As Silvi ran up to the creature, hopefully with Aice following up, luckily it was Jinsoku! He then called, as the storm still continued to rage about, about having a place not too far they can go to get out of the storm. "As long as it's anywhere to get out of this storm, lead us the way!" She called, with a small laugh. Silvestra wondered where the three would be going. Might as well wait, follow, and find out.
As Silvestra and Aice followed Jinsoku, her eyes kept goggling on Jin's cloak. There were some questions she'd like to get to ask, along with Aice as well. This day was far by the most eccentric day every for the girl, will all the blasts and the flying and whatnot. She'd only see saiyans do that. Then again, it would be completely stupid to come up of a theory that these two boys are saiyans. Silvi knows better than that.
The group then came across a cabin, right behind two large boulders. Wow. That's a great hiding spot for a hideout, along with a metal door and some good protection. Who knew? Silvestra thought, releasing another chuckle. Then, as Jin opened the metal door, and as everyone entered in, the atmosphere of the room was already cozy as it is, as the hot temperature flew to Silvi.
Wow.. this places look cozy! Silvestra thought, with a smile. "Gotta say, this is one cozy little hideout you got over here." She complimented. Silvi then nodded, as she heard the warm blankets and coats were mostly to the right. Silvi then dropped her sweater near the blankets and coats. Grabbing a small blanket, not too small, but not too big, and wrapped it around her body. So cozy and warm..! She thought, as she slowly dropped to the floor, rolling around like a little child.
As Silvestra kept on playing with herself after a few short seconds, Jinsoku then came back after a short while, she then rolled herself near the fireplace, placing herself in the center. "Heh. I have a lot of questions to ask, and not only to you, either." She smiled, taking a quick glance at Aice. Turning her direction back to Jinsoku, she sat up, still having, mainly her torso wrapped up. "So... Jinsoku.. first question... why exactly do you wear these masks and cloaks. I can understand the whole 'blending in within the dark' or whatever concept, but I thought there was a deeper purpose to it." She asked.

Jinsoku sat in the rocking chair, both him and the chair still. After he had changed, he was glad to see the young woman Silvi had gotten somewhat cozy with one of the blankets he had. Jinsoku would listen as the young woman asked the first question. It was about his masked appearance. Jinsoku waited until the young woman was finished before he responded.
“Yes…in my younger days I deemed it as a necessity to hide myself in dark clothing and to hide my face behind a mask because of what I had to do to keep my family alive…but later things happened…My face…my belief in everything seemed to crumble…So I choose to keep my mask and dark clothing, it became apart of who I was...who I am... I chose to hide myself from the rest of the world using materialistic items. In a way...it has helped, and in another, it has put a dark cloud over me…everyone I have come into contact with question my morals almost immediately. My shadowy figure is both a blessing…and a curse. My life and memories have created both physical and mental scars. Scars I will have to carry the rest of my life. My masks…my clothing despite its malevolence look, it’s my armor that protects me from the much darker world that we live in.”
Jinsoku finished speaking, just even mentioning his past was still hard for him. His life was never easy; he had very few bright spots in it. That could be another reason for his shadowiness it was like his appearance was his past holding on to him. A past that shaped him into the person he was now. Jinsoku continued to sit in silence, continuing to stay motionless in his chair as the fire continued to crackle and the rain continued to pound the roof. He was waiting to see what other questions the two might have for him before he would start his own question seminar.

Aice sat by the fire making himself cozy in the unknown environment, it felt strange to be in another house to him, espically someone he knew nothing of. Sure he had broken into many of houses before in the past, but that was always to steal something; this time he had been invited in by a total stranger. Aice felt as if he should have just taken a window inside here, instead of being invited inside. Taking a closer look around them room he then noticed that there were no visible windows in the cloaked mans house.
"I would guess for security reasons. I wouldn't want anyone getting into my house, then again I don't think a spring loaded nail trap will keep much out...."
Finally Aice stopped shaking as the warmth from the fire began to melt the chill out from him, it was a relief to start to feel like his old self again. Looking down at his hands Aice began to notice that the whole time his hands had been balled into fists; his hands we're so numb he couldn't even feel it. Release tension on his hands they slowy began to un-ball, his nails were covered in blood as they had dung deep into his palms.
"I'm thinking this would hurt a lot more if it wasn't for the fact that my hands are still pretty numb."
As the cloaked man started to talk Aice pushed the thoughts of his bloody palms out of his mind, placing his hands on his wet pants. Moving a bit closer to the fire he listened as the man talked briefly about his dark past, from the sounds of it the cloaked man and Aice we're similar in the sense that they both were crafty thieves.
"I can understand wanting to hide away from this shitty world, but it's not like there's much of a point eventually he'll have to face existence as it truly is. Facing it is the only way you can change it."
