.
Asking Aice if he knew anything about the capital of earth Aice moved his feet forward letting his chair slide back onto all fours. Aice knew a lot about the whole city, after all the job and runs he had done, he had seen everything that the streets of the cities had to show him. So yes Aice knew a lot about the ‘capital’, more than the average human, hell even the average Saiyan.
"It's not so much the matter of what do I know about the Saiyan’s, it more of what do you want to know." Aice grinned.
Seeing that the water had to started to boil he, paused his conversation; taking time to take the black case off his waist. Reaching into it he took out a small piece of meat, and tossed it into the pot, it splashed sending sprinkle of water out of the pot. Setting the case back onto the ground he closed it; picking up the carrot and a knife Aice began to skin the carrot placing each piece into the boiling water. While cutting the carrot he continued his tale,
"Over the many years that the Saiyan's have been here they have grown weaker, at least from what I'm told. Seeing as "the humans", us can’t really fight back their training has slacked off, leaving the normal Saiyan a bit weaker than 100 years ago. Plus the one’s here have little to worry about, they have all the food and drink they want, they're happy so why bother training?"
Saying ‘drink’ reminded Aice that he had a bottle of wine that he had gotten a long time ago out on a job, it was in plain sight, he couldn't resist. Standing up Aice walked back over to the room next to his bed, once again bring something back; handing the bottle to Winta he sat back down.
"Where are my manners, can't forget the drink." Aice laughed.
"Anyway, so they've gotten lazy in the time they've been here. On top of that they have started to police us less over the last few years as most of the hope and free will have been squeezed out of my people. I guess they don't feel like we will fight back any more, think we'll prove them wrong on that one. They keep mostly to Rad city, which I don't mind but if it ever comes down to a large attack there we are going to have one hell of a fight." Aice said tossing the last bit of carrot into the pot, stirring it slowly with the knife getting the carrot to mix with the stew.
"The city is pretty much a gated community, in all terms of the word; it has large walls that keep us out and them in. They’re not the best guarded, but enough Saiyan’s to have a difficult fight if one ventures there alone..." Aice said thinking back to the man who was beaten down on job he had done not so long ago.
"...but there not too hard to get past if you know the way." Aice grinned.
"All the factories that make supplies for Rad city and other surrounding towns are on the far east side of the slums. It’s pretty far away, but it’s still considered part of it. They make everything from weapons, to process canned beans out there, it’s a really large place so they need a lot of workers. On top of distance it's well guarded by large companies who have money sunk into it, so doing anything out that far is going to be difficult."
Taking the wine bottle Aice took a small swig from it, he didn't normally drink, truth be told he didn't really like it, but it was a special occasion.
"Shit...stuff is strong." Aice laughed.
"Anyway... as for the actually capital building I don't know its exact location, I've seen all of the buildings in the town but I don't always know what each one is for. Most of the buildings in Rad city are high end apartments, bars, offices, and shops. If it’s pricey and tall you'll find it there."
Aice paused to let his words sink in and to check the stew, prodding it with the knife.
“So… that’s pretty much what’s going on with the Saiyan’s, as far as I know. Guess it my turn now…” Aice said thinking.
“What’s the whole past between your people and the Saiyan’s, how did this fighting start?” Aice asked.

Winta let out a chuckle as Aice seemed amazed by the fact that he had learned a fraction of just how large the unvierse was based on how long it had taken the Arcosians to regroup "Its not so much the size that caused the extended time frame though it did play a rather major role. It was more are need to reform as a people and build up what we had left in order to even think about moving back to the Northern Quadrent. As for space being huge, yes it is quite huge and by our scanners it grows every day. Perhaps after we eat I can tell you a bit more about the rest of the universe. I learned quite a bit back home as I had a number of rather knowledgeable tutors. I cannot entirely guarantee that everything I know however is still or ever was fact, much of what I learned was passed to my tutors through informants or reclaimed from older databanks." Winta said as he finally relaxed a bit in the chair as Aice went about preparing the food, it appeared to be a stew of some description if the pot of boiling water was any indication, fairly normal fare for those lacking much monetarily as stew was one of the simplest dishes to create. Winta knew a little bit about cooking but much of his knowledge would be unlikely to translate to earthen foods, save for perhaps preparation skills.
As Aice began explaining what he knew of the monkeys after a rather cheeky comment that Winta had only rolled his eyes at knowing Aice was not likely to leave the 'answer' at that considering all the information they had already traded. An almost victorious smirk spread across his face as Winta listened to Aice explain that the Saiyans were actually most likely worse off then they had been at the 'start' of the war, it seemed that victory had defeated the saiyans leaveing them to get lazy and fat off the backs of the Humans, this also likely meant that Humanity as a whole was likely stronger than they had been at the start of things if tempered by there nature as being a slave people for so long already. It would mean that once a revolution started that less people would need real training, they would simply need a proper commander someone with military knowledge to put them in strategic points and to make the right calls for attacks. Winta grinned even more firecely at that, military tactics was where he excelled, and while it was a rather poo line of thought the fact that the Humans were so used to taking orders would actually work to the benefit of the rebellion as it would make for a fairly easy transition from slave to soldier.