Aice still kept quite keeping his thoughts to himself, the need to talk the man had not rose in Aice yet. He was more than happy to just sit on the hard floor watching the flames lick the air.

Silvestra made a little frown as she heard a little more about Jinsoku's reasoning of wearing those type of clothing, along with a little more info on his past. "Ah... I'm sorry to hear about a little bit of your past... but.. look at the bright sight!" She said, as she then quickly got up by only using her two feet. She then ran to the seven foot couch, jumping onto it. Bending her knees a little, she continued, "You're like... justice in disguise." Silvi went on, as she slowly crept along the couch.
Silvi's tone went more to a more mysterious and serious way at first, but she was actually being overall playful. "Someone who helps someone right away whenever there's trouble. Sneaking through the shadows like an owl would." She went on, as she bent her knees further down, shifting her head back and forth. "And when there's trouble..." As she kept creeping on the crouch, Silvi then started to hum a little song at the back of her head.
As soon as Silvi made it to the end of the couch, she leaped up from the seven foot couch, and landed beside's Jinsoku right side. "Bam! The great Jinman arrives and defeats the bad guys!" She exclaimed, as she made little kicks in the air. She really didn't want to get caught up on her own imagination, so she stopped after a few seconds again. "But... yeah.." She mumbled, getting back to her spot. "But asides from that... you mentioned something about some sort of training that makes you fly or whatever. Don't mind going deeper into that?" Silvestra asked.

Jinsoku listened as the young woman mentioned something about a bright side and then scurried and jumped on the couch, startling Jinsoku a little forcing him to look toward the couch and the young lady as she continued on saying he was like justice in disguise. Jinsoku’s lips curved into a smile Justice in disguise huh…yea...Justice in a way.. Jinsoku continued to listen to Silvestra as she explained that he was like an owl sneaking through and helping someone right away whenever theirs trouble. Jinsoku was again surprised, and even jumped a little, when the young woman jumped from the couch and landed at his side declaring him the great Jinman that defeats the bad guys.
Jinsoku smirked at the young woman’s energetic display and word use. Jinsoku didn’t meet many people that were so…up spirited about things…especially in the Ghettien settlement where a lot of humans resided. Jinsoku then listened as she asked about his ability to fly and the training he had mentioned earlier in Rad city. Jinsoku smiled once more, yea… one of the few bright spots in his dark history. The time he was taught how to fly. First though, he would speak about the previous words the young lady said.
“I don’t look at the bright side very much...nor do I help many people who do…I suppose I am justice in disguise, though not many know this and see me as just some thief or thug in the shadows…As for sneaking like an owl. Heh foxes, snakes, wolves, raccoons. Those are the ones that sneak into battle or use their stealth to help them prevail. Owls are the more intelligent animals. They use their eyes and the ability of quick flight to snatch their enemies up into the air where most cannot get them…I am like a mixture of a raccoon and an owl. But to see me as one specific type of animal, I lack most attributes of just one. “ Jinsoku then stopped at stared at the fire for a few seconds before speaking once more, his head still pointed toward the fire.
“The great Jinman arrives to defeat the bad guys huh…it’s so hard to discern who the true bad guys are these days…If I kill a bad guy, did he not have family...did he not have friends who were good? Does that make the supposed hero a villain? Maybe the term dark knight would be better suited…” He then turned his head back to Silvi his smile could be seen as he abruptly went to the end of her new question. “Ah yea, my training to fly. One of the few bright spots in my dark history. It was difficult at first...and slow...very slow. But the time I spent learning was well worth the time. I’m going to tell you what my master told me. Everyone has the energy to fly. It’s tapping into that energy and unleashing it that separates the doers from the don’ts. Going on what I saw from the two of you, Aice would be a much quicker learner if he were to be taught.”
His head turned to Aice; he had yet to say anything since they arrived. Did he not have questions? By what Jinsoku gathered, it seemed that Aice was very protective of this Silvi lady. Maybe he’s just here to watch over her and that Silvi was the one who wanted to come the most… turning his head back toward where Silvi was at, Jinsoku would speak once more.
“I could teach you to fly, I could teach both of you. But regardless, it would take some time. Time I’m not sure if the two of you have. Not many people would be willing to spend time with a total stranger at the spur of the moment.” Jinsoku then turned his head back to the still cackling fire. For the moment, it seemed the pounding rain was starting to lessen, the thunder now only being hard as a distant echo. Another storm was soon passing. Unfortunately for Jinsoku and the rest of the humans, one giant storm still remained. Jinsoku opened his mouth to speak once more. “Any more questions? Like I said I will answer as much as I can.”

Aice could see the light that the fire produced from behind his eye lids, listening to the conversation that the two had together. His clothes were still soaked from the heavy rain during the long run, his brown hair hung down in his face; anyone looking at him wouldn't be able to see his eyes, just the drops of water that clumped at the hairs end. Moving his legs away from the fire he crossed them over each other to make himself more comfortable. Meanwhile Silvi was jumping around the room like her normal energetic self, talking about how Jin was like "disguised justice".
"She's always seems to be in a good mood, even when things aren't the best situation." A small grin appeared on Aice face.
Springing from the couch she landed next to the chair where Jin was sitting, from the squeaking sound of the chair Jin seemed to be startled by the action.
"'Disguised justice'? I think that's going a bit to far, I was just kidding about the whole 'super hero' thing before but he seems to think that's what he's doing. It's crazy, I mean I go around the city helping people, but I don't need fucking spandex too do it, or a mask for that matter. What's the deal with him hiding his identity? "
Silvi landed back next to Aice, shifting his position slightly by the fire, he continued to listen as Jin talked about animals comparing who he was to them, calling himself a "dark knight". Aice thought this whole conversation seemed to be shifting off from the main topic.
"Before it was just trying to figure out what he was doing and what he wanted, but now we're coming up with nick names, like we're good friends.... This guy is something different, not only can he fly he wears spandex as he does it...."
Soon Jin's voice trailed off leaving the crackling fire and the drops of rain the only sounds they could hear. Aice could tell that Jin was looking at the back of his head, the strange presence made Aice feel unsteady. Before Aice could speak up about it Jin began to talk once again about how he would be more than glad to teach them to fly but it would take sometime before either one would be able to master it. The thought of flying made Aice shiver once again, even though he was able to climb tall buildings Aice was afraid of heights. The only reason he could do any jobs that required scaling tall buildings is that he had something to grip onto as he did, but with flying it was just floating with nothing to support him.
Asking once again if they had any more questions Jin seemed to be prodding at them to ask him more. Aice once again passed, but he was sure Silvi was more that interested in asking more. She was a very curious person proven by the fact they were both now out here in a storm, in a strangers house. Aice didn't mind very much though, as long as she was satisfied then everything was good in Aice's book. He was curious about the Jin as well but he rather let time answer his questions than ask him directly.
"People give more away when they don't know what answers your looking for, he could lie if I asked him a question directly; this way I can just piece my answers together from what he says. Sometimes it best not to say anything, and I'd rather not play a game of fifty questions, I'll leave that to Silvi she seems to be having a good time with her 'new friend'." Looking out from the hair in his eyes he smiled at Silvi, then turned his attention back to the flames.

"Yeah... I agree.. I don't think I'd ever catch on in lessons..." Silvi chuckled, a little shamefully, turning her direction to Aice. It would be true that Aice would probably be more of the quick learner. She can admit she wasn't really the smartest, or someone who can catch on easily. She was one of the people that would pick brains over brawns, or speed over brains, or know how to make ki blasts and things like that, or flying, and the list continues.
"Heh, free lessons from a stranger can be a pro, right? I mean, the stranger seems to be kind so far." Silvestra then spoke. So far, this Jinsoku person seems to be amiable, though trust was still a hard word to compute with. However, it would be interesting to see how it's like to fly. Silvi isn't afraid of heights, so that seems like she can be at an advantage. It'd be fun flying around and whatnot, but it would take some time to actually master this whole flying thing.
"But, it would be fun to learn how to fly and everything. I mean, just think about it!" Silvestra then began again, getting up from her spot. "You get to fly literaly everywhere, like a bird, feeling the freedom brushing before your body." She continued, as she started to hop around Aice for a moment, then over to Jinsoku.
"And if you don't mind me asking one more thing," Silvestra started off, as she stopped jumping for a moment. "Why do you hide your face all the time? Not really all the time... since we don't know you that well... but still. Wanna show us?" She asked. Silvi was actually curious of what his face looked like ever since she first laid eyes on the man. Or, more likely questioning on how he can fly was on her first mind, but that was besides the point, though.

Before Jinsoku had asked if there were any more questions, he listened as Silvi talked about the flying lessons and started to flutter around Aice and himself with thoughts of flying like a bird...a free bird…Jinsoku opened his mouth to speak. “That freedom...is short lived. The saiyans can be like missiles, while your flying high, it only takes one to shoot you out of the sky and take that freedom away…I’m sorry miss Silvi…but if it’s true freedom you want, then Earth is not the place to fly.” Jinsoku once thought that flying would be amazing just as Silvi did, his first time learning about it truly blew his mind…but now…as time passed…Jinsoku saw his ability to fly as just another way to battle or escape. The next question didn’t surprise him that much, many people asked the same question. However, he never showed anyone his face...not since……it had been a while. Jinsoku slowly turned his shrouded head and face away from Silvi and Aice. “It’s been a long time since anyone has seen my face…my face shows mistakes…it shows heartache…it shows pain…but…it shows just a small portion of what I’ve been through…” Jinsoku slowly grasped the hood that covered his head and face with both hands. Jinsoku then slowly lowered the hood and turned toward Aice and Silvestra. His face could now be clearly seen as the light from the fire lit it up. His right white bionic eye and the multiple scars that aligned his right side sticking out in the light. “It has been said, 'time heals all wounds.' I do not agree… The wounds remain… In time, the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens… But it is never gone.”” Jinsoku then looked down at the floor as his past memories started to flood his head. There were so many…so many bad ones. Ones he wished he could forget or change.