Winta raised an eyebrow as Aice reclaimed something, a bottle of some sort with a style of design that reminded Winta of several acholholic bottles he had seen, it was not often that he partook in alcohol as it dulled the senses but he was most certainly not directly against such, a little now and then could not hurt. Witna watched idly as Aice made the stew adding what was rather obviously a meat of some type and a orange plant that Winta could not identify and could only hope would not be poisonous to him. It would be a rather terrible fate to fall to something as simple as an Earth vegetable. Winta chuckled at the rather morbid thought. "Interesting, perhaps we could take a trip there at some point and you can show me what easy access points you are aware of, my ability to fly should open up a few more avenues for myself so I will likely make a few trips on my own but knowing as many as possible would be ideal, having easy access to there 'stronghold' so to speak will make actually combating them significantly easier as they will not have true safe haven. Obviously once I am aware of any new openings I will inform you of them in turn." Winta said, he didnt doubt that Aice would be willing to share the information on how to enter the city due to there new found alliance but the security of having his word to share any new avenues of entrance was simply Wintas attempt to further solidify there alliance.
Now the information was getting VERY juicy, Aice knew a fair amount on even the locations of where items of interest were produced and knew at least vaguely of the level of defense employed there. Such places would be primary targets once things got rolling, ideally they would need to get a spy or two on the inside in order to hamper production at first until such a time that they could mount an actual assault on such buildings. "Do these factorys use primarly slave labour or do actual Saiyans do the physical work there? I can only imagine the answer to be slave labour as your descriptions don't paint the saiyans in a very work oriented light. I simply need to know so I can begin planning how we will prevent the use of such buildings, it will be far easier if the only method of labour is slave based as we can very easily get a number of 'inside men' without much actual effort. BUT if the monkeys are actually smart and work on there own items of importance then we may have a few issues on that front. This is all still merely future planning as in order to even begin work on such things we would need access to the rebellions resources and a measure of presence within the rebellion." Winta said tapping his chin thoughtfully. He was not particularly afraid of revealing his tactical knowhow to Aice, they were allies now and even if there alliance was still rather brand new it was best to solidify it as quickly as possible Aice possessed a level of ambition for this that Winta quite liked, it meant he would likely be willing to do whatever was necessary to free his people, a mindset that would be quite necessary if Winta's assumptions on how things would go down came to pass.
Then came Aice's question, it brought Winta into a rather difficult position, explaining his peoples history with the Saiyans was difficult and placed his people in a rather... poor light. "Well many many years ago, before the Saiyans likely even knew of Earth's existence they lived on Planet Plant after the destruction of there original homeeworld. The saiyans went to war with a people known as the Tuffles and utterly eradicated them. We the Arcosians helmed the greatest organization in the universe known as the World Trade Organization. As the history books tell we were scouting bother races as potential new 'recruits' for the WTO and the war obviously decided that the Saiyans would be the only option. Lord Frieza came to the Saiyans and soon after they were recruited under his section. Now this would have been all well and good provided are history with the Saiyans had begun there. But it had not, amongst several old legends of the universe there is the story of Chilled and the Super Saiyan, Lord Chilled was the Arcosian who created the WTO and on a mission he was faced with a Saiyan, at the time we had never encountered them and little is actually known of what went on in there meeting save for the fact that Lord Chilled was mortally wounded and with his last breaths warned are people of 'The Super Saiyan'" Winta explained taking a moment to pause and let the first half of things sink in.
"Now back to the Saiyan recruitment there remained a lingering animosity between out people, we Arcosians did not trust the Saiyans and the Saiyans began to see themselves as too good to work under Lord Frieza. The problems however ceased as a massive asteroid destroyed the Saiyan home world and as far as we were aware almost entirely eradicated there race save for a very small number that had been off world. I am unsure WHY but the Saiyans that remained were said to become even more spiteful of Frieza and even blamed there races death on him!" Winta said showing a bit more emotion than entirely intended. "You of course know what comes next, the saiyan Raditz arrives on Earth and then somehow is now the stronger than Lord Frieza, Lord Cooler, and even King Cold. And worse yet for your people the Saiyan race is not quite as extinct as they 'should' be. 'King' Raditz sought out Lord Frieza and murdered him. King Cold and Lord Cooler sought out Raditz to avenge Lord Frieza only for king Cold to fall and Lord Cooler to escape. And that is the end of the history between the Arcosians and the Saiyans." Winta said with a long sigh. "I don't believe there is anything else I particularly 'need' to know at the moment, anything you wish to share however is welcome."