Hearing Silvi's question Aice was taken back a bit, it was obvious to him that Jin was hiding something, or hiding away from something. With all the masks and uniforms he had, it stood out to Aice that the man had a long history, thinking it was sort of disrespectful he glanced at Silvi.
"What a forward question, can't she tell that he probably doesn't want to talk about it, otherwise he wouldn't wear all clothes that covered his face...but... I am very curious...." Changing his glance to look up Jin.
Jin facial expression didn't change as he heard Silvi's question, looking away from the two he told them a brief history what was behid the hood, all the pain and time that it took to make him the way is he. Slowly he pulled off the black hood from his head revealing the multiple scar's on his face and his whitened eye, Aice had expected to be bad but not as bad as what he saw. Taking notice that he was currently staring Aice moved his eyes back to the flames.
"What could he gone through to end up like that? Surely it's the work of the Saiyan's... bastards...."
"...Time does heal all wounds, but it will always leave a scar on a person, reminding them every day of what happened to them... but it also drives them giving them a reason to fight, showing them that if they don't fight what might happen to others."
Aice felt bad about the way he had treated Jin just assuming that he was a bad guy off the bat, he almost hit when they first met. Granted he had no idea of whether he was going to hurt Silvi and acted on impulse to defend her, he knew he should have laid off after he helped them fight off the Saiyan's. The man had a long history, longer than Aice's and it was clear by just looking at the man that Aice had him wrong. Even though all of this he was still curious about what had happened to him, the question burned inside of him but he chose against asking as Aice could see the pain and sadness on the mans face.
"Whatever had happened to him must had been horrific...as much as I would like to ask I think that a questions that's best left for another day."
Listening to the weather out side Aice could no longer hear any rain drop slamming against the building, it seemed as though the weather had cleared out for now. Checking his clothes Aice could still feel the wetness dug inside them but they we're drier than when they first arrived, being that most of the water had began to puddle around him. Looking down at his hands examined the cuts in his palms from when his nails where dug into them, the bleeding had stopped but it was best to cover them up as soon as he could. Deciding that Silvi was in no threat from Jin, he stood up from in front of the fire place causing drops of water to fall off his body.
"Well...it's been interesting... to say the least meeting you, but I feel it's time for me to leave, I have other things I must attended too before the day ends." Of course was lying about the other things he had to do, but he needed a excuse to leave.
"Sorry if I gave you any shit before, and they whole trying to attack you thing... you seem like a good person in my book." Extending his hand out, whether or not Jin accepted his apology or not.
"Your more than welcome to stay and talk with your new friend if you want, as long as he doesn't mind." Aice smiled at Silvi.
Brushing his hair out of his face Aice made his way towards the door his shoes squeaking against the hard floor as he did, reaching it he looked back at Jin,
"We have a small group, we fight back against the Saiyan's, and I think you'll fit in just fine... if you want that is. Silvi will fill you in more if your interested. If not...well thanks for the fire."
Turning back to the door Aice walked outside to see the over caste skies above, the run back should be relative ease compared to the dash here. With out being chased by Saiyan's and trudging through a sea of water, it would be a breeze. After a quick stretch of his legs Aice made his way back towards the slums, leaving the small hide out behind him.

Silvestra then flinched in shock a little, as she then saw part of Jin's face from the flame's light, it was mostly the multiple scars that got to her, along with the seemingly white bionic right eye. Unwrapping the blanket that was trapping her arms, Silvi remained the blanket on her shoulders. "Wow.." She said herself, as she moved herself closer to the right side of his face, studying the scars and the eccentric eye. "That's really.. just wow." She continued, talking to herself and still glaring at the scars. Silvi never really seen humans with much of an weirdly colored eye, and manifold marks. Of course, there was no need to question how or where this man got these marks from, as the answer is clearly obvious.
"Yeah... I can tell... maybe it definitely needs a longer time for it to heal.. marks like that like it can take more than a few years to get it off of your face..." Silvestra resumed speaking to herself. To her in this case, marks like that would actually take longer to heal than expected, so in this case, time must be working its magic.
"Leaving already?" Silvi asked, turning her attention to Aice, who finally spoken. Most likely, she would ask why he was going to leave, but it would be best to keep it to herself. Then again, she'd always be the type to tag along with other people's businesses. Yet, it wasn't really Silvi's business either. But, she'd probably try to tag along later, if she can.
Fill.. him in? Silvestra wondered in her thoughts. Literally, Silvi doesn't even know much about this group, or if there's any other members, despite that it's a rebellious group trying to fight off the saiyans, and the irony of this is that she's the group already.
"Alright, then... see you later, Aice!" Silvi then called, as she made a little wave, with another jocular smile. Turning back to Jinsoku, she then asked, "Hey, where are the snacks again? I'm starving." She said, as her head shifted around directions.

Jinsoku continued to stare at the ground; he could feel the gaze of both Aice and Silvi on his scars. Jinsoku had a bunch of reasons why he hide behind clothing and masks...these scars were but one of them…but they probably…no they did bear the most pain. As his memories continued to flashback in his head, his ears caught the amazed ‘wows’ of the young girl Silvestra and how she said that maybe in time the scars would leave his face or heal altogether in maybe a few years. But Jinsoku has had these scars for two years now; they had remained the same since after the first week he had gotten them. Never changing. He opened his mouth to speak; his gaze however was still at the ground. “No…these scars are never meant to fully heal or go away...they are physical memories that will stay with me until my skin has dried up and my bones lay upon this earth...” Shortly after he finished speaking, he heard the young boy Aice speak for the first time since way back in the city, his head raising to look at Aice.
The young boy was acknowledging his leave, saying it had been interesting to meet him and that he had other things to do. Jinsoku was taken back however when the boy apologized for any crap he might have given him and his prompt attacking back in the city. Jinsoku shook the boy’s hand after he had extended it, nodding his head and then speaking. “It’s okay. You were merely trying to protect someone that was close to you and you made a quick decision. Anyone in your position then probably would have done just as you did I know I would have. It’s been a pleasure meeting you Aice.” Jinsoku then watched as he spoke to Silvi and told her she could stay with him longer if she wanted too, Silvi responding by making sure, or maybe asking in overtly if he was indeed leaving. Jinsoku’s eyes remained on Aice as he then started to walk toward the door and leave, but before leaving Aice mentioned a small group that fought back against the saiyans and Jinsoku was welcomed to join if he wanted too, Silvi would fill in the details if he did.
After Aice had left, Silvi waving goodbye to him. Jinsoku’s attention then turned back to Silvi who has asked where the snacks were. Jinsoku pointed to the top cabinets. “Their in the top cabinets. While theirs nothing that could get you full off of one or two bags or packets, it’s enough to keep your energy up and your hunger down.” Whether she went to get the snacks or not, Jinsoku felt it was time for his question portion his first question being about the boy who had just left. “If you don’t mind me asking, how long have you known Aice? By what I gathered from his silence and decision-making, he’s had a rough life and has relied on his ability to fight to well...virtually stay alive.” Of course, Jinsoku was just making a hypothesis on the boy from what he had gathered so far. Jinsoku hoped that Silvi might know a bit more info about the young kid.

With the storm clouds now rolling out from over the city they began to drift slowy across the hilly land scape, off to rain on someone elses day. Through the patchy covered skies beams of light shined down, brightening the once gloomy day slightly, it wasn't much to add to the already damp world but it helped a bit. Too most rain was depressing, making them want to stay inside and be alone, but not for Aice he loved the rain, it was shame that he didn't get to fully enjoy it as he usually did. It had hit right in the middle of his fight with Saiyan's, and it was quite difficult to enjoy something while slewing a enemy. None the less he could still enjoy the after effects of the summer rains, as they brought new life back to the area, and leaving behind the sweet smell of rain, as he made his away across the scattered fields. It wasn't the easiest trip back home for him, normally Aice would travel through the paved streets of the city but this far out east their was no pavement just dirt and once the rain began to set in it quickly turned into mud. The still fresh mud clung and pulled at his feet, which made working his way through the field much more difficult and longer than it would normally had taken Aice. "First I get jumped by Saiyan's, get soaked in a summer's gale and then forced to walk through miles of mud, what a day I've had. Can't wait to get back home, kick my feet up and pass the fuck out...."Unfortunately for Aice his plans of resting would have to be postponed as someone else had his eyes on Aice from high above. The green scouter on the man's face began scanning Aice, recording the data, it then passed it back on to the user. "Well, well who do we have here?." The deep voice chuckled. Before Aice had anytime to react a object slammed into the ground before him, knocking mud and stone into the surround area. Using his arm Aice shielded his face from most of the debir that was shot his direction, jump back Aice wanted to get away from whatever it was that crashed before him. The heavy mud soon fell back towards the ground in wet clumps landing with a plopping noise, Aice eyes grew wide as he saw what the object that had fallen was. "But, how? I killed you, the lighting!" Aice pointed at the loud mouth Saiyan he had fought earlier. "Haha, is that what you thought kid? I have to admit that was a good hit, but not enough to take me out. The lighting was a good twist though I haven't seen anyone do that before." The man laughed. "So...I didn't do anything to you?" Aice stood mouth agape. "Not so much to me but as for my armor that's a different story." He said pointing down to his split armor. " And that stuff was expensive so I think it's only fair that you and your friends pay me back for the damages you caused me and my friends...hey where are the rest of them?" The Saiyan asked. "They... weren't my friends, we were just in the same place at the same time. This is just between you and me." "I'd really hate to take this guy on my own if he could withstand one of my strongest techniques, but he has a whole army of men following him, if I went back to the others for help then he would call all of them into the fight. No, I'll have to do this on my own." Aice thought taking up a fighting stance. "Now are we gonna keep talking or are we gonna finish this? I'm gonna get a bad rep if the people I kill keep coming back from the grave." Aice grinned. "I wouldn't be so cocky if I were you kid, you got lucky the first time but now I know what you can do." The Saiyan said cracking his knuckles. Aice had already been charging his Ki during the conversation he knew that it would soon turn into a fight so he would have to be ready, dashing at the Saiyan Aice had another Ki blast already at full power cliched in his hand. The Saiyan took a swing at Aice as he came with in striking distance, even with all the mud slowing him down Aice easily avoided the blow. "Ha to easy, now time to hit home." The saiyan now slightly bent over to strike at Aice had left a opening where the the armor already destroyed, taking his fist Aice slammed it into the Saiyans already exposed chest. "Bull-eye's eye!" So Aice thought. Ready to back off from the explosion, Aice tired pull his hand back from the side of the Saiyan. Even with all the strength his arm seemed to be locked against the man's side. "Wha- what the hell?""Did you really think that was going to work? I left myself open on purpose so you would hit me there." The Saiyan laughed, looking closer Aice could see that the Saiyan had moved his arm to cover his opening, and it was now clasped around Aice's hand. "Oh...fuck..." Aice's eye's opened wider. "How did you do that, I didn't even see you move."Picking up Aice from the wrist the Saiyan rose him too face level, still in he looked the Saiyan in the eyes. "It's quite simple, I only lost to you and your friends on purpose. You see there are plenty of humans who think they can roam free and it's my job to stop them and put them in their place. If I had just killed y'all on the spot then I wouldn't have know where y'all lived and if they're where more of you. But from the sound of it there aren't anymore other than the girl and the masked man, and since you don't know where they are I don't have much need for you anymore."Again without even seeing the man's movements his fist landed into Aice gut, knocking all the air out from his lungs, vision wobbling Aice yelled out in pain from the strike. The hit's came again and again, each one striking pain deep into Aice, somewhere in the strikes Aice lost consciousness, only for him too come to from another hit. The pain was unbearable for him, he had never received such a beating in his life before. Usually it was always cloak and dagger for Aice always reaming unseen and striking when the opponent couldn't defend themselves, but this was the first time he had actually even caught and attacked. "Is this what true pain feels like...." Aice vision fading once again. "Well I think I've hand enough off you." Giving Aice one last punch he tossed him into the air. Bending his knees the Saiyan jumped into the air, doing a back flip he cracked his out stretch leg into Aice chest, sending him sprawling into the mud below. Barley consciousness Aice body laid limp on the wet ground, his face dug into the soft earth. Landing on the soft earth the Saiyan scoffed at Aice, "I was really hopping you were holding back at the alley way and not just showing off, but you have just proved me other wise. It was a real shame I was looking forward to a good fight oh well... I guess you girl friend and masky the super hero will provide me a better one. Seeing as you didn't cover your tracks out here should be relativity easy to find."Pressing a button on the side of his scouter he opened up a radio transmission, from the other end a voice called out, "RCHQ, Who are we addressing?" "16571 Reporting in from scouting and recon, I located and incapacitated a human rebel, the rebel was working with others but I am unable to locate the others as of yet." "Good work 16571, what is your current location, we'll need to seen in reinforcements to help scan the area." "I'm just eas-"Suddenly the scouter the Saiyna was wearing exploded against the side of his face, casing a ringing sound in his ear, turning back to where Aice was he was now holding himself up with his elbow. Even with his still blurry vision he had gotten a direct hit on the Siayan's scouter "Now that... was a bulls-eye...."Aice chuckled weakly as he caught his breath. "Why you little brat, I though you were out of it!" The Saiyan anger began to grow. "Just like you...I was faking it." Aice grinned. "I can't let them get swarmed by this guy and his lackeys, hopefully they'll be able to get away if it's just this guy. But it doesn't look like I'm getting out this fight alive.""Huh your full of surprises, no worries I'm still more than able to take you and them on, I didn't need any help any way."Slowly getting back on to his feet the mud now clung to his clothes, making them look even worse than they had before, catching his breath he called out to the man again, "That may be true... but before you get to them you have to get through me first, I'm not out yet!" Aice yelled, fists out ready to fight.

"It's alright. As long as I can get some food in my stomach, then everything will be just fine." Silvestra nodded, with a chuckle. "Top cabinets... top cabinets..." The girl then repeated to herself, as she then walked herself over to the top cabinets. As she made her way to the cabinets, opening one up, Silvi came across with little packs of crackers on her way. Reaching for one pack, she then closed the top cabinet's door, as Silvestra's eyes then scanned at the little pack of crackers. ..Crack...ers... Well, although I'm not a fan of one of these.. things... this will have to do for now... Silvi wondered, opening the snack up. As she opened the pack, the girl then reached for one cracker inside the little plastic bag, pulling out one circular, and salty piece.
Call Silvestra crazy or tell her she's been living under a rock, but she wasn't really familiar with snacks these days, even at an age like twenty. She's been used to eating meat. Meat caught from the dangerous and gruesome plains, or awfully known as the Bloody Plains, by her father. She remembered how he would always attempt a sacrafrice to feed his daughter and mother, and possibly just about most people back at the settlement, but mainly on his family. At first, Silvi didn't really want to eat animals, or meat, or whichever order. However, it looked like there was no choice at a time period as this. It's either survive or die. But, enough about the little back drop. It was now the fight between Silvestra... and a cracker. Taking one bite of this so called "cracker", she then made tiny chewing sounds in her mouth.
"Hey... this isn't half bad.." Silvestra said to herself, as a smile came onto her face. Right after swallowing the little bite she took, she then shoved the rest of the cracker inside her mouth. "These... 'crackers' are surprisingly good!" She called, as she reached for another cracker inside the little bag. It already looked like Silvi was already obsessed with this little salty snack. I wonder if he has more... maybe I can take some with me, just for my journey back to home. Maybe it can be a little road trip food or whatever. She thought. Just before she was going to go back to the cabinets, she then heard Jinsoku's voice, as he then came off with his first question.
This time, this question was about Aice, and if she knew more about him. Finishing up the last piece of cracker in her mouth, she began to think for an answer for the first part of his question. "I'm.... I'm not sure.. to be honest. But, I can definitely say we met not too long ago, but not recently either. But, after of course getting to know him a little better, it's like I've known him for years." She replied, adding a little chuckle. Silvestra didn't really had that much of a great memory, so her mind is pretty foggy at the moment. Though, she can remember where exactly she met the seemingly teen boy. It was all clear to her, now. All began at a location where it seemed like heaven, and a little race which got Sivlestra joining into this little rebellion group against the saiyans, of course.
"If I have to say though, I think Aice would of.. I don't know.. relate to what you've gone through, either way." Silvestra said, sitting herself up on a counter. Although her memory was a little blurry as to how she exactly met Aice, she did remember some backdrops the boy told Silvi back at that little Utopia. "I don't really remember the words exactly... but I can definitely tell it'll be easy to compare your history with his, at least in my opinion." She continued. After hearing Jinsoku's little part of his background, and from hearing Aice's before meaning Jin, she can already somewhat compare the similarities and the differences. But, Silvi knew she was an outsider. She didn't really know what being alone was really like. She didn't know what the word "abandon" would do to her from her parents. All they seem to care about is just her protection.
Just when Silvi was about to ask if Jinsoku had any other questions in mind, already she heard some commotion coming from outside. Sliding herself off the counter, "Hey.. you hear that..? It's coming from outside.. and it doesn't sound like it's too far either.." She said. She can hear some fainted voices from the distance, and can definitely tell a battle was going to uprise. "Should we go check it out?" She then asked.

Jinsoku watched as she went to gather snacks in the top cabinets, mentioning that as long as she got something into her stomach she would be fine. As she made her way back, Jinsoku asked his question about Aice. Listening to the first part of Silvi’s answer, Jinsoku was slightly confused at her answer. So she met him not long ago, but it was not recent either? And she’s felt as if she’s known him for years? How is that possible when she can’t even remember how long they’ve known each other? Either she has a bad memory or she’s holding something back. The next part of her answer was what Jinsoku had really wanted to know, and it seemed like Jinsoku had been correct in his assumption.
“Hmm I gathered as much…It’s hard to open up about your past to someone, especially when it hasn’t been a bowl of cherries.” Jinsoku paused for a few seconds and just when he was about to ask another question, his ears caught the sounds of voices outside. Silvi’s response only confirmed the voices when she asked if he had heard them as well. That’s strange...no one ever comes out this far...something’s not right... Jinsoku held out his hand toward Silvi and spoke. “Stay here...and be quite…I have a bad feeling about this…” Jinsoku then quickly and quietly moved to where the door was and opened it slightly to get a glimpse outside. His eyes widened in shock.
“Saiyans…” he whispered not sure if Silvi had heard him or not. How did they get here? I was sure we weren’t followed when I brought them here.. Jinsoku closely watch the saiyans, for some odd reason they had not found the cabin yet but instead they were off to the right of the giant rock that hid the cabin. Seemingly oblivious to what was behind them. Jinsoku ears could pick up part of their conversation.
“Yea…boss said they were somewhere around here….no…yes…haven’t found yet…yea we know were close..” Jinsoku shook his head and slowly closed the door back and turned toward Silvi, his body slowly walking back toward his room as he talked. “I can’t let them find and destroy this house. We’re going to have to lead them away and fight them elsewhere.” Jinsoku disappeared into his dark room, closing his door briefly. About fifteen seconds latter the door opened and he emerged fully dressed in another, although same looking attire, he wore before. Hs mask firmly on. His eyes looked at Silvi as he spoke again. “I only saw two of them but there may be more.” Jinsoku’s mind then went to that of Aice I wonder if they caught him…no…he would have fought them...we would have heard more...unless they caught him further away from here…even then...he wouldn’t give away this location, not when the girl was here...
Jinsoku had to think of a way to escape without letting the saiyans know exactly where the hidden cabin was. While his mind searched for an idea, he quietly asked Silvi if she had any ideas. “We need to get out of here without alerting them to this house. Do you have any ideas? Theirs two off to the right of the large rock facing back the way we came. It would probably be best if we kept their attention that way.” Jinsoku finished speaking and as he waited from a response to her, he himself continued to rack through ideas.

Aice stood a few feet across from the Saiyan as they starred each other down, with Aice's injuries the fight seem all but over but Aice wouldn't give up that fast knowing that others would be in danger if he failed. After the whole beating that he had taken Aice was a mess, slightly stooping over he looked as though he would barely stand let alone fight a opponent such as this Saiyan;clothes ripped and covered in dirt he now matched most of the other humans in the slums. Even though Aice could stand on his feet the effects of the beat down where still affecting him, from the pain in his chest he was pretty sure a few ribs where broken, making it difficult for him to breath, and with his blurry vision it put a strain on Aice to keep focus on the Saiyan.
"Not looking too good there little man, maybe you should just lay down before I have to put you down myself. Just look at yourself, you can barely stand let alone fight me."
"...little?...."
"I'll never back down, not when your going after my friends, and even in my current state I'm sure I can take you down...and I'm not little...." Aice said with furry in his eyes.
Aice always had to work harder than others to stand out in his gang, with his size he lacked the physical power too do much without help, always pushing himself to his limit to complete his goals. Before Aice had the speed and the power that he now had, he was always at a distinct disadvantage when ever he went into a fight, those he always fought with were always bigger, faster, and stronger than him; mostly the reason they chose too pick on Aice was because of his size. They thought him a easy target and for a long time that was true, there wasn't a day that past that he didn't get beat up, sometimes he got off easy but other times he would wake up hours later laying in a pile of trash. The change came slowly over time, but he became faster and stronger, eventually he was able to over power his opponents one by one. Even after that day people still saw him as a "small shrimp" who couldn't put up a fight, after all he went through to prove himself people thought less of him because of his size. Every time the word "tiny", "small","shrimp" was passed his way it always caused his blood to boil, all the hate and pain of the past came back to Aice filling him with pent up rage.
The blue aura that often could be seen flowing around Aice began to appear once again, the 'flames' licked at the air growing in size with Aice raising power. Stand back to his full height the pain from his broken ribs faded into the background, vision returning he could clearly see once again. The Saiyan stepped back with seeing Aice almost returning to his normal state.
"What...how did you do that? You were done for!" The saiayn yelled at Aice.
Aice grinned slightly, "It's amazing what you can do when you have something to prove, and right now I have to prove that I can defeat you."
Aice saw his chance as the Saiyan was still locked in a trance of sorts as he gazed at Aice new found strength, taking the few seconds he had Aice charged at the Saiyan with blurring speed. With his charged up fist he slammed it once again into the Saiyan's chest, with his speed mud and rocks flew out of his pathway.
"Did you really think that was going to work again?" The Saiyan laughed, looking down he had blocked Aice's strike with his cupped hands, smoke rose gently from the impact.
Looking back up Aice smiled at the man, "Well that wasn't my plan now was it?"
"What are you talking-." That's when the sonic blast hit the Saiyan sending him flying backwards across the muddy field, bouncing off the ground a few times before rolling to a stop. The sonic boom had craved a path through the field ripping it's way through the muddy ground, leaving destruction in this path way.
"How do you like that one?" Aice said while catching his breath.
